The Role

A highly valued role in the Secretariat Team of the Oxford Diocesan Board of Finance (ODBF) has become available due to the portfolio growth of the existing postholder.

This is an important role which combines high quality General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) advice and collegiate support, policy and practice development and hands-on case management, such as undertaking Subject Access Requests (SARs).

You will directly support ODBF staff, including training and response to queries and proactive advice and support to area teams (bishops, archdeacons and their teams) and parishes. The role provides an excellent opportunity for varied work, especially for someone who enjoys the full breadth and depth of data protection work.

Although there is no direct line management responsibility, the role requires working well in a team, supporting others with confidence in your personal decision-making. Whilst the role involves managing autonomously the full portfolio of data protection issues on a part-time basis, it sits within a friendly, high-functioning and highly motivated team, supported by the Director of Secretariat.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Therapeutic Practitioner to deliver For Baby’s Sake across the North East of England. This is a home-based role with hybrid working, and applicants must be based in the region and able to travel to deliver a blend of online and face-to-face sessions. For Baby’s Sake is an innovative, therapeutic, trauma-informed programme that works to break the cycle of domestic abuse, starting in pregnancy, to give babies the best possible start in life. We work individually with co-parents, keeping the baby at the centre, and using a therapeutic, recovery-focused framework to address the impact of domestic abuse with care, compassion, and respect. The programme supports parents to explore unresolved and often complex childhood trauma, change harmful patterns of behaviour, and create a home environment in which children can thrive. Our attachment-focused parenting approach helps babies and children feel safe, secure, and connected with parents who are emotionally available and attuned to their needs.

The programme begins during pregnancy, when motivation for change can be strongest. Both parents must want to co-parent their unborn baby, although they do not need to be in a relationship with one another. We can work with families until their baby reaches the age of two, reflecting the importance of this period in child development research.

The For Baby’s Sake Trust multi-disciplinary team is made up of trained therapeutic practitioners who build trusting, respectful relationships and create conditions for meaningful therapeutic change. This work supports co-parents to understand the impact of their own early experiences on their parenting and relationships, and to move towards safer, healthier family lives. About The Role

We’re launching a brand-new Day Rehab Programme in North Northamptonshire and are looking for a Service Manager to help shape and lead it from the ground up. This is a part-time role (21 hours per week, with flexible working patterns available), offering the chance to build a service that will make a real difference in people’s recovery journeys.

You’ll also support the development of a new LERO, helping it grow towards independence and sustainability, while working closely with the Regional Manager and wider partners.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational delivery with strategic input.

• Lead delivery of the Day Rehab Programme (Self-Help Addiction Recovery model)
• Support the setup and development of a new LERO service
• Line manage a Lead Counsellor, Administrator, and LERO staff
• Work with the Regional Manager on strategy, business planning, and service improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders
• Ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and full audit compliance
• Monitor performance against service level agreements and targets

What We're Looking For

No two days will be the same, you might be shaping service delivery in the morning, supporting your team through supervision in the afternoon, and reviewing performance data or meeting commissioners later in the day.

Some flexibility is required, including occasional evening or weekend work, and travel within the region may be necessary.

Our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service helps people with mental health challenges find and sustain paid employment that matters to them. We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced IPS Employment Service Manager to lead and develop our East Kent service.

About the role

As Employment Service Manager, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team of Employment Specialists delivering high‑quality, recovery‑focused employment support across East Kent. You’ll ensure the service meets contractual requirements, achieves positive outcomes for people we support, and reflects Rethink’s values in everything it does.

Working closely with the Head of Area, you’ll provide day‑to‑day leadership, oversight of performance and quality, and strong external partnership working — all while championing innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

You’ll manage four part‑time Employment Specialists and play a key role in shaping how the IPS service responds to local need.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading, supporting and developing a dispersed staff team to deliver safe, effective and person‑centred services
• Ensuring strong performance against contract targets, quality standards and reporting requirements
• Embedding safeguarding, data protection, equality and health & safety into everyday practice
• Providing regular supervision, coaching, appraisals and performance support
• Building effective relationships with commissioners, referrers, mental health services and community partners
• Managing recruitment, staff resourcing, budgets and operational processes
• Promoting service user involvement and ensuring voices of lived experience shape the service
• Identifying opportunities for service improvement, innovation and local engagement

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be a confident, values‑driven leader with experience of managing services in health, social care or a related setting. You’ll bring a collaborative approach, a commitment to recovery‑focused practice, and a genuine passion for supporting people affected by mental illness into employment.

You’ll need:

• Experience of managing and supporting staff teams, including supervision and performance management
• Knowledge of mental health, recovery approaches and best practice
• Experience of safeguarding, incident reporting and regulatory compliance
• Strong organisational, communication and partnership‑working skills
• Ability to plan, monitor and evidence outcomes and service impact
• NVQ Level 3 / QCF Diploma (or equivalent) in a health or social care related subject
• Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office

As Data Officer, you will support the Head of Finance and Operations across a range of important day-to-day tasks, with a particular focus on income reconciliation, accounting preparation, the maintenance of our Salesforce CRM database, as well as using the CRM to run reports.

You will take responsibility for keeping Save the Rhino's data clean, accurate, and audit-ready — carrying out regular imports, cleaning routines, and backups, and producing reports that help colleagues across fundraising and communications to do their jobs effectively.

Alongside this, you will contribute to key financial processes including Gift Aid claims, VAT returns, and monthly management accounts, developing a solid grounding in charity finance. For the right person, this combination of data and financial responsibilities offers an unusually broad grounding - ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop skills across both disciplines rather than specialise immediately.

You will be methodical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and confident following established and documented procedures while flagging issues when you spot them. You will be a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues across the organisation and keen to learn and grow within a small, committed team.

This is a new role for Save the Rhino, and it is one that might appeal to individuals with different experience and backgrounds. We are open to this role being full time (35 hours per week) or part time (28 hours per week). The hours agreed will reflect the experience of the successful applicant — a more experienced candidate may be able to deliver the full scope of the role in fewer hours.
