The Head of Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight of HEY Smile Foundation’s governance arrangements, organisational systems and infrastructure, human resources and culture, and buildings and facilities. Purpose of Role

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Regular review of income pledges and received, and the funding pipeline, reporting progress and risks to manager.

Ensure all reporting requirements are met in line with agreed deadlines.
To ensure that all relevant administration is recorded accurately on the fundraising CRM and shared team databases.
To monitor payment dates and ensure payments are received when expected.
Build and maintain relationships with funders, helping them to understand the impact of their support.
Support the Contracts and Planning Team with other duties as required, contributing flexibly to wider team priorities and organisational needs

The Peer Recovery Worker will support people who are sleeping rough, at risk of rough
sleeping, or going through important stages in housing and recovery. The main purpose
of this role is to help reduce the harm caused by rough sleeping.
You will listen, build trust, give practical help and share clear information. You will help
people connect with the right support, including housing, health care, drug and alcohol

CAHN is looking for a creative, proactive and passionate Communications & Campaigns Officer to raise the profile of our work, engage audiences and deliver campaigns that amplify the voices of Black Caribbean and African communities.
You will create compelling content across digital and traditional channels, support campaigns, social media, website and newsletter activity, and contribute to communications for CAHN’s programmes and events.
Working with colleagues, communities and partners, you will turn stories and insight into content and campaigns that inform, engage and inspire action.
