Job summary including context
Young Women’s Trust champions young women on low or no pay. We’re here to create a more equal world of work and raise young women’s incomes. We tackle sexism and misogyny, with and for anyone who has experienced this.
We offer young women free coaching, feedback on job applications and information to help them get where they want to be. We bring together a thousands-strong network to support each other, build their self-belief, and have their voices heard. We work with young women and anyone who experiences misogyny and sexism to campaign for equality in the workplace. And our research provides insight into what young women’s lives are really like, fuelling our campaigns for change.
These are not easy times to be a young woman. The rights and freedoms previous generations fought for can feel up for grabs – sexism is growing louder, online abuse is on the rise, and too many young women are still held back by low pay, insecure work and unequal caring responsibilities. At Young Women's Trust, we believe it doesn't have to be this way, and we're growing our fundraising ambition to match the scale of the challenge.
You will lead a newly united fundraising programme that has brought together corporate partnerships, major donors, and trusts & foundations - an area that already contributes over 80% of our fundraised income. You'll strengthen existing relationships and secure new partnerships to support our mission: creating a more equal world of work and increasing young women's incomes.

This means that if we have two candidates of equal merit in our process, we will seek to take forward the racially minoritised candidate in order to diversify our staff team.
You’ll be joining a team that will embrace your ideas and support and encourage you to bring your whole self to work.
We can make reasonable adjustments throughout the application process and on the job. If you have particular accessibility needs, please get in touch and let us know any requirements you may have.

Ready to transform how supporters connect with women’s health? Harris Hill is supporting Wellbeing of Women to find their new Head of Digital. This is an opportunity for a digital expert to put digital at the heart of a charity’s growth — helping Wellbeing of Women reach more people, deepen supporter engagement and drive fundraising and advocacy.
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on digital leader to lead the digital function within the Income and Engagement team.
You’ll shape and deliver an ambitious digital strategy, mapping and improving the supporter journey to turn audiences into engaged supporters, donors and advocates.
From website, email and social media to PPC, paid social and digital analytics, you’ll bring insight and innovation to every channel — using data to understand what’s working, optimise performance and increase engagement and conversion.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across income generation, research, education and external affairs, as well as leading agency relationships, to make sure digital is fully integrated across the organisation and firmly focused on delivering fundraising and engagement objectives. You will also line manage the Social Media Coordinator.
If you’re a digital leader who combines strategic thinking with a love of data, optimisation and getting things done, this could be your next big move. I’m especially keen to hear from individuals with knowledge of the women’s health landscape, but it’s not a pre-requisite.
Interested? We’d love to hear from you.
Closing date: 9am Monday 28th September, however please apply early to receive the full job pack.
