About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Senior Marketing Officer to join Kinship’s Marketing Team to help us reach more kinship carers with our support offer. You’ll bring strong experience in delivering effective, insight-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, web, paid advertising and content marketing.   

You’ll play a key role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns and promoting our services and programmes – including Department for Education-funded training – to kinship carers, referral partners, and professionals across England and Wales.   

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll plan and deliver impactful marketing activity, create engaging content, and use data and analytics to optimise performance. You’ll also contribute to shaping our marketing strategy by bringing evidence, creativity and best practice from across the digital landscape. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to maximise reach and impact and raise the profile of kinship care while supporting families.   

Key responsibilities   

• Work with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing plans, and have day-to-day oversight of the delivery of these to promote the DfE-funded training and support service to kinship carers, to ensure good take-up of all training events by a diverse range of kinship carers, in line with the programme goals.

• Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media - paid and organic, email, SMS, etc.), monitoring and optimising campaigns for greatest impact and testing new approaches.

• Produce and oversee content creation for marketing plans and campaigns, delivering high-quality, insight-led and engaging marketing content for different audiences and/or channels, including case studies, blog posts, leaflets, videos, and social media assets.

• Plan and deliver creative and innovative paid ads campaigns across Meta, reviewing and optimising throughout, ensuring robust reporting is in place and using analytics and insights to inform future campaigns.

• Help embed a new email marketing platform to support the delivery of our email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automated journeys testing and reporting.

• Support the delivery of marketing strategies and activities to grow brand awareness and increase engagement with kinship carers and other key audiences.

• With the Head of Marketing, work with services teams to understand our target audience, and identify opportunities to integrate Kinship’s holistic support offer - including our peer support service and website advice content/ Kinship Compass - into training marketing activity where appropriate.

• Track KPIs and produce regular monitoring reports on marketing performance across channels and, with support from the Head of Marketing, adjust campaigns and plans to optimise impact and make recommendations for future testing.

• Manage and prioritise incoming requests from the organisational briefing process for services marketing support, including producing collateral templates in line with brand guidelines, working closely and collaboratively with comms and digital teams.

• Work in collaboration and co-production with kinship carers to ensure meaningful input and representation in the development of relevant plans and activities.

​Knowledge, abilities, skills and experience: 

Experience    

• Demonstrable marketing experience in an in-house or agency role (minimum 4 years experience).   

• Experience of developing and delivering marketing campaigns and activity to meet specific objectives, including engagement and acquisition of target audiences.   

• Experience of supporting numerous marketing campaigns or activities at the same time.   

• Strong digital marketing experience, including use of email marketing systems; design software including Canva; social media platforms and photo and video editing software.   

• Experience of planning, delivering and optimising email marketing campaigns to drive supporter engagement, using segmentation, automation and performance analysis. 

• Experience using a Contact Management System, such as Salesforce.   

• Passion for and experience of developing a range of content for different audiences and channels (such as videos, infographics, blogs and social media posts).   

• Experience of using communications planning tools or systems (e.g. planning grids, Asana, Hootsuite, Loomly).   

• Experience of tracking and reporting on social media and other digital marketing analytics and using insights and data to inform optimisation and planning of new activity.   

• Experience of delivering marketing campaigns across organic and paid social, particularly Meta paid advertising.    

• Experience working with brand guidelines and applying brand principles to create impactful marketing. 

Knowledge and skills   

• Exceptional written and spoken communications skills, with the ability to develop impactful narratives tailored to different audiences and channels.   

• Excellent attention to detail.   

• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work happily in a fast-paced environment, keeping multiple projects and objectives on track, often to tight deadlines.

About the role

You’ll be the main contact for the national training team providing support directly to kinship carers, training facilitators and others relating to the access and delivery of training events and workshops.

As a Project Worker at our Stacey Street service in Islington, you’ll support adults who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping to rebuild stability and move towards independent living. This is a hands-on role in a busy hostel environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll work directly with residents who may be navigating challenges linked to mental health, substance use, trauma or contact with the criminal justice system. Through strengths-based support planning and clear risk management, you’ll help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers and take practical steps forward. From supporting someone to engage with treatment, to sustaining a tenancy or accessing training and employment, your work will focus on realistic, sustainable progress.

Day to day, you’ll build trusted relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the right support at the right time, ensuring residents are prepared for successful move-on. You’ll keep accurate records, respond calmly in challenging situations and contribute to a psychologically informed environment where people feel respected and motivated to change.

This IPS service at Working Well Trust has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, and showcase the advantages of our service in order to work with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.

What you’ll be doing

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.

You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  

You will spend up to 65% of your week working in the community of Enfield to provide localised support to residents of the Borough.

You will also be working to contract targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

HFEH Mind has an exciting part-time opportunity for a creative lead on our new project focusing on the intersect between climate change and young people’s mental health. The London Mental Health and Climate Coalition is a 3 year National Lottery project which includes various partners, who are coming together to connect climate action with mental wellbeing.

 We are looking for someone with experience in creating youth focussed media or content and an interest in climate action and/or mental health. No prior experience in climate change action or mental health is required.

This role will involve:

- Creating both long and short form content for our social media platforms which will be distributed across the Thrive LND partnership.  

- Developing a social media campaign to promote children and young people’s personal wellbeing in the climate emergency.

- Running a co-production youth panel to inform activities around climate action.

- Co-creating workshops and a toolkit to support with eco-anxiety.

You will…

- Have experience in creating and distributing youth focussed media/content.

- Have an interest in climate change action/mental health.

- Ideally located in or close to Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing or Hounslow.

• Act as the first point of contact — answering phones, emails, and welcoming tenants, families, and professionals.
• Provide housing administration support, including maintaining tenancy records, start and end dates, and issuing tenancy agreements (including easy-read versions).
• Support families and tenants with housing benefit applications, exempt accommodation claims, and related queries.
• Liaise with external agencies such as local authorities, housing benefit teams, and Universal Credit to resolve housing and benefit issues.
• Take and coordinate maintenance queries for Surrey projects and Ashdown, ensuring clear communication with families and tenants.
• Support compliance with data collection requirements for CQC, Capacity Tracker, and commissioning authorities.
• Assist with audits, KPI collation, and performance reporting.
• Support property management and projects teams with document control to meet SCC, WSCC, and Hampshire contract requirements.
• Book meetings, reviews, and professional visits, and provide hospitality when required.
• Order PPE, stationery, and supplies, and support events and social activities.
• Manage the social club and safely oversee the secure handling of client bank cards in line with policy.

• At least two years’ experience in an administrative role within housing, supported living, care, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of housing management processes, tenancy administration, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting benefit applications or liaising with external agencies (desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional approach.
• The ability to produce accessible documentation, including easy-read materials.
• A calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach when supporting tenants and families.

Regenerate is looking to recruit a highly organised, efficient and focused Grants fundraiser & Information Manager. Regenerate is 100% self-funded through fundraising endeavours, and so as Grants Manager you will be an integral part of our operations. The role is all about thinking creatively and securing funding through applications to Trusts and Grant giving bodies.

Regenerate is a youth charity established to work with young people who live on housing estates in Roehampton and Putney and the surrounding areas.

The Grants Manager position requires someone with an attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. It requires an ability to think creatively and efficiently deliver applications and reports, keeping to strict deadlines. In addition, you may be required to support our other areas of fundraising.

To do this, you must be able to understand the impact of Regenerate’s work and creatively demonstrate its worth to a variety of current and potential stakeholders. You must also be able to accurately keep records and ensure data on applications, reports and other fundraising sources is well managed. In addition, you may be required to support the other areas of fundraising.
