As part of the Dal I Godi service, you will provide specialist, trauma-informed support and advocacy to victims of domestic abuse who have been assessed as being at high risk of serious harm. Working alongside each individual from the point of crisis, you will assess risk, develop personalised safety plans and help them understand and access the options available to protect themselves and their children.
You will manage a varied caseload and work closely with partner agencies, including the police, housing providers, social services, health professionals and the criminal and civil justice systems. We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience of providing high-level domestic abuse support, strong risk assessment and crisis-management skills, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. About The Role
Are you an experienced Youth Worker? Are you passionate about improving wellbeing outcomes for young people? Are you looking to develop your practice and training around young people’s mental health?
We are currently seeking five Trainee Wellbeing Practitioner’s to join our Youth Services team based in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will work within Creative Youth Network as part of the Youth Services team, delivering, high-quality, evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing, mild to moderate anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.
This is a 1 year training role within the Children and Young People’ Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). You will attend Exeter University for all university based taught and self-study days required by the education provider, and work in the service for the remaining days of the week using your newly developed skills. Your travel and accommodation to Exeter University will be provided for you as part of the trainee programme.
You will then be based at The Station (BS1) or Kingswood Estate (BS15) sites with up to two evening open access sessions per week. The training and service experience will equip you with the necessary knowledge, attitude and capabilities to operate effectively within the wider service.

The Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner provides trauma-informed, low-intensity psychological support to male survivors of sexual harms. Working within a flexible and person-centred model, the PWP helps clients understand the impact of their experiences and access practical, evidence-based interventions that support their wellbeing and recovery. The role maintains high standards of clinical governance, records interventions accurately and ensures each client receives safe, responsive and effective therapeutic support.
About You
You’ll be comfortable supporting people affected by trauma and able to provide structured, evidence-based psychological interventions within a flexible and person-centred approach. You may already have experience of working with men, sexual harms, mental health or complex needs, although we also welcome candidates whose transferable experience has prepared them for this work. About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Philanthropy and Relationships Manager to lead the development of our major donor programme. Building on recent strategic recommendations, you will develop and deliver a sustainable fundraising programme that grows support from mid-level and major donors.
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and colleagues across the organisation, you will identify, cultivate and steward high-value supporters, creating compelling opportunities for them to invest in Kids' mission. You will play a vital role in securing significant gifts and developing long-term partnerships that help children and young people with SEND achieve their full potential.
