About the roles
These are new roles focused on bringing lived experience into everyday inpatient care.This is a pilot project, hence the one-year contract term.

You will use your lived experience appropriately to support hope, participation and recovery, while working within clear professional boundaries.

As a member of Wintercomfort’s Project Worker Team, reporting to the Senior Tenancy Support Officer the Tenancy Support & Financial Wellbeing Project Worker is responsible for delivering Wintercomfort’s specialist range of 1:1 Pre and Post Tenancy Support, implementing proactive, holistic strategies designed to prevent people from losing their homes, whilst simultaneously providing them with the financial tools and capability needed to sustain stability, aimed at empowering Service Users to move out of the spiral of homelessness and back into mainstream society, preventing homelessness and foster financial inclusion.

About this job
We’re looking for a dynamic Social and Digital Media Creator to join our team. You’ll be a real digital native, with experience delivering engaging campaigns across paid media, organic social media and email. Day to you’ll manage, moderate and optimise our digital channels and email communications – all integral shop windows for our brand.
You’ll deliver accessible and inclusive content viewed millions of times by over 210,000 followers. Planning and delivering targeted social and paid media strategies is a key part of this role. You’ll lead social content production, create engaging videos, graphics, and community-focused posts to support people living with MS.
The role also involves planning, writing, building, and sending targeted emails to key audiences using DotDigital, our email service provider.
The Social and Digital Media Creator generates and utilises channel and content insights to increase engagement, raise awareness, and drive conversions against our KPIs.

About the role
As Landlord Liaison Coach, you will join our team in Birmingham at an exciting time, delivering an outstanding property procurement service across the private and social rented sector. Working alongside our team of lead worker coaches you will identify appropriate matches of tenants and homes. In addition, you will be managing your own caseload of homeless members and providing advice, guidance and advocacy. It’s a role requiring commercial acumen and creativity as you partner with both social and private landlords to source accommodation for our members. You will work collaboratively with partners and staff across the organisation to ensure tenants receive the support they need to sustain their homes and landlord relationships are nurtured. There is scope for development of the role and plenty of support. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and shape it from the beginning.

Families are supported through welcoming hubs or home deliveries, and connected into a wider network of support in community settings, while Little Village also raises its voice to highlight the realities of child poverty.
Little Village is entering an exciting new phase as it approaches its 10-year milestone and prepares to launch its next strategy. QuarterFive are partneruing with Little Villag to find a Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications to play a central role in shaping its future – leading how the organisation grows income, strengthens its brand and amplifies its voice. Sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a newly integrated fundraising, marketing and communications department, driving a cohesive, high-performing function and building on strong foundations to deliver a more strategic, scalable and insight-led approach.
With an income base with high potential for growth and particular strength in high-value fundraising, there is significant opportunity to grow and diversify income further, while also increasing visibility and influence at a time when public awareness of child poverty is rising.
