About the role 
We are recruiting a Van Peer Coordinator to support our Hepatitis C peer project in the Oxford & Thames Valley area. This role involves driving a van across the region and working with people affected by substance use and hepatitis C. 

Peers use their lived experience to raise awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and help people access testing and treatment. 

About you 
You will: 

• Be confident driving a van and travelling long distances 

• Have experience working with people affected by substance misuse 

• Have lived experience of hepatitis C, or experience supporting someone who has 

• Be reliable, compassionate, and well organised 

• Have good communication skills 

• Hold a clean driving licence (essential)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Night Engagement Worker to join the team in Redbridge. You will support within the Offender Personality Disorder Housing Accommodation to support in successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our residents and participants back into the community. The service delivers support for people in the criminal justice system who are deemed high risk, and likely to meet criteria for personality disorder. Penrose OPD HASS service offers specialist accommodation to people with high risk/high needs and require intensive support to overcome barriers to resettlement and progress towards independent living in the community.

You will assist with those who have recently been released from prison, secure health settings, or are transitioning from Approved Premises. Your role will involve supporting all aspects of key engagement activities, aiding their rehabilitation, reablement, and reintegration into society by providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions, that will enable successful resettlements and work with internal and external partners and agencies to achieve desired outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support residents who may be facing challenges with substance misuse, helping them take positive steps forward.
• Creating one to one person centred support plans to support residents in achieving their goals.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times during the shift, including regular check ins and carrying our protocols.
• Planning activities to engage residents with other people, communities, and opportunities during the evening which may include movie nights and games nights.
• Lone working is part of the role, but you’ll always have a supportive team around.
• Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for day colleagues for a seamless service.

About You

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for supporting people who may be deemed as having a personality disorder and have been referred to us by the criminal justice service. Our residents are at the forefront of our service delivery, so building trusting and professional relationships is key. Teamwork is essential and having previous knowledge of the needs our residents may have. Each support plan is tailored to the individual, so you'll help deliver care that truly meets their needs.

• Ability to engage with people from different backgrounds, build rapport, and empower them to achieve their personal goals

· Work with the CEO to explore and develop cross-sector opportunities (e.g. NHS, local authorities, voluntary sector partners)

· Line manage a part-time Fundraising Officer and support volunteers to maximise impact

· Strengthen systems, pipeline management and performance monitoring to support sustainable income growth

About you

We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery in a small charity environment.

You will bring:

· Experience of securing meaningful income and developing funding opportunities (e.g. five-figure grants or partnerships)

· A track record of building effective external relationships

· Confidence identifying new opportunities and turning them into tangible outcomes

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling cases for support

· The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively

· You may already be working at manager level, or ready to step up into a broader role with greater ownership and scope.

At Circle Collective, you’ll play a key role in helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence, and move into sustainable employment, education, and training.

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and compassionate Job Coach to deliver high-quality one-to-one support and engaging employability workshops as part of our Back Your Future programme in Lewisham. You will manage a caseload of young people, helping them develop practical employability skills, access work experience opportunities, prepare for interviews, and progress towards meaningful futures.

As Job Coach, you will:

• Deliver tailored employability coaching and mentoring support

• Build trusted relationships with young people facing barriers to progression
• Help connect participants with employers, training providers, and opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to programme outcomes and reporting
• Work collaboratively with partners and employers to improve opportunities for young people

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in youth employment, employability, education, community programmes, or mentoring, and who are passionate about creating inclusive opportunities for young people, including those who are NEET or facing additional barriers.
