Job description

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a brilliant youth homelessness charity on a fantastic New Business Manager role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a team that has had some incredible successes in recent years which have been widely recognised across the sector. We're looking for a creative and proactive corporate fundraiser with demonstrable experience of securing 6-figure strategic partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, focusing on £100k -£1m partnerships
  • Progress prospects from cold outreach through to onboarding 
  • Secure transformational partnerships aligned with the charity and business' mission and values 
  • Create compelling proposals, and confidently pitch to potential partners
  • Support and develop the New Business Officer

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in securing high-value (£100k+) new business within the charity sector
  • Strong track record of developing cold pipelines and converting prospects into new accounts
  • Line management experience
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication, negotiations, and delivering compelling pitches
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a collaborative approach
