About the Role
As Grants and Information Officer, you will play a central role in delivering our services. You will manage grant applications from initial assessment through to decision and award, contribute to committee processes, and support the wider operations of the charity.

Key Responsibilities
Casework
- Manage applications from initial assessment through to committee review

About You
You will be:
- Educated to degree level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced in working with databases and updating websites
- Familiar with fundraising applications and/or the charity sector (ideally benevolent funds or welfare services)
- Knowledgeable about the UK statutory benefits system
- Familiar with accounting software such as Xero or Dext (desirable)
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload

Job Purpose
The Senior Individual Giving Officer plays a central role delivering the campaigns and plans that will achieve the Individual Giving programme income targets. The post holder, working closely with colleagues across BookTrust, will manage existing and test new Individual Giving campaigns and develop and test new fundraising products in order to generate income from new and existing supporters.

Key Responsibilities:
Programmes and projects
- Manage acquisition and retention campaigns including testing new audiences and channels.
- Deliver effective supporter journeys to ensure the highest possible standards of donor experience.
- End-to-end campaign management across the fundraising mix including legacies, mid value and in memory.
- Support the testing and development of new community and events fundraising opportunities.
- Work closely with and support the Individual Giving Lead to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to budget, contributing to annual income targets.

- Monitor and control income and expenditure against targets outlined in annual plans.

- Closely monitor campaign results, provide updates on performance and produce post-campaign analysis reports.
- Make recommendations to improve the performance of future campaigns based on evidence and data.
- Contribute to CRM development and update existing reporting mechanisms.

About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Casework Administrator to join the Scottish Regional Office team at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.
You will be responsible for providing specialist administrative support and undertaking virtual telephone casework across the whole of Scotland, working remotely with SSAFA branch volunteers and Regional Office colleagues to ensure a consistent, timely, quality service is provided to SSAFA beneficiaries.
To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to the Scottish Regional Office. You will work closely with the Regional Casework Managers and the Regional Manager.

About the team
In this role you will be working closely with volunteers from seventeen SSAFA branches across Scotland, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The successful candidate will work as part of a larger team which includes 2 Casework Managers and a Regional Manager and a team of Regional Casework Co-ordinators.
About you
To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of providing excellent customer service by telephone, e-mail and face to face. You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. The successful candidate will have experience of using their own initiative, planning and managing their workload with minimal supervision. You should be experienced at writing descriptive reports following a recommended structure. This role requires you to be a resilient person and it would be advantageous if you understand the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families. An understanding of the voluntary sector and preferably the military charity sector landscape across Scotland would be valuable, but not essential.

About the role
The Regional Communications Officer role is an exciting and varied opportunity to work with Emmaus communities across the South of the UK, helping to raise their profile and engage supporters.
You will work closely with up to four Emmaus communities to identify their communications needs and deliver a mix of activity to help them achieve their goals. As part of a wider team, you will also share ideas and build on each other’s experience to maximise PR, digital and communications opportunities.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home or from within an Emmaus community.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will be key to this role. Regular travel to your allocated communities is essential, typically at least once a week. As Bereavement Support Manager, you will oversee the effective and efficient running of the charity’s On Demand Bereavement Support Service which includes Helpline, Live Chat and ASK email. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a small team of staff and volunteers (all working on a remote basis) and will ensure the service is adequately staffed to provide on demand support services when required. To be considered for this role, you will have extensive experience of working with children, young people, and families in either a bereavement or similar field at managerial level, and will have a significant awareness and knowledge of the emotional and psychological impact of bereavement and loss. You will have a Level 5 Foundation Degree, HND or Diploma of Higher Education as well as a current registration with a professional body (i.e. HCPC, BACP, UKCP, ACP). About the role
You will join a team managing Galop’s specialist advocacy services, providing support to LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse and violence in the UK, with a specialist focus on hate crime and hate-motivated abuse. You will work within the advocacy management team to deliver advice, support, and advocacy to thousands of LGBT+ victims and survivors of interpersonal abuse and violence each year.
You will manage a team of specialist advocates and triage workers providing needs-led support, information and advocacy to LGBT+ survivors of a range of violence and abuse. You will work with the Head of Advocacy and other advocacy managers to ensure that survivors have access to needs-led, timely support that is right for them, maintaining high quality, consistent support across our advocacy and one-to-one support, whether that is in-person or remote.
You will have an in depth understanding of the spectrum of violence and abuse that LGBT+ people are subjected to, including the causes, impact and barriers to accessing services. You will use your expertise to represent Galop with key stakeholders, advocating for the needs of the community.
You will also have management and oversight of the CATCH Partnership, a pan-London consortium of by-and-for hate crime support services, that cover all protected strands of hate crime across race, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation and transgender status. You will need to have excellent partner management skills and be able to lead and support a diverse range of organisations with an understanding of their specific needs and challenges.
You will be responsible for ensuring that data collected about the service is collected consistently and use this to report to funders. We are looking for a hands-on operator to build the engine behind how a group of membership-based incubations grow, engage and thrive. This role is employed by Purposeful Ventures and will work across two of our incubated organisations – The Baby Bank Alliance and Open Education AI (OEAI), where you will design and build their CRM, marketing, onboarding and membership engagement infrastructure.
This is a standalone role where you will be the person researching, selecting, configuring and running the systems, giving you the opportunity to really get stuck in with shaping growth infrastructure.
If you have built CRM or growth infrastructure in a commercial setting and are looking to apply that skillset to organisations achieving real social impact, this is an opportunity to own the entire membership and engagement process end-to-end – and to see the difference that it makes.

The Baby Bank Alliance is a membership organisation which supports and advocates for UK baby banks, to ensure babies and children have the essentials they need to thrive. Open Education AI
Open Education AI is a sector-led data transformation initiative that provides the education sector with an off-the-shelf route to usable data and AI Insight capability. We are a membership organisation and we work with the sector to enable all school groups to take control of and leverage their data to inform strategic action.
Responsibilities and duties
CRM selection, setup and ownership
- Research, evaluate and procure a CRM system which is best suited to membership organisations
- Lead on the implementation and configuration of the procured CRM system
- Design all the data structures, tagging, pipelines and reporting within the CRM system and ensure that these are best designed to serve the incubations
- Ensure that all data practices are robust and GDPR compliant
- Maintain and continuously improve the CRM system, and act as the internal CRM owner
Membership onboarding and member value (OEAI)
- Map and redesign the full member journey from awareness → sign-up → onboarding → engagement → renewal
- Create clear and straightforward processes that improve member experience
- Lead membership engagement activities, including the utilisation of our community on Circle
- Create campaigns that encourage members to use the features that matter the most and which will give them maximum value
- Play a significant role in shaping the roadmap based on real customer insights
- Be the overall membership engagement owner
Community growth and communications (OEAI)
- Source and implement appropriate tools to underpin and enhance this infrastructure, for example, Zoom, sales demo tools, email platforms and automation software
- Ensure system integration across CRM, website, events, communications and finance to enable a seamless experience
- Improve on the capturing, tracking and reporting of sales leads
- Ensure the operational backbone is strong enough to support growth
Membership operations
- Run and maintain the membership database, ensuring high data quality

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in CRM systems, marketing operations, revenue and growth, commercial operations or startup operations, with experience in building systems and processes from scratch. This role would suit someone seeking a role – or continuing their career – in a not-for-profit environment where you will apply your skills to enhance purpose-driven organisations, take full ownership of systems and processes and build something meaningful from the ground up.
You will have had previous exposure to selecting, implementing and driving use and functionality of a CRM system (such as Hubspot or Salesforce) and building customer journeys and lifecycle automation. Purpose of This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new three-year programme focused on strengthening the financial wellbeing of people living with multiple long-term conditions. Enabled by recently announced funding from The Aviva Foundation, the role will lead the design and development of an initiative that equips link workers with the skills, confidence, and resources to address financial hardship as an integral part of their practice. The post will play a crucial role in advancing NASP’s strategic ambition to influence and embed social prescribing across local, national, and international contexts
This new role will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of the three-year national programme, reporting to our Strategic Lead for Healthcare Integration & Neighbourhood Health to meet the programme priorities.
The postholder will work in close partnership with key stakeholders to co-produce and lead the programme’s learning content, oversee the national training rollout, and support pilot delivery in two Primary Care Network (PCN) sites. The role will be central to capturing, synthesising, and embedding learning through peer-learning networks, wider evaluation partnerships, and ongoing engagement with our funder. This will support continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and the successful scaling of the programme -contributing to a more integrated approach to financial wellbeing through social prescribing services.
This role will sit within the Healthcare Integration Team and will work closely with colleagues across Evidence & Insights, International Social Prescribing, workforce developments and activity provider engagement.
