About the role 

As Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming how data and analytics shape our fundraising, marketing and campaigning activity through Public Impact.

Working in an environment of agile, multi-disciplinary teams, you'll be a great collaborator and an experienced analytics professional, adept at building strong relationships and cutting through boundaries, in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. Leveraging agile principles, you'll flex and adapt - learning rapidly and responding to change, while keeping our supporters at the heart of everything you do. 

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical excellence with a strong strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex analysis findings into actionable business change. 

In this role, you will: 

• Lead cross-cutting strategic analysis projects across our marketing, fundraising and campaigning squads. 

• Act as a key strategic partner and subject matter expert, turning analysis into actionable recommendations that improve supporter engagement and income generation. 

• Identify and implement innovative, predictive analytics solutions to our biggest business challenges. 

• Lead the use of advanced algorithms and tools to improve efficiency and decision-making across the division. 

• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making through self-service tools, training, and storytelling. 

• Act as product owner for our suite of CRM analytics tools, leading the development roadmap and collaborating with suppliers. 

About you 

To be successful, it is important that you have:  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders and explain complex concepts to those same stakeholders. 

• Proven experience applying advanced analytical techniques in marketing, including segmentation (e.g. cluster analysis), behaviour prediction (e.g. propensity modelling), churn analysis, A/B testing, and data visualisation. 

• Strong skills in R (R Studio), SQL or Python for statistical analysis in a commercial context. 

• Experience with data analytics tools and platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.

• Experience working with large datasets, including extracting and preparing data using SQL and a strong understanding of relational databases. 

• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) is desirable.

The Special Events Manager is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the Fundraising team.

Campaign Director

We are looking for a Campaign Director to provide overall day-to-day leadership of the Partnership with The Disabled Children’s Partnership (DCP). You will be responsible for driving forward an ambitious integrated campaign, which combines political influencing, press and digital communications, public campaigning, and coalition mobilisation. Reporting directly to the Chair, the Campaign Director ensures the Partnership’s strategy is coherent, impactful, and responsive to political and public opportunities.

In this role, one eye will always be to our impact and the lasting legacy of our campaigns. Success will be measured in terms of real lasting social change – the extent to which DCP has driven positive shifts in policy, practice and attitudes through our campaigns, and whether our influence has shaped the narratives, priorities and actions of others beyond the lifetime of the campaign.

This role is a fixed‑term position (22.5 hours per week, worked over 3 days) until June 2027. We’re open to discussing how these hours can best work for you. Some on‑call and out‑of‑hours working may be required.

This is an exciting role in our committed policy team leading the fight to end child poverty in the UK. The government has just published a UK wide cross-government child poverty strategy, and made some historic commitments to reduce child poverty including scrapping the two-child limit and expanding free school meals in England. However, there is more to do, and this is a great time to join CPAG as we look to monitor the impact of these changes and influence policy makers and parliamentarians to ensure child poverty is high up the agenda.

We are looking for someone with a track record of communicating complex policy areas in an accessible manner to a range of non-specialist audiences. You will have knowledge of parliamentary processes and the different advocacy levers that can be used to influence change. You will enjoy working collaboratively to identify policy issues and develop solutions, working closely with colleagues across the organisation as well as externally.

In addition, in a senior policy officer we are looking for someone to take a lead role in developing CPAG’s policy and research programme, including leading the delivery of research projects, helping to shape our press and campaigns work, and contributing to the development of future projects including fundraising.

You will have a track record of producing high quality research and analysis, including policy briefings, on social policy issues.

The postholder will be working in a fast moving, high profile and complex policy environment and will need to balance short term priorities with long term objectives. Current priorities include influencing the implementation of the forthcoming child poverty strategy, sharing analysis and expertise as part of the DWP’s review of universal credit, and monitoring the development of the green paper on the changes to disability benefits.

Help shape the future of income generation at Alopecia UK. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to build and lead fundraising at a small but ambitious national charity.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Fundraising Manager to lead our next phase of income growth. As our first dedicated fundraising leadership role, you will develop and deliver a multi-year income strategy, strengthen existing income streams, and identify new opportunities to diversify and grow our fundraising.

Working closely with the CEO and colleagues across the organisation, you will play a central role in helping Alopecia UK reach more people affected by alopecia and ensure the charity’s long-term sustainability. Strategic leadership

• Lead the development and implementation of a multi-year income generation strategy aligned to Alopecia UK priorities.
• Work across the organisation to ensure fundraising activity is fully integrated with operational delivery, partnering closely with the finance, communications and delivery managers to align plans, resources and messaging, and to ensure shared initiatives are realistic, coordinated and achievable.
• Translate insight from your experience and our recent fundraising strategy review into clear, achievable plans.
• Set and monitor ambitious yet realistic income targets across income streams.
• Responsibility for achieving the fundraising targets and other fundraising-related performance indicators.
• Embed a positive fundraising culture across the organisation.
• Manage and review all fundraising income and expenditure budgets.

Income growth & diversification

As a part-time role within a small charity, the postholder will need to carefully prioritise income-generating opportunities alongside stewardship and relationship management. In year one, a key focus will be establishing effective donor pathways through the rollout of our new CRM, ensuring supporters experience clear and meaningful journeys with the charity. Alongside this, the Senior Fundraising Manager will assess and determine which early opportunities for growth should be prioritised. While areas such as community fundraising, digital campaigns and regular giving are likely to offer early potential, the postholder will lead decisions on where to focus effort and investment to generate the strongest returns.

• Leverage and optimise existing community and public fundraising activity to increase income and supporter numbers.
• Develop and grow new revenue streams, to potentially include digital fundraising campaigns, regular giving, trusts and grants, and legacy giving.
• Lead creatively and intellectually on compelling campaigning initiatives that drive engagement and income.
• Provide excellent stewardship to ensure funders and partners feel valued, engaged and motivated to continue their support.
•  Widen our existing corporate partnerships programme by building mutually beneficial partnerships to deliver income, awareness, and engagement opportunities.

CRM

• Support the design and rollout of our first CRM system, working closely with the Finance & Operations Manager to design fit-for-purpose donor journeys and pathways, establish meaningful reporting frameworks and ensure data supports excellent stewardship and strategic decision-making.
• Use CRM data and financial information to track performance, analyse trends and adjust strategy as required.

Data & impact

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including ICO guidance, GDPR and the Code of Fundraising Practice.
• Work closely with the Finance & Operations Manager to ensure our data meaningfully represents organisational outcomes.
• Translate impact data into powerful, succinct and persuasive communications or compelling cases for support.

Digital Communications & Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Digital Communications and Engagement Manager to drive forward the Disabled Children's Partnership's digital presence, supporter mobilisation, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Campaign Director, this role is crucial in ensuring the Partnership’s campaigns are visible, engaging, and impactful. 

Delivery of our campaign objectives depends on the contributions of our members and supporters. This role will be the central point of coordination of a complex programme of activity from multiple member organisations and teams. You will deliver excellent digital communications to members, provide support for all DCP meetings, and maintain accurate plans and calendars to track activity and report on progress.

• Plan and deliver supporter journeys, email campaigns, calls-to-action designed to build momentum and influence decision-makers, and manage the campaigner database
• Maintain strong relationships with member organisations, delivering regular communication, including newsletters, updates and briefings. 
• Plan and support the organisation of DCP meetings, including the CEOs group, steering group, policy, comms, campaigns, and public affairs sub-groups, and all-member meetings.

• Demonstrable experience in digital communications and social media management in a campaigning context.
• Experience of online campaign mobilisation.
• Ability to create engaging, accessible digital content across multiple channels.
• Experience using email marketing tools, CRM systems, and supporter databases.

Missing People’s Policy and Research Team is a small team with a big impact, both within the charity and externally. We aim to create local, regional and national change to improve the response to missing people. We work in an evidence-based way, centring the experiences of those who have been or are affected by missing. As the Policy and Public Affairs Manager, you will lead work to influence improvement in the response for missing children, adults and their families at a national and local level.

Joining our Policy and Research Team, you will help influence local and national policy, ensuring that the voices and experiences of missing people and their families are heard at the highest levels. You will learn from and work with people who have been missing, and people who have reported a loved one missing, to shape workplans and to call for change.
 
You will act as Co-Secretariat for the APPG for Missing Children and Adults, and build relationships with key stakeholders in government, parliament, the police and safeguarding agencies, finding ways to engage and motivate policy makers to better understand the issues affecting missing people and their families, and to make positive changes.
 
You will become expert in the issue of missing, including the risks that cause people to go and the harm they experience while away. This will also involve monitoring the policy landscape for opportunities to influence changes in the response to missing people, and provide expert insight and guidance to help shape improvement.
 
You will represent issues facing some of the most marginalised and vulnerable communities. This might include people who face sexual or criminal exploitation, people experiencing mental health problems or people who face discrimination in the response they receive from statutory services when they seek help in relation to the issue of missing, amongst others. This will sometimes include engaging with and challenging professionals in organisations and systems that exist with embedded discrimination.
 
ABOUT YOU
 
You will have:
 
• Right to work in the UK.

The External Affairs Manager plays a pivotal role in empowering people with sight loss to live the life they choose. This position leads the development of policy and campaigns within the country, aligning with Guide Dogs’ strategic objectives. Working collaboratively with the central policy, public affairs, and campaigns team, as well as the country leadership team, the role builds strategic partnerships with government bodies, local authorities, societies, and other key organisations. The post holder will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership, management and oversight of a team.

The post-holder is responsible for shaping policy positions, drafting responses to consultations from councils, combined authorities, and devolved governments, and driving impactful campaigns at a regional level. A key focus is increasing the involvement of blind and partially sighted people in advocacy and campaigning.

Additionally, the role leads the implementation of Guide Dogs’ regional marketing and communications strategy across the Devolved Nations. About the role

The Senior Business & Resource Planning Manager is a role within Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement, acting as a strategic partner to colleagues and driving key processes and activity in areas such as planning, reporting, project management and operational improvements.  

The postholder will support on operationalising plans and lead on the in-year tracking and management of budgets across P&A, and play a key role in supporting the P&A Leadership Team (LT) in making informed decisions relating to the resourcing of staffing and activity.

This role will also lead and coordinate on key aspects of reporting including internal quarterly reviews and also key accountability sessions for P&A with University leadership. Alongside this, they will lead on strategic projects that align and have been identified as being important to progress P&A and wider institutional goals. 

The role is based within the Advancement Operations section of P&A and will be part of the section leadership team. The postholder will be closely involved in taking forward projects to review and enhance processes to drive improvements and streamlining across Advancement Operations. This area of activity will also link to the postholder’s focus on supporting the Director of Advancement Operations in delivering their agenda. 

This is a full time (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. 

P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

The Digital Mobilisation Manager will lead Safe Passage’s digital programme, sitting within both our Fundraising and Campaigns teams. They will mobilise supporters through timely actions; manage, develop and grow our digital channels strategically; and be at the centre of meeting our fundraising and campaign goals. They will lead on the development of our digital strategy with oversight from the leadership team, implementing it through expert, hands-on content creation.

This newly created role of Marketing & Content Lead reflects a strategic investment in building the public voice, identity and reach of CsP. We are seeking a creative and strategically minded marketing professional who will establish and grow CsP’s digital platforms from the ground up, developing a distinctive brand voice and presence that is rooted in Sheffield Cathedral while clearly expressing the unique identity of the Community of St Paulinus.

The postholder will shape CsP’s emerging communications strategy, build audiences, develop campaigns, and contribute to wider marketing thinking within the Project Resource Team.

The Marketing & Content Lead will sit within the Project Resource Team (PRT), alongside the Project Manager, Administration Assistant, and Fundraising Officer. The postholder will be line managed by the Project Manager and will be a key part of the agile Project Resource Team, which serves the CsP.  The postholder will also collaborate with the Cathedral Marketing and Communications Team, where appropriate, to ensure alignment and shared opportunity, with the wider Cathedral communications strategy and work.
