Working closely with the Head of Scotland, you will co-create and deliver a tailored local growth plan that reflects your region's communities and opportunities. You will represent Mary’s Meals across schools, churches, corporates and community partners and play a pivotal role in activating supporters, mobilising volunteers, and sharing compelling local stories.​

Operating with high autonomy, you will use insights and data to focus on high potential and growth areas, and collaborate closely with our Philanthropy & Partnerships, Supporter Experience and Communications teams to deliver seamless supporter journeys and strong storytelling. Everything you do will reflect Mary’s Meals’ warmth and dignity, helping us reach more children through relationship-led growth.

Key responsibilities include

• Work with the Head of Scotland to design and deliver a clear, insight‑driven local growth plan with defined priorities, income drivers, volunteer mobilisation efforts, and visibility activities.​

• Use data, local insight, and (Region-specific) understanding to focus your time where growth potential is strongest.​

• Balance relationship‑building with a proactive, opportunity-led approach, identifying new supporters, networks, and partnerships and developing them from prospective supporters into committed donors.

• To create the conditions for a volunteer Deputy and a motivated volunteer network to confidently lead talks, events, introductions and other activities that broaden our reach​

• Empower volunteers through clear delegation, coaching, and recognition, ensuring they feel confident and aligned with Mary’s Meals’ mission and values.​​

• Inspire and back volunteers to own the mission. Spot people with energy and networks, invite their ideas, give light-touch support and tools, and celebrate their impact so they bring others into our movement.

• Represent Mary’s Meals throughout your region with confidence and authenticity, engaging schools, parishes, community groups, businesses, and local networks.​

• Deliver talks, small events, parish visits, school assemblies, partner meetings, local networking engagements, and other targeted activities that grow income, participation, and visibility.​​

• Make confident, values-led asks that move supporters from interest to action across giving, volunteering, and awareness raising.​

• Actively network across your region to identify new prospects, initiate first meetings, and follow up quickly and purposefully.​​

• Collaborate closely with the Philanthropy & Partnerships team on key opportunities and ensuring the donor is at the heart of each stewardship decision.​​

• Build a diverse pipeline of leads, opportunities, and partnerships reflective of your regions communities and faith landscape.

• Work closely across the organisation to ensure your regional activity feels seamless and aligned, collaborating with Supporter Experience so that journeys, thanking and stewardship feel warm and timely; with Creative Communications to deliver compelling local storytelling; with Philanthropy & Partnerships to coordinate opportunities for major donors and corporates; and with the Volunteer Manager to strengthen mobilisation and development across your region.

Outline of Role
As RCF enters this exciting stage, there is huge demand for our support in a wide range of global contexts, and our key challenge is to ensure we have robust institutional capacity - systems and procedures - to attract and effectively administer growing levels of investment.

The Domestic Abuse Service Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of the Domestic Abuse Emergency, Safe & Supported Accommodation, to providing safe, trauma-informed, survivor-led accommodation and support to victims of domestic abuse including children.

The Domestic Abuse Service Manager will lead a team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support, safe housing management, and compliance with contractual, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements. The role will work closely with external partners to ensure victims are supported to remain safe, recover, and move towards longer-term housing stability.

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a central operational role within the International Communities’ Organisation (ICO), ensuring that programmes across multiple country programmes are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.

The role focuses on coordination, implementation oversight, reporting, and organisational support across ICO’s programmes in Cyprus, Kosovo, the Middle East, and Cameroon. Working closely with programme leads, the Project Coordinator will ensure that work plans are implemented as agreed, milestones and deliverables are tracked, and internal reporting and communications are maintained. 

This role combines project management, operational coordination, communications support, and administrative oversight, ensuring that programme heads can focus on strategic delivery while the coordinator manages cross-programme organisation and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

A. Project Coordination and Implementation Oversight 50%
Monitor implementation of programme workplans across ICO programmes.
Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure tasks are completed in line with agreed work programmes.
Identify implementation risks or delays and flag them early.
Coordinate across programme teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
Maintain and update: programme workplans, implementation timelines and budget tracking documents
Support programme leads in ensuring activities move from planning to delivery.

B. Reporting and Internal Coordination 30%
Prepare weekly internal updates for senior leadership.
Produce quarterly reports for the Board summarising programme progress.
Contribute to the annual report and other institutional reporting outputs.
Compile information from programme leads into structured reporting formats.
Maintain clear records of: programme outputs, deliverables achieved, key outcomes and indicators

C. Communications Support (Interim) 20%
Until a dedicated communications role is created, the Project Coordinator will support basic organisational communications, including:

• Maintaining ICO’s LinkedIn and communications 
• Updating the website news section weekly
• Identifying events, conferences, or forums relevant to ICO’s work
• Supporting the coordination of press releases and media articles
• Liaising with external communications partners to supporting the coordination of press releases and media articles (e.g., Whitehouse Communications)

Qualifications & Skills
Required

• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including project planning and record-keeping of budgets and work plans.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and community representatives
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking to handle multiple projects promptly
• Experience in coordinating and managing projects/ programmes 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to humanitarian values

Reporting Structure
The Project Coordinator will report directly to the ICO director and work closely with programme heads responsible for regional portfolios.

Interview Process
The recruitment process will take place in three stages designed to assess both the candidate’s professional capabilities and their suitability for working within a small, international organisation.

Stage 1 Remote Interview
The first stage will be a remote introductory interview. This conversation will focus on understanding the candidate’s background and overall suitability for the role. We will discuss previous experience supporting programmes or projects, coordinating with teams or stakeholders, and managing reporting or administrative processes. The discussion will also explore the candidate’s interest in governance, development, or international policy work, as well as their working style and overall fit with ICO’s team and values.

Stage 2 In-Person Interview
Candidates who progress to the second stage will be invited to an in-person interview. This stage will include a more in-depth discussion of the role. This will include further behavioural, situational and competency-based questions. This stage also allows candidates to ask questions and learn more about the team and how we work. Please note this stage may involve a short practical exercise to understand how candidates approach tasks similar to those they would encounter in the position. 

Stage 3 Final In-Person Discussion
The final stage will be a conversation with senior members of the organisation. This discussion will focus on the candidate’s overall fit with the team and organisational culture, as well as how they would operate within a small team supporting international programmes. It will also provide an opportunity to address any remaining questions or clarifications from either side. The purpose of this stage is to ensure that the role aligns well with the candidate’s expectations and that both the candidate and the organisation feel confident about moving forward together

The Diocese of Guildford is seeking a gifted and collaborative Training Lead to coordinate and ensure delivery of high‑quality training for clergy, licensed lay ministers and parish leadership teams across the diocese.

As the Training Lead, you will be a key member of the St Martha’s College (SMC) team. St Martha’s College is at the heart of ministerial formation within the diocese, bringing together a growing range of training pathways including Foundations in Ministry, Occasional Courses, IME2, CMD, Clergy Wellbeing, and leadership development. The Museums Association (MA) is seeking a part time Policy Officer to play a leading role in developing our policy and campaigns work.

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to deliver admin support for our campaigns and policy, including Museums Change Lives, Museums and Climate Justice, Decolonising Museums, and anti-racism. You will support committees and stakeholders, help to draft policy papers and support the development and delivery of communication and dissemination plans. World Jewish Relief provides life-saving and life-changing action to people in crisis around the world. We are looking for a Programmes Officer to work closely on our international programmes supporting older people and people with disabilities in Eastern Europe. The role involves supporting the administration and project management of our large portfolio of 33 projects, working with our local partners to monitor implementation and capture data and impact. Part of the role is acting as a focal point for fundraising and communication teams, sharing key project updates to assist with their income-raising and engagement activities. 

You will join our International Programmes team, which is responsible for delivering programmes through strong local partnerships across our Humanitarian and Climate, Older People and Livelihood Development portfolios.

You should have:

• Knowledge of Eastern Europe region/context with focus on Ukraine
• Experience in the international development/ charitable sector
• Experience of remote working with overseas partners
• Demonstrable experience of maintaining Monitoring and Evaluation processes in international development programming
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse and interpret data
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with overseas partners with varying levels of English
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English, and willingness to communicate in Russian with partners located outside Ukraine
• Ability to produce high quality written work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong administrative, research and organisational skills
• Demonstrable skills in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work in a team and use initiative
• A commitment and empathy to the work and values of World Jewish Relief
• Willingness to travel overseas if deemed necessary

Job Summary

The Philanthropy Manager will develop a philanthropy strategy, building on the partnerships and resources already in place. You will develop a pipeline backed up by robust prospect research (some administrative assistance will be provided), and instigate a cultivation and stewardship programme, typically adopting a staged approach to major asks.

You will be accountable for the acquisition, development, and stewardship of high value supporters for CUF, both individual philanthropists and non-statutory grant-making bodies. You will develop and strengthen relationships with existing donors, as well as identifying warm prospects currently not supporting CUF financially. A key part of your role will be meeting and engaging major donor prospects to grow the pool.

You will engage with Trustees and senior leaders, to identify and nurture Christian philanthropists and grant body decision-makers within their spheres of influence.

You will lead on developing cases for support and writing grant applications, helped by the wider staff team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with high levels of motivation, and the ability to both develop and operationalise strategy as a member of a small team. You will have a track record of successfully initiating, managing and developing relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals and grantmaking bodies, and securing donations and grants, via proposals or through face-to-face meetings, as required.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with vulnerable individuals and delivering outdoor learning programmes. While your week will be spent mostly delivering sessions outdoors, expect one day a week at a desk planning sessions and recording data.
