We are seeking a Head of Proposition – Legacies to lead the end‑to‑end design, delivery and growth of one of CRUK’s most important fundraising propositions. This senior leadership role combines commercial accountability, innovation and people leadership to deliver sustainable long‑term value. 

This is an opportunity to lead one of the UK charity sector’s most significant income streams. You will drive a clear proposition vision rooted in audience insight, design compelling end‑to‑end supporter experiences, and deliver growth over both the short and long term. 

You will bring the credibility to lead legacy strategy with senior leaders and trustees, influencing at the highest levels while partnering across marketing, data, technology and delivery teams. Commercially astute and evidence‑led, you will strengthen performance management, forecasting and prioritisation, balancing strategic ambition with operational grip.

• Shape how technology enables the proposition, partnering closely across digital, data and delivery to ensure seamless, future ready journeys. 

• Build and lead high performing, multidisciplinary teams, bringing together proposition, operations and specialist expertise to deliver excellence through inclusive, empowering leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to expand capacity and play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Having successfully implemented Salesforce for donor management, we are now expanding the platform to support our international field operations. 

Working as part of our International Salesforce team, you will configure a brand‑new Salesforce NPC platform, integrate it with our existing NPSP donor system, and provide day‑to‑day support to users across 18 countries. You’ll be a Salesforce product champion - triaging support tickets, delivering configuration changes, supporting testing, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation. 

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with our Salesforce Developer & Product Owner, Project Manager, and stakeholders around the world. Occasional travel to our London office and internationally may be required. 

About you 

You are a certified Salesforce Administrator with strong experience building and configuring Salesforce from scratch. You’re a confident communicator, an excellent problem solver, and comfortable supporting and training users in an international environment. Experience with NPSP and / or NPC is required. You must be a fluent English speaker with the right to work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania or Ukraine.

JRS UK is recruiting a full-time Senior Fundraising and Communications Officer, responsible for helping to build our support base, especially among the Catholic community.

1. Developing and leading JRS UK’s parish engagement plan: 

• Strategic development of JRS UK’s long-term approach towards engaging parishes in our mission 

• Arranging and delivering fundraising appeals, talks, and engagement with parish groups 

• Ensuring that parishes supporting our mission are kept up to date with our work and opportunities to get involved 

• Building sustainable relationships with at least 20 parishes annually by year two

2. Expanding JRS UK’s outreach in the Catholic and wider Christian community: 

• Identifying and delivering opportunities to share our mission with others and involve them in our work including:

                  i. representing JRS UK at national events 

                  ii. leading our engagement with other Jesuit organisations and Catholic organisations such as the National Justice and Peace Network

                  iii. Producing resources tailored to different audiences such as Catholic youth groups, Justice and Peace groups, and non-churchgoing Catholics 

3. Leading recruitment of regular donors: 

• Utilising the opportunities outlined here to engage new regular/committed supporters

• Recruiting at least 120 new regular supporters annually by year 2

• Working with the Fundraising and Communications Manager on our process for welcoming and stewarding regular supporters 

4. Leading our challenge events programme: 

• Recruiting and stewarding our teams for the TCS London Marathon, London Landmarks Half Marathon, and Vitaly 10k ensuring all participants are supported, equipped, and celebrated 

• Keeping past participants up to date with our work and the impact of their support 

• Promoting opportunities for supporters to undertake their own fundraising events

• Raising a net income of £20,000 annually through challenge events by year 2

Content creation

• Create compelling copy for the website, email campaigns, social media and other digital marketing materials.

Digital communications and website management

• Support our social media activity, including monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages, promptly and appropriately.
• Support the delivery of our email schedule by gathering content requirements from across the organisation and coordinating the approval process.
• Upload and maintain website content using the Customer Management System (WordPress) and manage content within email marketing systems including Dynamics 365 and Click Dimensions.
• Monitor and report on campaign and organic performance against agreed KPIs, providing insight-led recommendations to inform future activity.

Campaign support

• Coordinate the communications briefing process across the organisation to ensure requests are managed efficiently.
• Maintain content calendars and workflows to ensure activity remains on track and visible across the team.
• Support delivery of campaigns by coordinating assets with internal colleagues and external suppliers, including managing print and digital production with suppliers where required.

Other

About the role:

The prospect research and pipeline management role is pivotal to fundraising at Sue Ryder – you will sit within the Philanthropy and Partnership team and will be working across the Corporate, Trust, Major Donor and Regional teams. We are looking for someone who can support our fundraisers through prospect research, network mapping, lead qualification, and due diligence checks.

Most importantly you will be a proactive member of the team, joining us at an exciting time as we embark on our newly developed 5-year fundraising strategy. You will be a member of the team with the skills to review and develop the pipeline management process on our CRM (Raiser Edge NXT) ensuring the teams have access to dashboards, tracking their donors across the stages of solicitation. You will also provide insight reports into how well we are moving prospects through the pipelines and will have a voice to make recommendations. This role will also ensure we are working within data protection and fundraising regulations and both deliver and track our due diligence checks.

About you:

• Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with prospect research tools and the ability to identify and recommend the best tools to support our work using the budget as cost effectively as possible.
• Thorough working knowledge of GDPR as it relates to major donor fundraising and the Fundraising Codes of Practice.
• Experience of undertaking due diligence checks on prospective donors and of setting up and implementing policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build supportive and collaborative relationships with colleagues both across fundraising and the organisation including the ability to chair meetings and present data and insight.
• Experience of working on a variety of requests and ability to manage and prioritise workload whilst being responsive.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience of driving forward process improvements, implementing new processes or systems, and working with colleagues to embed change.
• Skilled at using a relationship management database (or CRM) to track prospects through the solicitation process, produce dashboards and reports and glean insight from data.
• Experience of delivering prospect research activities to identify and qualify leads for fundraising teams across corporate, trust and major donor income streams.
• Working knowledge of high value income streams and what will support fundraisers in achieving income growth.
• Experience of providing relevant high quality and accurate research profiles with developed research skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in identifying new high-value funding prospects from the database and other sources including major donors, corporate partners and trusts.
• Proven ability to be proactive in network mapping securing new prospects or additional opportunities from existing networks e.g. see that a major donor is also a trustee of a grant giving trust or the CEO of a potential corporate partner.

• Support the co-ordination and delivery of agreed operational plans and programme by providing quarterly reports on performance against the targets in the annual delivery plan, for the board and key stakeholders.

Relationship Building  – Lead the initiation and development of a nationwide regional community boccia infrastructure model.

• Develop and manage a network of key partners to create opportunities that connect, engage, and empower physically disabled people and wider communities through a range of Boccia initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key identified partners to ensure Boccia England maximizes the opportunities to grow the sport of boccia
• Plan, promote, and deliver engagement events such as the Big Boccia Conversation, creating opportunities for partners and stakeholders to network, share ideas, and explore ways to increase participation in Boccia and disability sport.
• Collaborate with colleagues to establish new clubs, strengthen school engagement, and ensure the sustainability of participation growth.

Programme Development

• Promote and support the delivery of Try Boccia, providing partners with the tools, resources, and guidance required to deliver inclusive Boccia sessions across a range of community settings
• Support the development of local and regional Boccia communities, building their capacity to deliver sustainable participation opportunities across clubs and Try Boccia sites.
• Deliver a roadmap of initiatives across key locations to drive participation through a range of Boccia programmes.

Main Purpose of the Role 
This new role aims to support the design, coordination and delivery of Action Duchenne’s events portfolio, including the Annual Community Summit, regional meetups, workshops, and online events. The role will ensure smooth operational delivery, high‑ quality participant experiences, accessible information, and effective logistics‑ and supplier coordination. 

This role contributes directly to our organisational impact by ensuring families, young people, professionals and partners have access to engaging, supportive and well managed events. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, is incredibly organised with excellent project management skills, close attention to detail, creativity and a passion for supporting every DMD community. 

 Specific Tasks 

1. Event Coordination and Logistics 

• Support the planning and delivery of the Annual Community Summit, working closely with the Chief Scientific Officer, Director of Fundraising and Communications, and wider team. 

• Coordinate logistics for in‑person and online events, including venue liaison, catering, accessibility arrangements, equipment, travel, accommodation and schedules. 

• Ensure event details are accurately published and updated across relevant platforms (website, CRM, communications channels). 

• Manage registration processes for all events and ensure attendees receive timely, accurate joining information. 

• Support the organisation of regional meet‑ups and workshops, ensuring venues, facilitators and resources are in place. 

2. Administration and Operational Delivery 

• Maintain clear and accurate administrative systems, including event checklists, timelines, risk assessments and evaluation forms. 

• Track planned expenditure and ensure costs align with budgets, escalating issues where necessary. 

• Prepare and maintain event collateral (slides, handouts, resources, signage), ensuring accessibility and brand consistency. 

• Provide administrative and practical support during events (both online and in person), including setting up webinar sessions and coordinating pre and post event meetings internally. 

3. Stakeholder and Supplier Management 

• Liaise with venues, suppliers, speakers, exhibitors and partners to ensure high quality event delivery. 

• Develop positive working relationships with internal colleagues to ensure a joined-up programme across support, communications and scientific teams. 

• Provide excellent customer service to participants, responding promptly and sensitively to enquiries, access requirements and logistical questions. 

4. Community and Engagement Support 

• Collaborate with Support Team colleagues to ensure events reflect community needs and priorities. 

• Support the promotion of events through the Communications Officer, ensuring timely provision of copy, event information and updates. 

• Encourage and support attendance from families, young people, professionals and community partners. 

5. Data Management, Monitoring and Evaluation 

• Ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems (eTapestry or similar) for attendee lists, engagement tracking and follow up actions. 

• Collect and analyse feedback, producing short evaluation summaries to inform future planning. 

• Track attendance, trends and logistical improvements, contributing to quarterly reporting. 

6. Risk, Compliance and Quality Assurance 

• Support event risk assessments and ensure compliance with safeguarding, accessibility and GDPR guidance. 

• Ensure that content and delivery meet Action Duchenne’s quality standards and reflect the needs of families affected by Duchenne.
