Yeldall Manor is a Christian residential treatment centre near Reading for men struggling with addiction to drugs or alcohol. We are seeking someone strategic and relational to strengthen and develop all aspects of fundraising for Yeldall Manor, and to lead a new marketing and fundraising campaign. The appointee will join our senior leadership team and shape the next chapter of our development as we are at a pivotal moment of opportunity, with an ambitious vision to build our Christ-centred identity and practice, pursue excellence and impact, and expand our reach.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Lead supporter acquisition activities and build the portfolio of individuals, churches, trusts, corporates and other organisations supporting the work of Yeldall Manor.
• Build deep, mission-aligned partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
• Lead and implement an effective marketing and communications strategy to help position Yeldall Manor within the top tier of UK residential rehab centres.
• Lead and execute a high-impact fundraising strategy across major gifts, individual giving, churches, trusts & foundations, corporates, and legacies.
• Work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team to align income generation with Yeldall Manor’s strategic vision and programme outputs.
• Lead the development of funding applications for trusts & foundations.
• Provide leadership and nurture staff working on supporter acquisition, fundraising and marketing activities, empowering them to deliver with excellence.
• Inspire a culture of philanthropy throughout the organisation, rooted in strong values and relational excellence

You will be working alongside the existing Administration and Supporter Relations Manager, and other staff assisting with marketing and administration, based mainly at Yeldall Manor, which means you will have daily contact with those men whom you are helping. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Individual Giving Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Individual Giving programme. This is a pivotal role responsible for growing sustainable income through innovative, insight-led fundraising across multiple channels.

You will take ownership of the full Individual Giving portfolio, including Regular Giving, appeals and mid-value programmes, ensuring each delivers strong performance, supporter engagement and long-term value. Working across digital, print, face-to-face and telemarketing channels, you will design and optimise supporter journeys that inspire loyalty and maximise lifetime income

As a key member of the fundraising team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, Supporter Engagement and Data & Insight to ensure all activity is integrated, compliant and supporter-focused. You will also manage external agencies and suppliers, lead on budgeting and performance reporting, and use data-driven insight to continually refine and improve campaigns.

The Role

In this role, you will support the Director of Finance in providing a proactive, efficient, and highly effective finance service across the Diocesan board of finance and trust custodian company, as well as supporting the larger finance team who look after the Board of Education.

Your role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Partnerships New Business Manager, to join our friendly and ambitious team, to be the lead on new business activity in the team. This role will lead on securing new high-value, multi-faceted, long-term partnerships with companies to support the RNLI’s objectives. This role will build upon recent pipeline development and new business success in the team, through leading on the continuous development and implementation of the new business strategy and plans, further driving improvements and ensuring a sustained focus on pipeline development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching and securing new business at six figure level. You'll ensure we provide excellent management and stewardship of the new business pipeline, provide regular and accurate performance updates against objectives and KPIs, and accurately forecast short, mid and long-term income. You will help to drive creative thinking in the development of proposals to take out to prospective partners.

The location of this role is flexible and can be homebased, but ideally within a commutable distance of Poole, as the successful candidate will be required to travel to Poole and Partner locations on a regular basis (sometimes at short notice) to meet with internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

This is a remote position for someone based in the UK, with the expectation to work at a VCUKI office two days a month. The role is full-time and reports to the VCUKI National Coordinator.

This is a new position that offers an exciting opportunity to grow, develop, and shape the fundraising strategy for our national movement. The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy aimed at securing donations from major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporations.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Vineyard Churches UK and Ireland as well as Vineyard Global. They will work with movement leaders and Vineyard staff to maximise fundraising opportunities and establish long-term relationships with donors. The candidate should be a starter finisher as this is a new area of development for both VCUKI and Vineyard Global, and over time, it is anticipated that the post-holder will build a team to assist with key aspects of the role. We are looking for a graduate with a proven track record in fundraising within the nonprofit sector, especially someone who has successfully secured large donations and grants. • Oversee all of the charity’s collaborative research activity, including PPIE activity.

1. JOB TITLE: Communications officer 

Contract: e.g. Two-year fixed term

Location: York/ hybrid (in office attendance once or twice a week) 

Salary range: £47,814 BAND B1 

2. MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB 

The communications officer is responsible for the consistent, day-to-day delivery of internal and external communications that convey JRCT’s mission and priorities and support the work of the people and organisations we fund. 

The focus of this role is delivery of our communications. You will be reliable and skilled, taking ownership of work that keeps our communications running smoothly - producing high-quality content, handling our social media presence, maintaining our website, and delivering our newsletters. You will bring creativity and flair to your communications, knowing when to inform and when to engage and finding the right tone for different audiences and channels. 

You will work independently on routine tasks while contributing thoughtfully to wider projects.

4. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

4.1 Content creation and storytelling 

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality written and digital content, including news pieces, case studies, and multimedia materials, ensuring all messaging is clear, consistent, and reflective of our mission and values across all channels 

• Partner with grant holders to develop case studies, quotes, and materials that reflect their voice and perspective 

• Actively amplify the work of grant holders, identifying opportunities to showcase their voices, expertise, and learning 

• Maintain and develop content, including sourcing images and writing copy for our website and reports, and assist with site refreshes. 

• Work with colleagues to ensure JRCT’s learning is translated and shared in accessible, meaningful terms 

• Design, compile, and write external newsletters 

4.2  Social media and digital engagement 

• Run our social media accounts day-to-day, including monitoring, scheduling, and creating engaging posts 

• Produce design-led assets and infographics using Canva or similar tools 

• Maintain and grow social media presence, sharing news from grant holders and JRCT 

• Research peer digital content and stay updated on social media trends 

• Monitor and analyse web and social media performance to evaluate and refine approach 

4.3  Internal communications and administration 

• Work with the head of communications to deliver internal communications, including updates, newsletters, and intranet content 

• Complete administrative tasks to regularly maintain and update digital resources in compliance with GDPR guidelines, including social media lists, website, image library, and newsletter mailing lists 

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the communications and engagement strategy, and assist with projects such as brand work and website redesign as they arise 

5. General Responsibilities

• Work constructively with administrative and communications colleagues, offering guidance and support where appropriate 

• Work at all times within the values, mission, and charitable purposes of JRCT 

• Be proactive in keeping up to date with developments affecting your work, including the social and political environment JRCT grant holders are working in 

• Take direction on projects and priorities from your line manager and carry out other associated duties as may arise or be assigned 

• Participate in effective collaborative working with other teams across JRCT 

• Prepare for and participate in appraisal meetings and engage constructively with colleagues 

• Work to administration and communication protocols efficiently to ensure organisational systems and procedures are implemented

What you’ll be doing: 

• Managing the organisation’s financial responsibilities, working to tight deadlines, and a varied workload across different areas of responsibility, particularly in relation to financial reporting. As well as ensuring that financial processes are accurate, up to date and compliant with statutory requirements

• Taking a proactive approach to maintaining efficient office systems and operations, ensuring that orders are processed and providing support for the general up-keep of the office equipment 

• Contributing to project delivery by supporting the team with a range of ongoing administrative and organisational tasks, which requires flexibility and able to manage a varied workload across different areas of responsibility.

What we’re looking for: 

• We are looking for someone with a strong level of experience in managing the financial operations of a small organisation, ensuring that systems and processes are both robust and efficient. This includes experience of financial forecasting, reconciliations and, where appropriate, introducing or improving financial systems. 

• The postholder must be able to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders with differing levels of financial understanding, both verbally and through written reports or presentations relating to the organisation’s finances and funded projects. 

• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential. The role requires the ability to manage different aspects of project support, general administration and office management, while keeping the wider team informed of progress on outstanding tasks.

Main Purpose of the Role (Sole Lead)

Strategy & Leadership

- Lead all communications activities, marketing, and engagement strategies.

- Monitor and evaluate strategy effectiveness with KPIs, ensuring brand consistency and report to the leadership team and Board of Trustees.

Marketing & PR

- Drive brand visibility and profi le-raising initiatives by establishing deep-rooted connections with key media influencers and journalists.

- Prepare charity spokespeople for media appearances.

- Create marketing assets that attract, engage, and retain new business.

- Social Media: Create and execute dynamic strategies to grow engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Events

- Draft and publish Quarterly board reports, annual reports and other documents.

- Oversee and deliver high-quality event communications.

- Plan and create engaging newsletters and appeals.

- Source and develop compelling stories from stakeholders.

Digital Campaigns & Management

- Website: Develop and update produce high-quality, engaging content.

- Create SEO Strategy, tracking performance and updating website content.

We are looking for an experienced National Operations Manager, to manage the StreetDoctors operational delivery, quality standards and to support the organisation's strategic development to become a high performing organisation.

We are an award-winning national charity which trains over  20,000 young people affected by street violence each year in emergency first-aid through a team of 250 healthcare volunteers and youth workers. We empower young people with the skills to become part of the solution to violence by developing the skills and confidence to save lives and increasing their understanding of the medical and psychological consequences of violence.

As the StreetDoctors lead for operational delivery, the role will manage and develop the organisation's delivery capacity and implement new innovative national projects. The role will ensure the organisation's performance is managed, achieves the targets and is fit for the future. The key areas of focus include:
