About the Role
The role sits in the Strategic Operations in the International Operations Department, which plays a critical role in the management of our largest and most complex program to ensure it is positioned to deliver results, drive growth with excellence, committed to implementing best practices at scale, while simultaneously adhering to core programmatic and operational standards. The Strategic Operations team reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and provides strategic, financial and operational support to the Nigeria country program, which delivers one third of MSI’s global contraceptive impact in Africa.
This new role is created to provide support and capacity to Nigeria’s growing donor portfolio and to bolster up both Regional Programme Manager and Associate Director Finance to fulfil financial and operational project management needs. Under the guidance and supervision of the Associate Director for Strategic Operations Finance and in close cooperation with the Regional Programme Manager, you will support the delivery of funded projects in Nigeria by facilitating and ensuring effective project and grant management; supporting financial and narrative donor reporting and overseeing financial processes including business planning, budgeting, monthly performance reviews, forecasting, and risk and compliance. You will be responsible for providing critical financial and risk management support to the MSIN project team, liaise with Donor Finance Team and Global Program and Partnership colleagues to play a key role in analysing and communicating financial results and performance; ensuring system and process efficacy and compliance with MSI quality standards and donor contractual obligations are met.

The Community Fundraising Manager is responsible for leading and growing the hospice’s community income portfolio, driving sustainable voluntary income through grassroots engagement, volunteer mobilisation and campaign development.
The post holder will hold accountability for income generated through all community fundraising activity, alongside key community campaigns such as Rudolph Run, Bunny Hop and Coffee Morning.

About the role
Khulisa has invested heavily in the development of its monitoring and evaluation framework, alongside augmenting its evaluation capacity and capability through innovation. This role brings together the synergies between systems and evaluation developments to support the organisation to grow both its impact and its reach through efficient ways of working and clear narration of its impact. This role will involve:
- Managing the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of Khulisa’s main CRM and reporting systems, including – but not limited to – Salesforce, PowerBI, FormAssembly and Wonde.
- Leading the change management of system development work, supporting colleagues to engage with systems changes and achieve greater results for the young people we serve.
- Ensuring the day-to-day operating of Khulisa’s data recording, processing and reporting processes.
- Continually refining and improving Khulisa’s internal MEL capacity including our evaluation systems; organisational and programme Theories of Change; evaluation indicators; data collection tools and define system improvements.
- Supporting the scoping and design of new programmes by providing data from past programmes, insights from beneficiaries and service-users, research into best practice and offer ongoing guidance on establishing best practice MEL systems and processes.

Every year, thousands of people in the UK face court alone. Often through no choice of their own, people must represent themselves at a moment that could have life-changing outcomes. This includes loss of access to children or homelessness. At the same time, people facing court alone may find themselves up against a party with legal representation. We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.
We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. Women in Prison (WIP) supports women affected by the criminal justice system and campaigns to end the harm it causes.
This is a new role which has been created to provide the vision and direction for our programming and systems change work as we embed our 2025-2030 strategy. Our ambition is to offer women in prisons and the community, impactful direct support that is more independent of government demands and funding, and with a new and deeper partnership model.
Our strategy also challenges us to mobilise women, drive women-led influencing and campaigning and co-design programmes with women with experience of the justice system. We know we must design and deliver programmatic work that incorporates systems change work so that we are not propping up a harmful existing system. The problem in the criminal justice system is not the women themselves, but the structures and systems that oppress them. Women in Prison is taking bold steps to design and embed new programmes that build evidence that directly challenge those harmful systems.
In this role you will:

Sophie Hayes Foundation is a small but mighty charity supporting women survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking as they rebuild their independent lives, free from re exploitation for the long-term.
We provide an employability programme which enables survivors to rediscover their skills, build their confidence and sense of purpose, develop workplace skills, and open up opportunities for work placements or volunteering. We also offer a conversational English course, a digital skills programme, and run a survivor network CREW (Creative Resilient Empowered Women).

The Joint Public Issues Team (JPIT) is recruiting to two full time paid internship positions to start in September 2026.
Interns work as part of a small ecumenical team on a diverse range of tasks and initiatives including communications, policy, campaigning and supporter engagement, contributing to the public advocacy and political engagement work of the Baptist, Methodist and United Reformed Churches.
JPIT is a partnership between the Baptist Union of Great Britain, the Methodist Church and the United Reformed Church, and the Church of Scotland is an associate partner. Its purpose is to help the Churches to work together for peace and justice through listening, learning, praying, speaking and acting on public policy issues. It is a team which brings together around ten staff working across the denominations. In recent years it has focused on issues around poverty, the economy, refugees and migration, the environment, peace and conflict, and politics.
These internships provide opportunities to develop skills in campaigning, communications, research, and policy within a dynamic team environment. There will be opportunities for professional and personal learning and development to equip the intern for further employment after their time on the internship. Whilst we are looking for some evidence of certain skills and experience, candidates will have the opportunity to develop relevant skills during their time in the role.
They are full time paid roles with fixed-term contracts to the end of August 2027, and a salary of £26,936.00 per year (we are committed to paying at least the London Living Wage). The roles are based in the Methodist Connexional Team which offers hybrid working arrangements, with an expectation of spending at least two days a week at an office base in central London.

Youth Focus West Midlands (YFWM) is looking for a Regional Development Lead to work as part of the Network of Regional Youth Work Units to build an inclusive and equitable approach to youth voice and youth engagement, ensuring the most marginalised and under-represented young people have their voices heard and acted upon across the UK.
The Development Lead will manage the Amplify funded programme of work across the region. This will include the facilitation of learning networks, peer support groups and peer research approaches, overseeing of project communications and delivering training and support programmes. This newly created role of Marketing & Content Lead reflects a strategic investment in building the public voice, identity and reach of CsP. We are seeking a creative and strategically minded marketing professional who will establish and grow CsP’s digital platforms from the ground up, developing a distinctive brand voice and presence that is rooted in Sheffield Cathedral while clearly expressing the unique identity of the Community of St Paulinus.
The postholder will shape CsP’s emerging communications strategy, build audiences, develop campaigns, and contribute to wider marketing thinking within the Project Resource Team.

The postholder will be line managed by the Project Manager and will be a key part of the agile Project Resource Team, which serves the CsP.
