We are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to grow income from community supporters, groups and people giving in memory. You’ll help create engaging fundraising opportunities, build strong local relationships and ensure every supporter feels valued.

Your role
You’ll lead community, individual and in-memory fundraising activity, turning plans into practical campaigns that inspire people to support Thames Valley Air Ambulance. This role combines relationship building, income growth, supporter care and data-led decision making.
You’ll be responsible for:
· Leading community, individual and in-memory fundraising plans.
· Growing income through supporter relationships, fundraising products and local partnerships.
· Creating positive supporter journeys across digital, phone, post and face-to-face contact.
· Managing budgets, forecasts, targets and reporting.
· Using data and insight to improve fundraising activity.
· Coaching and supporting the Community Fundraising Officer.
About you
You’ll be an organised, confident and empathetic fundraiser who can build relationships, manage priorities and make sound decisions. You’ll be motivated by community fundraising and committed to delivering excellent supporter experiences.
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has experience in community, in-memory, events or relationship-led fundraising.
· Can plan, monitor and evaluate fundraising activity.
· Has achieved income targets and managed budgets or forecasts.
· Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships.
· Uses CRM systems and Microsoft Office confidently.
· Can work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, and has a UK driving licence with access to transport.

You’ll manage a small team of youth practitioners and sessional workers while staying connected to frontline delivery. The Nightingale Navigator supports the loved ones of male survivors through the Nightingale Project. Recognising that sexual harm can affect partners, family members and others close to a survivor, the role provides therapeutic group and community-based support, alongside psychoeducation about trauma and its wider impact. This includes helping loved ones understand the criminal justice process and working with health, social care and other partner agencies to ensure they receive coordinated support. The Navigator also brings the experiences, needs and wishes of loved ones into the continued development of the Nightingale Project.

The role
Our 1,200 staff work across 12 UK regions and our national centre in London. Regional offices support the work of local branches, helping to represent, recruit, organise and retain members, as well as making key contributions in areas such as campaigning, strategies for negotiation and bargaining, and actions against discrimination.
As a Regional Organiser, you’ll be playing a hands on, day to day leadership role, as well as acting as an advocate of the union. Guiding, supporting and developing local branches and activists to ensure the strongest possible workplace organisation, you’ll identify activist training and development needs, provide coaching and mentoring to stewards and branch officers, and manage a small team of area/local organisers. Additionally, you will lead negotiations, represent members individually and collectively, and help branches to develop effective systems and processes for handling casework.

What we’re looking for...
An understanding of our movement, its pressures and drivers, with a passion for equality.
Ability to provide advice and guidance on the effective organisation of key branch duties (eg maintaining membership density, activist base enhancement, supporting employers with major restructuring, maintaining confidence in union ability to influence outcomes, oversight of case work and reducing response times).

This is a field based role and you will need to be able to travel in and around the South West region, including to our regional offices in Bristol, Exeter, Taunton and Poole, as required and occasionally to London for training, meetings or other purposes. What will the role involve?
The Dads’/Partners’ Peer Support Worker will play an important role in helping us reach and support more fathers and partners across Birmingham. The role will be community-based and will involve regular travel across the city, working closely with Family Hubs, community organisations and other local partners.
A key part of the role will be establishing and facilitating dads’ stay-and-play groups across Birmingham’s Family Hub areas. These groups will provide opportunities for dads to spend quality time with their children, meet other fathers, build supportive relationships and access support in a welcoming and informal environment.
The postholder will also provide one-to-one peer support, drawing appropriately on their own lived experience to build trust, offer encouragement and help fathers and partners feel less alone. They will support individuals to access relevant mental health, wellbeing, family and community services where needed.
The role will also help to raise awareness of fathers’ and partners’ perinatal mental health through community events, online resources and social media. Working alongside Family Hubs and other local services, the postholder will help dads and partners develop coping strategies, strengthen their support networks and feel more confident about moving forward.
Travel expenses incurred as part of the role will be reimbursed in line with Acacia’s Expenses Policy.Due to the post requiring regular travel across Birmingham, the applicant should ideally have access to a car for work purposes.

The Project Delivery & Capability Manager plays a key role in enabling the successful delivery of the ARUK’s 10-year strategy through the development and embedding of an effective, scalable and proportionate Project Management Framework.
This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for a collaborative delivery professional who can partner with colleagues across ARUK to help teams successfully deliver strategic projects, build organisational capability and embed effective ways of working. This role would suit someone who combines strong project management expertise with excellent relationship-building skills and is motivated by coaching, influencing and partnering with colleagues across an organisation. Managing the Project Delivery team and with line management responsibility for the Senior Projects Officer, the post holder will help drive organisational project management maturity by acting as a trusted partner, advisor and expert for project and programme teams across the charity. Through coaching, consultation, training and hands-on partnering support, the role will help ensure major, cross-organisational strategic initiatives are set up for success and delivered effectively.
Operating within an evolving hub-and-spoke model, the Project Delivery and Capability Manager will work closely with leaders of large, complex and strategically significant projects and programmes, providing expertise in areas such as planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, dependency management and benefits realisation. The role will also contribute to the continuous development of project management tools, standards, training and communities of practice that improve delivery capability across the organisation.

This role works closely with budget holders and senior managers to support informed decision-making, effective budget management, and financial sustainability. You will lead on the production of monthly management information and support the Director of Finance on the coordination of the annual budget and forecasting processes and provide proactive financial advice and challenge to managers across the organisation.
You will need to hold an accountancy qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) and have significant experience of preparing management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.
