This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong account management skills to play a key role in strengthening and growing relationships with leading global companies.
The majority of this role will focus on account management and communications, working closely with existing corporate partners to ensure strong engagement, retention, and impact reporting. Events Fundraising Manager role:
We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and results-driven Event Manager to lead and grow Roundabout’s events portfolio. This is a pivotal role in our fundraising team, taking overall responsibility for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of our events programme to maximise income, engage supporters, and raise awareness of youth homelessness in South Yorkshire.
As Event Manager, you will have ownership of our flagship events — A Night at the Musicals, Sleep Out, and The Yorkshire Chocolate Festival — ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard and achieve ambitious fundraising targets. You will also lead the development of our third-party events calendar, identifying and leveraging opportunities such as the Sheffield 10k, Tough Mudder, and Sky Dives to engage new audiences.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of Roundabout’s events strategy and portfolio, ensuring all events contribute significantly to income generation, supporter engagement, and brand awareness.

- Proven track record of leading and growing income across events or fundraising.

- Minimum GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)

About the role
Reporting into the Partnerships and Business Development Lead, the Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a key role within the Partnerships & Impact Funding team.

Key responsibilities
Fundraising & Income Generation
· Develop and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns and activities for community groups, individuals, and businesses to support our shared mission
· Build strong, sustainable relationships with local supporters, volunteers, and corporate partners to grow income and awareness

The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking an organised, analytical and proactive Development Research and Operations Manager (DROM) to support the growth in fundraising activity of a busy and ambitious orchestra. The post-holder will deliver high-quality philanthropic research, pipeline and CRM management, the creation of donor briefings for individual, corporate and trust supporters, and horizon scanning for new and future opportunities.

Experience speaking and writing knowledgeably about deliberative democracy and multilateralism.

Strong understanding of the global fundraising landscape in climate, democracy, and systems change — and ideally some well-established funder relationships.
