Key Job Role Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
Strategy & Leadership
- Improve on and deliver the fundraising strategy aligned with organisational priorities and growth plans.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the fundraising team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Contribute to organisational strategy as a member of the leadership team.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the senior leadership team and Board of Trustees.

Income Generation
- Grow and manage income across a range of streams, including:
- Trusts and foundations
- Major donors and high-net-worth individuals
- Corporate partnerships and sponsorships

- Individual giving and digital fundraising
- Identify and develop new funding opportunities and innovative approaches to income generation, particularly corporate donations and partnerships.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and income targets, ensuring financial sustainability.
Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships
- Identify, secure, and grow corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and Charity of the Year relationships.
- Build and manage a portfolio of corporate supporters, ensuring effective stewardship and retention.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and presentations for corporate audiences.
- Represent the organisation within the local and regional business community, including networking events.
- Drive engagement opportunities including employee fundraising, volunteering, and corporate-led initiatives.
- Oversee and grow existing corporate schemes, including the Angel Scheme.
- Monitor corporate income performance against targets and provide regular reporting.
Relationship Management
- Build and steward strong relationships with funders, donors, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.

Governance & Compliance

Person Specification:
Essential requirements:
·Significant experience in a senior fundraising or targeted role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector

As Centre Fundraising Manager you will develop and implement a centre specific fundraising plan to raise income from the community through a variety of fundraising sources.
You will be responsible for effectively and autonomously managing the full portfolio of activity relating to the centre and to manage complex networks and relationships which have a wider national focus.

Want to work with multiple award-winning charity, FoodCycle? As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run community meals using surplus food.
You will manage local relationships with venues, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable this to happen. As an excellent communicator, you will manage the volunteers at each Project ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy, ensuring that volunteers are confident enough to self-organise and make a success of their Projects.
You will have experience of programme planning, delivery and development including community led/owned programmes. You will have experience of building relationships with a range of stakeholders and be passionate about food and cooking.
There will be frequent travel to our projects in Yorkshire and The Humber, with some evening and weekend work needed to cover our projects. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard in line with recipes, dietary requirements and allergen procedures
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served safely and correctly, including regular date and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen and restaurant environment at all times
- Assist with soups, daily specials, and menu items, contributing ideas where appropriate

- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and products, including promoting Caring For Life farm produce where possible

About the role

Working across departments, you’ll embed a collaborative and insight-led approach to donor retention and supporter experience.
You will lead the strategic planning and delivery of supporter development activity, from multi-channel appeals to tailored stewardship, and helping to grow income from regular giving and repeat giving audiences, as well as collaborating with Acquisition and Mid-Value and Legacy teams to grow a sustainable income pipeline. About you

- Extensive experience in the strategic planning and delivery of large-scale, direct marketing programmes, ideally with a focus on retention and supporter development
- Knowledge of relationship marketing techniques and supporter engagement strategies, with an understanding of how to build long-term supporter value
- Experience leading, supporting and coaching a team through a busy period while maintaining performance, wellbeing and supporting development

We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Fundraising and Volunteering Officer who can hit the ground running. This is a new role to stabilise, diversify and grow income in a financially constrained environment, reducing reliance on statutory funding, increasing unrestricted income, and strengthening Catalyst Support’s credibility with all sources of non statutory funding, including trusts, foundations, corporates, individuals and communities. The postholder holds clear accountability for income performance, return on investment and risk management, and plays a critical role in the organisation’s financial recovery and long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Income Delivery
- Lead and deliver a multi-year income and engagement strategy covering trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, major donors, community fundraising and individual giving.

About The Role
