The Deputy Director (Operations and Business Development) is a new senior leadership role that will work in close partnership with the Director and Board of Trustees to improve strategic effectiveness and sustainable growth. About the role
This exciting role will be responsible for the creation of the physical and digital Archive of the Care-Experienced Campaigning Movement and work closely with the team to support the extensive use of archive materials and stories to support the creative audio elements of the programme. We are looking for an experienced and creative archivist with a keen interest in social history and experience of working on physical and digital archive projects, preferably including digitalisation/oral history to lead on this unique area of work.

Location:
Your contractual place of work will be your home address. This is a community-based role covering Yorkshire, and you will spend much of your time visiting patients, partners and healthcare settings across the region. You may occasionally be required to attend our office in Leeds for team meetings, training or specific organisational needs.

The Head of Policy provides strategic direction and leadership to advance policy impact by translating evidence into systemic change to strengthen defence and security institutions globally.
