Join us as a City Network Coordinator and play a vital role in strengthening the voluntary and community sector (VCS) across the City of London. This role offers the opportunity to connect organisations, amplify community voices, and drive meaningful collaboration.
You will be building on work that was started in August 2024 to develop and coordinate a VCS network in the City of London. This next phase will involve proactive engagement of grassroots groups, and facilitating action-focused network meetings. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll support organisations to access funding, training, and development opportunities, while helping them take collective action on shared priorities. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening connections between the VCS and key stakeholders, including funders, and the City of London Corporation.
We’re looking for someone with experience in community engagement or network coordination, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. You’ll be highly organised, collaborative, and confident working independently.
The role is being offered for 3 days a week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend subject to funding.

1. Proactively engage bereaved families with the support service, respond to bereavement support enquiries and ensure anyone seeking advice and support on bereavement is given a high-quality service in a timely way.
•To be the primary contact for the bereavement support digital services including WhatsApp, text, webchat and other social media channels.

3. Ensure the bereavement support services are promoted to those bereaved and to professionals working with bereaved families

•Keep up to date with the bereavement support world including joining National Bereavement Alliance, Child Bereavement Network and research around grief and bereavement.
•Attend events as required to represent the Lullaby Trust’s bereavement support services.
4. Maintain accurate records throughout all services, complying with the organisation’s recording and reporting requirements
•Maintain ongoing knowledge and training on the Lullaby Trust’s advice and the scientific knowledge behind this advice.
•Collate statistics, as required on areas of work within the support services team.

Your role
The Gaming Partnerships Executive will work closely with the Gaming Lead to grow the team’s income sustainably by focusing primarily on business development and managing a portfolio of gaming relationships. You will seek out and build new relationships with developers, games publishers, platforms and gaming communities to contribute to the pipeline of new gaming partnerships and opportunities for War Child. You will also manage a portfolio of gaming relationships that will be called on to join our campaigns and activations throughout the year. As a key member of War Child’s award-winning Gaming team, you will have a direct impact on the lives of children who have been affected by conflict.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming sector relationships, developing long-term engagement plans and identifying opportunities in support of our campaigns to increase strategic and income value..
- Support the delivery of our strategic partnership with Jingle Jam, as directed by the Gaming Partnerships Manager.
- With the Gaming Lead, build a pipeline of prospective gaming partners inclusive of developers, publishers, creators, platforms and the wider gaming community to support the sustainable growth of the Gaming Team.

About the role
The Head of Buildings & Facilities is responsible for the effective, safe and compliant management of The Passage’s buildings and for ensuring that Facilities support the charity’s residential services, day services and offices. The role ensures compliance with statutory, regulatory and organisational requirements, maintains high standards of safety and sustainability as well as delivering value for money.
The role also helps develop and implement our Asset Management Strategy, ensuring our building stock remains in good condition in the medium and long term.
The Head of Buildings & Facilities is supported by a small but experienced Facilities Management team and a number of external contractors.
Main duties
Strategic Asset Management
- Be a leading part of a team to develop and implement an Asset Management Strategy, including reporting on the condition of buildings, forward planning of major renovations and compliance works, making recommendations for investment planning and capital works programmes.
- Play a leading role in plans to acquire new property assets and to bring them into effective use.
- Ensure the work of the Facilities Management team dovetails with the requirements and regulatory requirements of our residential services.
- Implement and embed tools and systems to improve the efficiency and forward-planning of the team’s work.
Buildings and Facilities Management
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Passage’s buildings ensuring they are safe, secure, accessible and fit for the services provided to our clients.
- Oversee the Facilities Management team to ensure the fabric and systems of all the charity’s buildings are maintained in line with statutory and regulatory standards.
- Work with the Facilities Management team to (i) oversee planned preventative maintenance and improvements to all of The Passage’s sites (ii) oversee and support the team to provide a quick, reliable response to maintenance and repair requests.
- Ensure colleagues and residents are engaged and informed in advance of any issues which may affect them, thereby minimising potential disruption.
Health and Safety
- Act as the lead and Responsible Person for Health & Safety (H&S) across the organisation including risk assessments, accurate and timely recording of health and safety issues, carrying out audits and investigations as necessary.
- Respond to any reported H&S risks, prioritising any reported risks with a significant potential for harm.
- Ensure The Passage is compliant with all relevant H&S statutory, regulatory and legislative requirements, including but not limited to: Fire safety; Gas, Electrical and Water safety; Asbestos management; RSH regulations.
- Formalise, develop and monitor the H&S framework and policies.
- Working with the Facilities Management team, ensure all work is carried out in full compliance with H&S requirements and best practice, whether that work is carried out by Passage staff or by third party contractors.
- Ensure robust record-keeping and compliance reporting to management and Board.
Relationship Management (Contractors and Suppliers)
- Ensure relationships with key services suppliers are well managed by the Facilities Management team. Work with the team to monitor the quality and timing of external contractors’ work and to address any shortcomings promptly.
- Ensure that all contracts for ongoing work and for one-off pieces of work are awarded in full accordance with The Passage’s procurement policy, ensuring best value for money and high-quality delivery.
- Together with the Facilities Management team, ensure contractors conduct themselves professionally and respectfully whilst attending any of the Passage’s locations and to ensure they follow our safeguarding policy at all times.
Teamwork and Line Management
- Line manage the Facilities Management Co-ordinator with an emphasis on supportive communication, skills development and progress towards personal objectives, including his line management of other members of the team.
- Develop positive relationships with all other teams at The Passage’s multiple sites and promote practices to reduce the need for repairs and replacements.
- Be a proactive and constructive member of The Passage’s Senior Management Group
Financial
- Develop and manage the Facilities Management budget, including capital spend, monitoring spending against budget and explaining variances.
- Support business planning through accurate forecasting and long-term planning of major financial spending.

Role overview
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week); working part-time (minimum 21 hours) will be considered. Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends will be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.
Salary: Starting at £46,000 with a potential step increase each year up to £51,253 (pro rata if working part time), plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. We also try to give a separate inflationary increase every April.
Location: Remote or from Rainbow Migration’s step-free offices which are based in London between Vauxhall and the Oval. Hybrid working will also be considered and can be agreed with the line manager as per our hybrid working policy. CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to play an essential role in our Partnerships Team. This role will play a key role in supporting the execution of our new business strategy; identifying leads to build a strong prospect pipeline, creating proposals and pitching to secure exciting and impactful new partnerships for CoppaFeel!.
You will be the first point of contact when enquiries arrive from our website or our corporate inbox and you will manage the stewardship and donor journey of these leads.

Lead on planning and coordination of UK G20 work within Bond, including:
- Leading on developing a strategy and workplan guiding activities on G20, covering the period to end of 2027.
- Leading internal coordination within Bond to bring together relevant teams and staff to deliver on the strategy and workplan.
- Track delivery of the G20 strategy and workplan and reporting to Director of PAR.
- Update Bond staff on G20 activities and providing regular updates to the Senior Management Team and the Board.
- Liaise with the formal civil 20 (C20) advisory group to prepare for the UK’s G20.
Lead convening and coordination of Bond members and global majority civil society actors on G20, including:
- Establishing/identifying processes for communicating with and convening Bond members on UK G20 work.
- Producing and sharing regular written updates for Bond members on G20 work.
- Organising regular meetings of Bond members to develop policy positions and influencing strategies and prepare for engagements with government.
- Develop and collaborate with a network of key global majority civil society partners in developing policy positions for the UK G20.
- Producing written products presenting Bond member and civil society positions on the UK G20.
Play a leading role on G20 external affairs activities, including:
- Lead on identifying and pursuing advocacy opportunities for Bond and its members targeting UK government on G20 agenda.
- Organising regular meetings of Bond members with key government officials, across HMT, Cabinet Office and FCDO.
- Supporting Bond’s relationship management and engagement with Cabinet Office, FCDO, HMT and other relevant departments on G20 agenda.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to build relationships and develop collaborations with other relevant UK bodies - including think tanks and research organisations, trade unions, faith groups and related campaigns groups - on the G20.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to build relationships and develop strategic and focussed collaborations with organisations leading other formal G20 engagement groups.
Input to media, communications and campaigns work on the G20, including:
- Working with the Head of Media and Comms to design and implement a communications strategy for Bond’s G20 work and support Bond's wider communications objectives.
- Collaborating with the media adviser to produce quotes and OpEds on G20 and to organise press briefings.
- Producing member updates, blogs and briefings for communicating Bond work and positions on G20.
- Working closely with the campaigns lead to support member engagement and coordination and implementation of key activities when required.
- Provide policy advice and inputs for campaigns activities.
Provide significant support for personnel and financial resource management, donor reporting and fundraising for G20 work, including:
- Supporting staff members contributing to G20 and global reforms work to plan their activities and track and report on delivery
- Act as budget holder for relevant restricted and unrestricted budgets funding G20 and wider global reforms work, including supporting liaison with funders
- Work with finance to produce timely and accurate internal and external (for donors) financial reports
- Supporting ongoing fundraising for G20 and wider global reforms work, including inputting to proposals and joining meetings with donors

You’ll turn complex information into clear, compelling communications that build trust, strengthen relationships and support fundraising growth. Working across Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships and Legacies, you’ll shape proposals, reports and engagement materials that show both the human impact and the value of supporting Alzheimer’s Society.
This is a role that blends creativity with delivery. You’ll need to think strategically, write persuasively and manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment where quality and deadlines matter.
You’ll also lead and develop an Impact Communications Officer, working closely with another Impact Communications Manager within our High Value Operations team to shape and strengthen this specialist function.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.
What you'll do
You'll help our high value fundraising teams secure support, grow income and build long term partnerships. You’ll combine creative thinking with strong delivery, making sure communications are engaging, clear and effective.
You’ll lead on writing proposals, pitches, reports and stewardship materials for high value audiences, shaping messaging and turning complex information into persuasive content that drives action.
You’ll also work across the organisation to gather insight, identify opportunities and bring together stories, evidence and data that demonstrate impact. Alongside this, you’ll support donor meetings, presentations and events with high quality communications that build trust and confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high value fundraising communications from brief to delivery
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines, making decisions to keep work on track and to standard
- Building strong relationships across teams to gather insight and identify opportunities
