We are entering an exciting new phase as we bring together a growing family of initiatives focused on improving funding practice across civil society. These include London Funders, the cross-sector membership network for funders across the capital; Collaboration Circle, a platform for collaborative and participatory funding programmes; 360Giving, which supports organisations to publish and use open grants data; and the Place-Based Giving resource hub, which supports collaborative funding rooted in place and community.
As Learning and Networks Manager, you will play a central role in engaging funders, partners, and stakeholders, and delivering learning that helps shape future practice across Funders Together and the wider funding ecosystem.

Who are we looking for?

They will be highly organised, a skilled facilitator, and able to translate learning into tangible actions. The Acquisition Marketing Manager attracts new UK supporters and generates income for Mary’s Meals’ school meals programme through effective and inspiring marketing across online and offline channels. MCKS Charitable Foundation UK is an ambitious and rapidly growing charity supporting schools and communities across the UK through school pantry programmes, breakfast clubs and wider wellbeing initiatives that help children and families experiencing food insecurity.

The Legacy Case Officer is key in ensuring we will receive these gifts. The role has responsibility for almost half of our legacy income, covering a significant number of non-contentious residuary, specific and life interest cases.
It involves a high degree of autonomy as you will help protect the charity’s income and reputation through sensitive case management, and acting within the limits delegated. You will be supported throughout by your colleagues and manager, with additional learning & development available.
This role is remote to ensure we can recruit the best candidate, but with an expectation to be able to travel occasionally to our Head Office or London for meetings
About You
You have first-hand experience of dealing in legacy administration, capable of dealing with a variety of charitable gifts and matters. It is not essential to have knowledge of resolving contentious cases, but you are able to identify which may require additional support.
You will be experienced in Charity Legacy Administration with a ILM qualification (CiCLA or Diploma) or relevant experience from the charity or legal sector.
As an individual:
You are also willing and able to travel as required for meetings, training or other, including to Downton (SP5 3RB) or London, with occasional travel to other UK locations. You are welcome to ask for further information during the interview stage.
You are also comfortable staying away from home overnight on occasion, when required to support events or team activities.

As Community Fundraising Officer, you’ll:

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some community fundraising experience, with the ability to build connections and connect with the local community. To do this, you’ll need excellent communication skills and be able to confidently approach and interact with supporters. While you’ll be a key part of the rehoming centre team, you’ll be regularly be working independently, so strong organisational skills and a proactive approach is essential.
This role is based at the rehoming centre, and the post holder will spend lots of time in the community meeting supporters. The working pattern is typically Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required and is likely to involve some evening and weekend work, depending on the nature of the work.

Job Purpose
The Project and Engagement Coordinator will play a central role in the implementation, coordination and day-to-day delivery of the Partners for Change project. Hosted by Stay and working across the wider partnership, the postholder will help ensure that the project delivers a high-quality, joined-up, trauma-informed and person-centred response to homelessness, rough sleeping, housing insecurity, multiple disadvantage and crisis across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
This is both an operational and strategic role. The postholder will coordinate activity across partners, support delivery against agreed outputs and outcomes, manage data and reporting requirements, and help maintain strong communication, consistency and shared practice across the project.
A key part of the role will be the direct line management and operational oversight of the Intensive Support Workers. The Project and Engagement Coordinator will provide leadership, supervision, caseload oversight, quality assurance and day-to-day guidance to the Intensive Support Worker team, ensuring that support is well coordinated, responsive, safe and effective.
The role will also lead on engagement activity linked to the project, including partnership working, community engagement, peer support approaches, co-production, service development and the promotion of client voice. The postholder will help act as the operational bridge between frontline delivery, partner coordination, and project performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination and Delivery
· Support the effective delivery of a county-wide, joined-up service for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, housing insecurity, multiple disadvantage and crisis.
2. Line Management of Intensive Support Workers
· Provide direct line management to the Intensive Support Workers employed as part of the project.
· Offer day-to-day leadership, supervision, support and guidance to Intensive Support Workers delivering community-based interventions.
· Support induction, training, development and ongoing quality improvement within the Intensive Support Worker team.
3. Oversight of Outreach Delivery
· Ensure support is accessible and responsive for people experiencing multiple disadvantage and for those in crisis, including individuals who may face barriers to engagement with mainstream services.
