Safe Haven Sussex CIC is a non-profit community interest company providing accommodation and support for vulnerable adults who have been homeless or vulnerably housed. The Seagull Project is a medium-support service providing housing for up to 40 residents across 7 properties in Brighton and Hove. The Seagull Project takes a harm-reduction approach, supporting individuals with a range of complex and multiple support needs, which may include the active use of substances.
The Seagull Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the service and manage a team of Support Coordinators, ensuring a high standard of person-centred and trauma informed support is consistently provided to residents. Your role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Partnerships New Business Manager, to join our friendly and ambitious team, to be the lead on new business activity in the team. This role will lead on securing new high-value, multi-faceted, long-term partnerships with companies to support the RNLI’s objectives. This role will build upon recent pipeline development and new business success in the team, through leading on the continuous development and implementation of the new business strategy and plans, further driving improvements and ensuring a sustained focus on pipeline development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching and securing new business at six figure level. You'll ensure we provide excellent management and stewardship of the new business pipeline, provide regular and accurate performance updates against objectives and KPIs, and accurately forecast short, mid and long-term income. You will help to drive creative thinking in the development of proposals to take out to prospective partners.
The location of this role is flexible and can be homebased, but ideally within a commutable distance of Poole, as the successful candidate will be required to travel to Poole and Partner locations on a regular basis (sometimes at short notice) to meet with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Summary
To manage and ensure control of the funding, financial and corporate resources of the Charity to ensure a financially secure service, delivering value for money.
Work with the Co-Directors to advise and develop the financial strategy, model new projects, prepare annual and project budgets, and report on financial performance, contributing to the overall future strategic direction of the Charity.

Project Manager (Cascade Wellbeing Project)

We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver the Cascade Project – a partnership between the St Benedict’s Centre and the Diocese of Rochester. The project aims to develop a programme of initiatives and interventions to support frontline church leaders (lay and ordained, including Headteachers of church schools) with their wellbeing.
The project has been under development for the past year. The Project Manager will lead the project from development to implementation. Funding has been committed by the Church Commissioners for the first 4 years of the implementation period.
The Project Manager will provide overall leadership for the Cascade project, taking responsibility for setting culture and strategy and vision, developing strong and successful relationships with key external partners, delivering an imaginative programme (in person and online) to support the wellbeing of lay and ordained church leaders (including Headteachers of Church Schools) in the Diocese of Rochester and beyond, and ensuring that there are sufficient resources available for Cascade to flourish.
Candidates should have experience of leadership in a church setting with project management experience. You should have an understanding of wellbeing issues for frontline workers and knowledge of a variety of therapeutic processes and other interventions. You will have excellent organisational and communications skills.

The Role
This is a key role in acting as a delivery partner on our projects, working on streams of community support across the London and Home Counties (including Thames Valley area), and within the staff team.
Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Activities
· You will manage and support Flood Engagement Officers to deliver their projects and work streams and managing development pathways for team members.
· You will be acting as the main contact for projects and agreed activities.
Work Experience
· Recent experience undertaking a similar role
· Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and current practice
· Proven experience working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
· Comprehensive experience of managing projects with strong project management skills
· Proven experience analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
· Evidence of achievement in directly managing staff
Skills Required
· Excellent communication skills including clear written and spoken English
· Comprehensive experience of managing multiple work streams with strong organisational skills
