Magic Bus is seeking a Global Senior Finance Manager to lead financial management
across each of its Magic Bus Global, UK and Singapore entities (“three Magic Bus
entities”). This is a senior, high-impact role, critical to supporting the organisation’s next
phase of growth and strengthening its global finance function.
Based in the UK and reporting to the Magic Bus UK Board and Executive Director (with
alignment to Magic Bus Global and Singapore leadership), the role operates within an
international development NGO environment. It combines hands-on financial
management with strategic oversight, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and

The postholder will oversee end-to-end finance operations, manage outsourced

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
- Lead financial management across each of Magic Bus’s Global, UK and

Qualifications and Experience:

Web and Digital Content Officer

· Shape and deliver clear, coherent, on-brand digital content aligned with our mission.

You will respond promptly to any reported incidents, accidents, or concerns, carrying out thorough checks and taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site. You will also take a proactive approach to preventing anti‑social behaviour, working closely with support staff to maintain a positive environment. In addition, you will carry out one‑to‑one interventions with young people who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or who require medical assistance, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.

They manage refuges and dispersed accommodation across Newham and Haringey and provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support including advocacy, counselling, immigration and family legal advice and specialist projects.
They are now recruiting for a new Head of Services, a senior leadership role with responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of all frontline delivery across the organisation. Reporting to the Director, the postholder will oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of all services, including refuges, dispersed accommodation, immigration legal advice, counselling, and specialist projects.
