What does this role do?
As Resourcing Administrator, you will:
- act as first-point of contact for job applicants, responding to queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring candidates have an excellent experience,
- support with queries from hiring managers, escalating to the rest of the Resourcing team where necessary,
- complete recruitment administration, from booking interviews via the system, to providing candidates with interview feedback.

The Volunteer Management team is responsible for embedding an organisational approach to volunteer engagement which enables volunteers to feel inspired, valued, supported, and connected to the charity, where they are a vital part of our community.
The Volunteer Coordinator plays a significant part in contributing to the success of the team in coordinating key parts of the ‘volunteer journey’ (recruiting, induction, training, supporting, and retaining volunteers). Of equal importance is influencing colleagues and providing advice and guidance whilst building collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders. The role is vital to establishing good practice in volunteer involvement, developing a culture of positive engagement and raising the profile of volunteering internally and externally.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract
Key Responsibilities:
Relationships, teamwork and collaboration
· Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across the charity to identify and implement ways to enrich the volunteer experience, maximise the volunteer opportunities and strengthen the volunteer infrastructure.
· Work collaboratively with teams that manage volunteers to provide good practice advice and guidance on effective volunteer supervision.
· Promote a positive culture of engagement that values, embeds, and promotes the work of volunteers both internally and externally.
· Take a proactive approach to understand external events and initiatives taking place across the charity, providing advice, guidance and support on the requirements for successful volunteer involvement.
Communication, resources and training
· In conjunction with the Volunteer Manager, coordinate the review, development and implementation of robust practices and procedures associated with all aspects of the volunteer journey.
· Working collaboratively with teams that manage volunteers, support with the development and implementation of volunteer training and associated resources.
· Lead on the upkeep of volunteering information on internal communication channels, ensuring all relevant policies, reference materials and documents are made available and kept up to date.
· Contribute to the production and distribution of resources for volunteer-involving events, including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and training materials.
Administration, customer service and delivery
· Provide high-level customer service throughout the volunteer journey; contributing to recruitment, induction, training, support, retention and exit of volunteers in line with our values and strategy.
· Acting as a key point of contact for the import, maintenance and integrity of volunteering data, working with colleagues to ensure accuracy, validity and reliability that reflects volunteer contribution and delivers reliable insights.
· Coordinate the administration volunteer recruitment and selection process to foster an environment that promotes equality, diversity and inclusivity and ensure a fair and consistent approach is followed.
· Act as the first port of contact for internal and external enquiries, coordinating the shared volunteer email inbox.
· Lead and support the effective delivery of volunteer involving activities at weekend events, where necessary.
What we are looking for:
· Strong understanding of the principles and good practice of successful volunteer involvement including recruitment, selection, induction, training, support, recognition, and retention.
· Knowledge of IT packages such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Significant experience of working to recruit, support, engage, and manage volunteers.

Ways of working:
As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

As Head of Programmes, you’ll own how Level Water’s programmes are designed, delivered, improved, and expanded. About the role
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and highly organised Fundraising Officer to support our individual giving, community fundraising, and small trusts and foundations activities. The Fundraising Officer will manage individual and community donor activities, and the donor database to support thanking, stewardship and targeted donor engagement. They will also play a key role in monitoring the impact of our fundraising activity to ensure continuous improvement and income growth.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who is creative, collaborative, and enjoys working across a diverse range of tasks. They will be enthusiastic and keen to generate new ideas that strengthen supporter relationships and deliver impactful fundraising.
Main duties and responsibilities
Individual and Community Fundraising
- Work with the Fundraising and Communications Manager and Communications Coordinator to develop and deliver three - four individual giving appeals at year (digital and offline) to increase income.
- Monitor and analyse appeal performance to inform future activity.
- Support wider donor acquisition, retention, and upgrade strategies through data-led insights.
- Work closely with colleagues in communications and service delivery to create compelling fundraising content and impact stories.
- Act as the main point of contact for community fundraisers and local events, offering guidance, support materials, and encouragement. Work closely with Communications Coordinator where needed.
- Lead on the promotion and recruitment of participants for sponsored challenge events, particularly the Oxford Half Marathon.
- Research charity of the year opportunities amongst school and local businesses and support applications as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community groups, schools and faith communities.
- Confidently represent the organisation at community events and manage a pool of volunteer speakers.
- Use our CRM (Donorfy) to ensure accurate and up-to date relationship management records.
Donor Stewardship and Prospect Research
- Ensure all donors are thanked promptly and feel valued and engaged.
- Manage and maintain accurate donor data in Donorfy, producing reports on donor activity and performance.
- Monitor and manage fundraising and donation enquiries through our development@ inbox, responding and referring them as appropriate.
- Research new fundraising prospects and initiatives across individuals, community groups, small trusts, local businesses and other potential supporters. Maintain organised records of prospects and recommendations.
Trusts & Foundations (Small Grants)
- Support the Fundraising and Communications Manager and Trust and Foundations Fundraiser with the small grants pipeline, including prospect research, applications and reporting.
- Work closely with appropriate staff and service coordinators on project budgets, reporting and planning as needed.
Other responsibilities
- Support and oversee fundraising volunteers and interns as required.
- Work collaboratively within a busy staff team, participate in meetings and planning processes, and contribute to organisational development.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role, as agreed with the Fundraising and Communications Manager or CEO.

Pregnant Then Screwed (PTS) is the leading charity working to end the motherhood penalty. Founded on International Women’s Day in 2015, our work is rooted in lived experience and delivered with fearless conviction. We campaign for change, provide support and advice, and build community with working parents across the UK. We do this with rigour, rage, and love.

The Role
Pregnant Then Screwed’s Tribunal Mentor Programme is a peer-to-peer support service for women and parents taking legal action against an employer for pregnancy and maternity discrimination. We match mentees with volunteer mentors who have been through the Employment Tribunal process themselves for 12 weeks of support through weekly calls. We relaunched the programme in October 2025, and now, with funding from The National Lottery, we are looking for a part time Support Services Coordinator to help us grow and maintain new mentoring matches.
As the Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting and inducting mentees and volunteers onto the programme and supporting matches throughout their journey. You’ll also drive engagement with the programme, and develop recruitment strategies for potential volunteers and mentees.

Thames Rivers Trust (TRT) is a catchment-based environmental charity focused on enhancing river health and resilience throughout the Thames Basin. As a convening organisation, TRT collaborates with local delivery partners, statutory agencies, and funders to implement nature based solutions, support environmental data infrastructure, and improve community access to blue spaces. TRT coordinates the Thames Catchment Community Eels Project (TCCEP), building on a tradition of multi-partner catchment initiatives to achieve significant environmental and social benefits. The Thames Catchment Community Eels Project (TCCEP) is a £3 million flagship programme delivered by Thames Rivers Trust in partnership with seven NGOs and catchment groups. Never one to stand still, the organisation is constantly evolving to meet the needs of its users and is currently in the early stages of a strategic review. As part of this change programme, they are now looking to recruit an interim Finance Director, to deliver on current projects as well as pave the wave for future transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of a robust and forward-looking finance strategy, ensuring long-term organisational sustainability, strong financial stewardship, and full regulatory compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance analysis, supported by the FP & A team.
- Direct all aspects of financial control, ensuring the delivery of high-quality external audits, transparent statutory reporting, and strong internal controls.
- Lead the continued optimisation of the organisation’s finance systems, including the current implementation of Business Central.
- Champion continuous improvement and simplification of financial processes, controls, and ways of working.
- Lead, and retain a high-performing, customer-focused Finance team.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA).
- Demonstrable experience of previously working in a large Not-for-Profit organisation at a similar senor level.
- Broad technical expertise across management accounting, financial accounting, charity accounting, and audit.
- Senior-level change and project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to produce concise, accessible Board-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing team to deliver integrated brand and marketing campaigns that raise awareness of Tommy’s mission and impact through research and provision of support among the target audiences
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission and goal
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring clear messaging and impactful delivery
- Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and support fundraising efforts
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment
- Use data and insight to understand audience, channels and brand and to guide the strategy, planning and execution

Person Specification
- Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing leadership and brand development and engagement within the non-profit or charity sector
- Proven ability to develop impactful campaigns across digital, print, and media channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Commitment to the values of the organisation and a demonstrable interest in the pregnancy and baby sector
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external partners
