Working closely with the Development Director and wider Development team, the postholder will help strengthen and expand CFT’s Trusts & Foundations portfolio, contributing directly to the theatre’s long-term financial sustainability and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new Trusts & Foundations to build a strong funding pipeline.Write compelling, tailored funding applications
- Coordinate with internal departments to shape high‑quality, evidence‑based proposals.
- Track application progress, deadlines and reporting schedules.
- Provide outstanding stewardship to existing funders through reports, evaluations and updates.
- Manage invitations to cultivation events, press nights and project visits.
- Cultivate new prospects through Development Committee and trustee networks as well as proactive outreach.
- Process payments, receipts and acknowledgements via Spektrix.
- Work with Finance to reconcile restricted income.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as Administration Manager. As Manager of a small team of administration assistants, you will play a crucial role in coordinating administrative support across our Perth and Aberdeen offices, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation by providing support across several of the charity’s functions including fundraising, finance, marketing and operations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar office or administration management role, ideally within the charity sector. JOB PURPOSE
The Supporter Engagement Executive will act as a central point of contact for all RLSS UK supporters across every fundraising income stream, ensuring they receive a warm, knowledgeable and professional experience whether they’re looking to find out more about RLSS UK, taking part in an activity, or choosing to donate.
You will play a key role in championing our supporters, helping us understand their needs and continuously improve their experience. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent supporter care, including responding to email, post and telephone enquiries, issuing receipts, and carrying out donor follow‑up.
- Provide warm and consistent stewardship to donors, including personalised contact such as telephone calls, letters, handwritten cards and emails.
- Be the first point of contact for community groups, schools and clubs, offering guidance, support and fundraising materials.
- Support recruitment and stewardship of challenge event participants, ensuring they feel informed, motivated and appreciated.
- Support community fundraisers throughout their activity, providing resources, stewardship and encouragement.
- Record and track community fundraising activity within the CRM.
- Support the development and delivery of supporter journeys, helping ensure communications and touchpoints are timely and engaging.
- Manage stock of supporter materials, including running vests, swim caps, donation buckets and collection tins, ensuring timely fulfilment of requests.

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC) funds and delivers a pre-hospital emergency helicopter-led service across the Midlands region (serving six counties). As MAAC prepares for the planned departure of its current postholder, the organisation is seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to join the Executive Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Finance Director is a key member of the Charity’s Leadership Team, providing strategic financial direction across the Group (the parent charity and its trading subsidiary). This role ensures the organisation remains financially resilient, well‑governed, and strongly positioned to deliver its mission for the long term – through working collaboratively with the Chief Executive, Leadership Team and Board members.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Play a key role as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to organisational strategy and fostering strong cross‑department collaboration. About the role
The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.
This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.
Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.
The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.
