In recent years violent crime has risen significantly. Homicides, assaults, robberies and offences involving weapons have all seen sustained growth. We have also seen large increases in violent crime involving children and young people. This is a tragedy. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them.
The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) is a charity with a £200m endowment and a mission that matters. We exist to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by funding great initiatives, finding what works and working for change - scaling and spreading the practices that make a difference.
One of the most important things we do is turn evidence into action through our change programmes, working directly with schools, local leaders and services to change practice and prevent violence. To deliver these programmes well, we need clear plans, smooth commissioning and procurement processes, accurate data and strong coordination across teams and partners.
The Programme Delivery Manager role is critical to making that happen, and it has two distinct elements:
Programme management for two Change programmes: You’ll be the hands-on programme lead for two of our main change programmes. You’ll work closely with the Change delivery team to put clear, aligned plans in place and then brilliantly manage those plans day to day, making sure everyone knows what’s expected of them and by when.
Commissioning and procurement support for the whole Change team: You’ll also be the go-to source of guidance and advice for Change colleagues who are procuring or commissioning other activity. You’ll help the team navigate processes correctly, ensuring commissioning is captured and maintained accurately in Salesforce and keep our ways of working consistent across the team. By keeping us organised and on track, you’ll help us maximise the impact of every pound we invest.
Key responsibilities
Your role has these two distinct but complementary elements. The first is hands-on programme management for two of our main Change programmes. The second is acting as a source of guidance, advice and practical support on commissioning and procurement for the wider Change team. Together, these responsibilities are essential to keeping our programmes on track and our commissioning processes running smoothly and consistently. A detailed list of your key responsibilities is given below:
1: Hands-on programme management for two Change programmes

Lead programme planning and coordination:

Work with the delivery team to make sure we have clear, aligned programme plans in place, with timelines, milestones and owners for every workstream.

Brilliantly manage those plans day to day, making sure everyone knows what’s expected of them and by when, and that the team stays on track across multiple demanding workstreams.

Track dependencies and progress, flag risks to delivery early and coordinate solutions before issues become blockers.
2: Guidance, advice and practical support on commissioning and procurement for the Change team

Manage contracts and commissioning for delivery partners
-
Draft, prepare and execute agreements and subsequent variations with delivery partners and commissioned providers, using Adobe e-Sign where required.

Accurately input and maintain all programme data in Salesforce, including deliverables, financial commitments, payment schedules and supporting documents.

Ensure timely reporting and compliance with contractual requirements.

Resolve payment queries and discrepancies quickly, chasing outstanding invoices and reports where needed, and conduct regular data accuracy spot checks in Salesforce.

Support process improvements and ways of working

Work with the Senior Grants and Commissioning Manager to keep the team’s commissioning and procurement processes consistent with YEF-wide ways of working.

Develop and maintain simple, effective tools for planning, tracking and reporting, building on the systems we already use (including Salesforce).

Identify and suggest process enhancements to drive efficiency and consistency across our programme and commissioning operations.

Enable effective communication and reporting

Serve as the central point of contact for programme delivery, commissioning and procurement requests across the team, ensuring streamlined processes and avoiding duplication.

Provide timely responses and clear communication to internal teams and external partners to keep everything moving.

Hybrid Working Details

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are expanding our team of IPS Employment Advisors in our IPS service in the London Borough of Newham. You will be based in one of NHS mental health treatment teams in Plaistow and East Ham areas, working 35 hours per week. IPS services at Working Well Trust have been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adhere closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.
You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. What you’ll be doing
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.
You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.
You will spend up to 65% of your week working in the community of Newham to provide localised support to residents of the Borough.
You will also be working to contract targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

South East London Mind has been delivering a young person’s counselling service to students at Southwark College for several years.
As a College Counsellor, you’ll provide an age-appropriate counselling service that allows the students to explore their mental health and wellbeing, along with the socioeconomic factors that impact this. You’ll manage a caseload of students, triaging new clients to the service, coordinating the waiting list and capturing data and outcome measures on a CRM database.
We are looking for someone with a professionally recognised diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy who has experience of providing counselling to young people aged 14 upwards. As you’ll be working closely with pastoral staff on-site, an ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.
The role will require you to:
- Offer age-appropriate counselling sessions, including assessments and risk assessments. Where appropriate, provide clients with information about, and signposting to, other services
- Work with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure that the students are triaged and the relevant level of care and support is offered
- Work closely with the school to raise & report any safeguarding concerns in accordance with the schools and SEL Minds Safeguarding Policies
- Liaise where appropriate with other SEL Mind staff, school/college staff or agencies including local statutory and voluntary sector professionals and organisations

The Philharmonia is seeking to appoint a Box Office and CRM Manager to lead the management, development and optimisation of the Orchestra’s CRM strategy, systems and audience experience. The roles focuses on ensuring a seamless customer journey while overseeing the effective operation of the Box Office and the ongoing development of Tessitura.
This is a key role overseeing both the day-to-day operation and strategic development of the Philharmonia’s Box Office and CRM function. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing ticketing and customer strategies that maximise sales income, improve conversion and enhance the audience experience.
As a public facing member of staff, the Box Office and CRM Manager will be a key representative of the Orchestra, ensuring customers receive a welcoming, efficient and accessible service whether booking online, by phone or in person. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service is therefore essential.
The role will also lead on the effective management and ongoing development of Tessitura, supporting audience insight, segmentation, reporting and customer journeys across the organisation. Role summary
The Communications & Marketing Manager will manage the Ben Kinsella Trust's day-to-day communications, marketing and campaigning activity, helping to raise awareness of our work, engage key audiences and support the charity's objectives.
This is a hands-on role that combines communications, digital marketing, CRM management, data insight and project management. The postholder will plan, create and deliver content across the charity's channels, including email marketing, websites, social media and paid advertising, using data, testing and performance insight to continually improve engagement and impact.
A key part of the role is the effective use of the charity's CRM and digital systems to manage audience data, support segmentation, and strengthen the effectiveness of communications and campaigns. The postholder will be confident using digital tools and will actively identify opportunities to improve performance through SEO, automation, testing, analytics and other digital marketing techniques.
The Communications & Marketing Manager will also manage the delivery of public awareness campaigns, including Knife Crime Awareness Week, overseeing projects from planning through to evaluation and ensuring measurable outcomes. They will act as a gatekeeper for the Ben Kinsella Trust brand, ensuring consistent and high-quality communications. Through recruitment and line management of a Communications Officer, they will ensure our communications and marketing activity is consistently professional and on brand, increasing reach, engagement and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Manage the charity’s external communications across email, web, social media, paid and other digital channels.
- Plan, create and publish high-quality content, including news stories, case studies, campaign materials, blogs, videos and stakeholder communications, supported by a clear content calendar.
- Monitor performance across channels and use analytics to improve engagement, reach and effectiveness.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Ben Kinsella Trust brand, ensuring all communications are consistent and aligned with brand guidelines, and challenging incorrect usage where necessary.
- Support the development and delivery of the charity’s public awareness campaigns, increasing reach, engagement and impact.
Marketing
- Manage marketing activity that supports programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, fundraising, advocacy and awareness-raising objectives.
- Manage audience data within the charity’s CRM, ensuring it is accurate, segmented and effectively used to improve targeting and campaign performance.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, search and paid channels.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve digital performance through SEO, segmentation, testing, automation and other optimisation techniques.
- Create and coordinate marketing and visual content using appropriate design tools, ensuring materials are professional and brand compliant.
- Work with external suppliers, designers and contractors where required.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, using insight to inform ongoing improvements.
Project & Campaign Management
- Manage the delivery of Knife Crime Awareness Week and other public awareness campaigns from planning through to evaluation.
- Manage communications and marketing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and with clear measurable outcomes.
- Develop project plans, timelines and evaluation frameworks.
- Coordinate internal colleagues, partners and suppliers to deliver activity effectively.

Team Management
- Recruit, line manage and support a Communications Officer.

Experience
- Experience in a communications, marketing or digital engagement role.
- Experience managing multi-channel communications, including email, social media, websites and paid channels.

We’re supporting a well-established professional membership organisation to recruit a CRM (Dynamics 365) Administrator for a newly created role within their IT function.
This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of Dynamics 365 CRM, supporting colleagues’ day-to-day, improving data quality and processes, and working closely with external suppliers. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the potential to become permanent.
The role
You’ll be responsible for keeping the CRM running effectively and continuously improving how it supports the organisation. This will include:
- Managing and triaging requests via the CRM ticketing system
- Resolving technical and non-technical CRM issues and working with external suppliers
- Maintaining data quality through cleansing, de-duplication and governance
- Managing user access, permissions and security roles
- Delivering CRM training (1-2-1 and group sessions) and producing clear user guidance
- Creating reports and dashboards to support insight and decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and introduce automation
