We are seeking a Head of Fundraising and Development to lead our fundraising team and play a key role in our Senior Leadership Team. International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.

The role is responsible for quality assurance, case supervision, progression reviews, placement support and safeguarding advice quality while helping to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled debt advisers across the Debt Free Advice partnership.
1. Supervise and develop Trainee Debt Advisers
Provide day-to-day line management, mentoring, coaching, technical supervision and pastoral support to Trainee Debt Advisers, enabling them to develop the competence, confidence and professional standards required to achieve accreditation and deliver high-quality debt advice. Provide the level of management expected of colleagues across the organisation and in line with internal policies and procedures.
2. Deliver learning, quality assurance and progression
