Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Officer - Nationwide to join our Partnership Management Team based in either our London or Manchester offices.
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
About the Team
The Corporate Partnerships Officer works alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager on the Nationwide partnership and will play a vital role within the Corporate Partnerships Function of the Relationship Fundraising Department. The Partnership Management Team work closely with the Corporate New Business team to on-board partners and provide high quality account management to our corporate partnership portfolio.
About The Role
The Corporate Partnerships Officer will be primarily responsible for supporting on the delivery of Centrepoint’s multi-year, 7-figure strategic partnership with Nationwide Building Society. This partnership is the largest multi-year partnership in Centrepoint’s corporate portfolio to date, and a transformational partnership for Centrepoint and the young people we work with. Funding supports a range of measures to help young people experiencing homelessness across the UK.
Working between our offices in London/ Manchester, as well as from the partner’s head office future, you will work alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager to support successful delivery of all aspects of the partnership, as well as taking ownership of your own projects. This will include supporting with fundraising and volunteering engagement with Nationwide colleagues, as well as administrative support across the partnership. You will provide excellent stewardship for this partnership and future corporate partners and identify opportunities to increase engagement and income.
This role sits within a Corporate Fundraising team of 14, split into a New Business team, and Partnership Management team. The Partnership Management team is made up of ten corporate fundraisers who manage complex and exciting partnerships with a wide range of committed corporate partners.
About You
You will be ambitious and driven, ideally with experience within fundraising, account management or programme management. You will have great attention to detail and experience managing and prioritising a diverse workload. You will be an excellent communicator and networker, with the ability to form strong relationships externally and internally, including engaging with a range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support on the successful delivery of the Nationwide partnership, working alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager.
- Administrative support for the Nationwide partnership including partnership admin and finance processes such as invoicing, income coding, minute taking and recording information on the database.
- Support with managing and developing the volunteering process and opportunities for Nationwide colleagues, ensuring excellent stewardship.
- Support with logistical plans and recruitment for Centrepoint’s flagship event, Sleep Out.
- Gather content and data to support in the compilation of reports on income, expenditure, and partnership impact.
- Develop and maintain proactive and effective working relationships with a range of cross functional teams including key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent Centrepoint and the partnership at Centrepoint and third-party events.
- Actively participate in all team meetings and support other team members.
- Manage other mid-value (£10k-£50k) corporate partnerships if required.

Role Description
The Senior Fundraising Manager will play a key strategic role in supporting the mission and ministry of St Edmundsbury Cathedral by developing and delivering a diverse range of fundraising activities, with a particular focus on Trusts and Foundations, major funding opportunities, donor stewardship and the growth of sustainable income.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the role will identify and develop new funding opportunities, build strong relationships with Trusts and Foundations, and lead the preparation and submission of high-quality funding applications and reports. The postholder will also oversee the Cathedral’s Patron and donor relationships, legacy and regular giving activity, and provide strategic oversight of major fundraising events and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Legacy and Appeals
- Support and develop the Cathedral’s legacy giving strategy, helping to encourage and secure gifts in wills.

- Provide strategic support for the delivery of fundraising appeals, including the biennial ‘Gift Day’.

The Care Services Manager will have responsibility across our regulated and associated services, which currently include:

The Role
The Care Services Manager will hold personal CQC accountability for the quality, safety, and compliance of our regulated services. While this is fundamentally a strategic leadership and governance role, our regulated services are currently at an important stage of development. As such, we are looking for someone who is equally comfortable providing visible, hands-on operational delivery when needed.
Initially, the successful candidate will spend time working closely with the day-to-day operation of the service, building strong relationships with Care Support Workers and the people we support, strengthening systems and processes, and ensuring consistently high standards of care.

1. Leading and Managing the Service
• Hold CQC registration and personal accountability for the quality, safety and compliance of all regulated care activities delivered by the organisation.

• Submit CQC notifications accurately and on time and ensure the Statement of Purpose and all governance documentation accurately reflects what the service does.
• Monitor care quality through ECM data, visit records, staff feedback and regular engagement with service users and their families, remaining closely connected to the day-to-day service delivery to identify and address emerging issues before they escalate.
• Ensure care and support delivery across all services remains within the scope of relevant contractual and funding arrangements, and that any changes to the service scope, volume or specification are identified and escalated appropriately.
3. Care Planning and Service User Relationships
• Ensure every service user has a current, person-centred care plan that reflects their needs, preferences and risks.

• Participation in a shared on-call rota, including evenings/over-night and weekends, and bank holidays where scheduled.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications
· Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or actively working toward it with a clear and realistic completion plan.
· Enhanced DBS with adults' barred list or willingness to apply immediately.
· Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Knowledge

Office Systems and Administration
- Develop, maintain and improve administrative systems and processes that support the efficient running of the organisation.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring records are stored securely and remain accessible when required.
- Provide administrative support to managers and Trust Officers across the organisation.
Operational Support
- Assist with arranging meetings, training sessions and organisational events.
- Prepare, photocopy and distribute documents, agendas, leaflets and other materials required for service delivery and organisational activities.
Building, Facilities and Resources
- Support the General Manager in coordinating building maintenance, repairs and equipment servicing.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors and suppliers as required.
- Help maintain office resources and equipment.
Financial Administration
- Undertake routine financial administrative duties, including processing invoices and highlighting any discrepancies or concerns to the General Manager.
Quality, Compliance and Sustainability
- Support the maintenance of accurate organisational records and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to environmentally sustainable working practices across the Trust.
Other Duties

Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally and sensitively with Service Users, family members, colleagues and external agencies.
- Strong administrative, organisational and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise competing demands and respond effectively to changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information appropriately and comply with data protection requirements.
- Confident and competent user of Microsoft 365, databases and other IT systems, including experience of data entry and maintaining electronic record systems.
- Ability to work independently using initiative, whilst contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Positive, flexible and proactive approach to work.

- Knowledge of welfare benefits, financial administration or related support services.
- Experience of using case management, CRM or client record systems, including CASPAR Gov or similar software.
- Experience of producing reports, statistics and monitoring information.
- Experience of coordinating office systems, administrative processes or facilities management.
- Knowledge of information governance, records management and basic financial administration, including invoice processing and record keeping.
- Good record of punctuality, reliability and attendance.
