We're looking for a talented and motivated Multimedia Producer to join Mind's in-house Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to help bring our brand to life through powerful, video, photo and audio content that supports our mission to ensure everyone with a mental health problem gets support and respect.

As part of a growing team, you'll produce high-quality multimedia content across a wide range of formats - from filmed stories and campaign assets to social videos, interviews, animations, and audio pieces. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Mind, transforming briefs into engaging, accessible content that resonates with audiences and strengthens our brand.

This role is perfect for someone with strong videography, photography and editing skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work on multiple briefs in a fast-moving environment.

Key duties and responsibilities

What you'll be doing

-Filming and editing high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, events, and web.

-Producing multimedia content from concept through to final delivery - including storyboarding, scripting support, filming & post-production.

-Managing multiple briefs at once, balancing new creative work with BAU production needs.

-Ensuring all content is technically correct, accessible, and optimised for specific platforms and formats.

-Collaborating with colleagues in Creative, Brand, Marketing and Digital to develop impactful concepts.

-Organising and maintaining our digital asset library, including raw footage, final edits and consent forms.

-Occasionally liaising with or commissioning freelancers and production partners.

-Staying up to date with video trends, accessibility practices, equipment, and production techniques.

About you

You'll bring:

-Experience filming and editing video content for different audiences, channels and formats.

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting people who are blind, partially sighted, Deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind. You'll be at the heart of a busy service, helping to coordinate appointments, equipment, enquiries, stock and administration, ensuring people receive the support they need when they need it.

No two days are quite the same. One day you might be arranging equipment orders and managing stock, the next supporting visitors, coordinating appointments or helping a colleague source equipment or information quickly. What you'll be doing

Role Overview

In this role you will be responsible for office management and administrative support across Pembroke House’s work, from supporting governance functions, to leading on Hall Hire bookings and supporting programmes in our buildings and in the wider neighbourhood. 

You will be passionate about delivering and improving our processes to streamline our work, and enjoy bringing your skills in organisation and process management to a vibrant team. In addition you will oversee the Pembroke Academy of Music, ensuring that it continues to be an efficient and joyful programme.

Hepatitis is now the world’s deadliest communicable disease, claiming 1.34 million lives each year. Yet the world has everything it needs to eliminate it, including affordable testing and treatment, a vaccine for hepatitis B, and a cure for hepatitis C. Lack of awareness, stigma and discrimination in society, and a lack of action by decision makers, has stalled hepatitis healthcare worldwide. As a result, 287 million people are living with the virus, but only a small fraction know.

We are looking for someone to position WHA and the hepatitis cause within the global health landscape.

The successful candidate will deliver high impact multi-channel global campaigns to communicate our work to key stakeholders. We are looking for a communications all-rounder, with skills across content creation, copywriting, marketing, and social media. Here at Rainbows Children’s Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care and end-of-life support to over 750 Babies, Children, and Young People living with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions, as well as approximately 3,000 people, including families, siblings, and carers, across the East Midlands. We are currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to join our dedicated Volunteering Team at Rainbows. Volunteers play a pivotal role in supporting every aspect of our vital work – from fundraising and events, to our retail shops and the hospice itself – with over 350 individuals generously volunteering their time, skills, and passion.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual who will help ensure volunteers feel welcomed, supported, and confident, enabling them to make a meaningful difference to children, young people and families across our services.

Location: Primarily an office-based role, at our hospice in Loughborough.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Some flexibility is required, as occasional evening and weekend working and regional travel will be part of supporting volunteers.

About the role

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping how people volunteer with Rainbows. You’ll lead on volunteer recruitment across the East Midlands, building relationships with communities and organisations, and supporting individuals to find opportunities that match their motivations, skills and strengths. We are looking for a curious, detail-focused and proactive HR MIS Assistant to join the People Services team.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll support the day-to-day operation of the HR systems across the organisation.

You’ll work across several systems, with key platforms including:

• IRIS Cascade (HR system)

About the role:

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Manager on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week), to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Essex Care Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most. 

Reporting to the Head of Care out of our Essex base and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality family support service; and will act as the local Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission, providing management and leadership to the team in relation to all safeguarding issues.
