We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator to support in our clinical service delivery. Many of our clients have complex needs and this role ensures that clients receive mental health assessment and important aspects of the clinical pathway as well as liaison with other internal and external services as needed.
About the role
The role involves assessment, care planning and provision of stabilisation and reintegration to clients with the most complex needs receiving our services. Working together with our therapists, and legal and welfare staff, the ideal candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with significant experience of working in the mental health sector with complex mental health presentations and will have a passion for working with asylum seekers, refugees and survivors of torture.
We are currently finalising our strategy re-fresh and the Glasgow team will be piloting new models of service delivery. This is an exciting development within the organisation and so we envisage the post holder contributing to implementation of the national strategy as well as shaping the delivery within Scotland.

About the role:

The role
The Events Assistant will support our Engagement Officers in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the events and outreach, such as our Fellas’ Forums and Fellas’ Fairs. Working alongside the Engagement Officer, Engagement Manager, Office Administrator, and wider team, they will assist in the promotion, organisation, facilitation, and evaluation of events and engagement activities, including large-scale events.
They will support a range of administrative and practical tasks, demonstrating strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and confidence in completing delegated responsibilities. The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children. Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. We share it. It drives our Engagement and Fundraising team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse.
Within the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate, our aim is to maximise resources for the NSPCC’s mission by raising funds, providing the best possible supporter experience, and building long-term relationships between donors and our cause. To continue to deliver our mission we rely on the fundraising support of people across the UK for 90% of our annual income.
In a challenging fundraising environment, the need to keep children safe from abuse and neglect remains urgent. The Supporter Management team sits within the Philanthropy & Partnerships Department, established to steward and grow the NSPCC’s ‘High Value’ audience. This function delivers the research, propositions, communications and events that enable fundraisers to build rewarding, long-term relationships with our biggest supporters.
In this role, you will work with colleagues to identify which events will most attract and motivate high value supporters. You will then design and deliver these, working with external stakeholders where appropriate. Through your work, you will be giving donors the opportunity to understand our work and the difference their support makes. And by doing that, you’ll help to keep hundreds of thousands of children safe.

About the Role
The Development Operations team enables all philanthropic income across the Barbican. As we prepare for a major comprehensive campaign and significant growth in activity, The Development Manager, Operations is central to strengthening the systems and infrastructure that support our fundraising.
You will lead a team spanning CRM, prospect research, events operations and audience giving, ensuring the department has the systems, insight and financial rigour to deliver sustainable income growth at scale.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and improve the systems, policies and processes that support fundraising, embedding best practice and driving efficiency.
• Oversee Development finances, including income tracking, forecasting and budgeting, working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and insight.
• Act as strategic lead for our CRM (Spektrix) and data environment, overseeing reporting, gift processing, data integrity and compliance (GDPR, Gift Aid).
• Support the administration of the Barbican Centre Trust, ensuring statutory compliance and high-quality support to Trustees and senior stakeholders.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Operations team, setting clear priorities during a period of growth and change.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
• Significant experience in fundraising or charity operations (arts sector experience desirable).
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Deep CRM expertise (ideally Spektrix) and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• A solid understanding of charity regulation, Gift Aid and GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence preparing reports and papers for senior leaders and Trustees.

The role
Founded in 1903, Art Fund is a registered charity governed by a Royal Charter that was granted in 1928.
We are seeking a part-time Governance Manager to manage Board and Committee meetings, the recruitment and induction of new Trustees, and to provide governance support and guidance to the Chair, Trustees, Director and senior staff. Working with our legal advisor and other senior staff, the role will ensure Art Fund upholds good governance practices and provides all support necessary to Trustees to enable them to discharge their legal responsibilities.
Our charter and bye-laws were amended in 2024 following a detailed review, and Board and Committee terms of reference updated in 2025. In the coming year we need to review our current governance policies and practice against the updated Charity Governance Code, identifying any gaps, and implementing any agreed actions to strengthen governance in line the updated Code. This role will also play a key supporting role in the development of Art Fund’s new strategy for 2027-2031, including co-ordinating Board input, synthesising feedback, and ensuring strategic discussions are well-evidenced and clearly documented.
This role would suit a dedicated charity professional with experience of governance and working with Boards of Trustees, ideally gained in at least two other settings, who is looking to make a real difference to governance policy and practice within an organisation.
