The Supporter Operations team at Alzheimer’s Research UK is a key point of contact in the charity for supporters and members of the public and ensures the highest standards in operational processes and compliance, to ensure a first-class supporter experience.
The Supporter Relations Officer is responsible for delivering essential supporter engagement activities, ensuring delivery of an excellent experience for every contact, recognise opportunities to increase supporter loyalty, and generate the maximum amount of income for dementia research. The post holder is the first escalation point for the Executives when dealing with more complex enquiries, using the experience to support on the job training at delivering an excellent supporter experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporter Enquiry Management
· Act as the first escalation point for Executives with complex enquiries, helping to troubleshoot the enquiry in a suitable timely manner and ensuring the delivery of a warm and positive response for the supporter.
· Support the team Executives with inbound enquiries by telephone, email, post and social media, ensuring the highest standard of responses and covering absences on occasion.
· Promote fundraising, engagement and retention opportunities when talking to supporters using a range of initiatives to explain how their donations positively contribute towards the cause.
· Ensure all campaign briefings are delivered to the team to equip them for enquiry handling.
· Delivery of the promotion of and supporting supporters in the best practice in ‘in aid of’ fundraising policies.
Supporter Stewardship
· Delivery of outbound thanking and stewardship programmes.
· Assist the Senior Officer in ensuring effective management regions at specified levels, to ensure appropriate stewardship.
· Working alongside the Executives on the delivery of the Tiering and Triage system and supporting the Senior Officer in making decisions on supporters requiring manual intervention to tier. And input into reviews of the tiering system to ensure it is fit for purpose and is offering the supporter the best stewardship journey.
· Support the Senior Officer in managing the supporter follow‑up process to ensure funds are received promptly and accurately.
· Responsible for ensuring the quality of our Thanking processes and content are to the highest standards.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams – Relationship Fundraising, Mass Participation and Sporting Events, In Memory and Individual Giving, ensuring that supporters are given the best level of stewardship.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Experience of working in a customer facing role within an office environment.
· Experience of handling complaints and queries.
· Enthusiasm for building excellent supporter relationships and ensuring supporters feel valued and thanked appropriately.
· Confidence working with computers – good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM databases.

As part of our Agile ways of working, you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

The role and responsibilities
As New Business Lead for UK schools, you will play a pivotal role in growing our school partner base which will enable us to support even more young people with making informed decisions about their next steps.
You will need to be target-driven and proactive. While you will be fully supported by the UK schools team, you will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects.
Your key responsibilities:
Strategic Outreach: Design tailored campaigns to engage Headteachers, Careers Leads and Trust Executives in a smart and compelling way.
Lead Generation: Communicate with non-partner schools and colleges to explain how Unifrog supports student outcomes and Gatsby Benchmark and PSHE compliance, and secure online demonstrations for our Area Managers.
Inbound Lead Management: Act as the first port of call for all new partnership enquiries from individual schools, colleges and Multi-Academy Trusts.
Collaboration: Work closely with our UK schools team to understand regional challenges and identify how your outreach can best support the growth of their specific territories.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate custom reports on our CRM database to identify opportunities for growth, cleanse Mutli-Academy Trust accounts, and analyse campaign performance.
Market Intelligence: Develop an in-depth understanding of the UK ed-tech landscape and the evolving statutory requirements for careers guidance in schools.
Working together
You’ll be working with the UK schools team, and line managed by the Head of UK Sales. You’ll work closely with our Area Managers, and also have the opportunity to work with other teams across the company, including UK Primary Schools, Marketing, Employers and HE.

As the team are expanding and taking on a new portfolio of events, you will manage three international marathons – Dublin, Athens and Valencia and two UK based events – Hackney Half Marathon and Manchester Marathon. You’ll nurture relationships with key stakeholder both internally and externally to ensure the best possible event delivery. We are looking for you to have a good base of project management skills and have experience of coordinating fundraising events or campaigns on mass. Relationship building and management skills are key to this role as these are new events to us with new partnerships and key stakeholders.

Principal Duties
The main duties of the Communications & Engagement Lead are:

Job description
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can work with and motivate volunteers, take a strategic view on issues affecting the Hertfordshire countryside and represent CPRE Hertfordshire at events and through media. The role also involves management of a small staff team, the oversight of our Governance including finances, reporting, budget, fundraising, communications and volunteer management.
This is an exciting time to join CPRE Hertfordshire, as the candidate will be able to build and influence the new long-term strategy and annual plan with our Board of Trustees in advance of 2027.
The Chief Executive is responsible for:
1. Contributing to and driving the implementation of CPRE Hertfordshire’s strategy.
2. Delivering effective and efficient operational performance of the charity including robust contingency arrangements.
3. Providing exceptional leadership and management of the team – both paid staff and volunteers – and further growing our volunteer cadre.
4. Delivering the marketing and communications strategy, including membership acquisition and retention communications, email and social media marketing.
5. Leading and managing local Branch campaigns and projects as agreed by the Board of Trustees.
6. Devising and overseeing activities to increase recruitment of new CPRE members.
7. Devising fundraising activities in line with agreed targets in collaboration with the Board of Trustees.

This is a senior, high-impact position at the heart of our organisation, offering the opportunity to shape how The Baked Bean Charity connects with the world. As Events & Community Engagement Lead, you will drive a dynamic programme of events, outreach, and partnerships that not only showcase our work, but actively challenge perceptions and champion inclusion.
You will take ownership of the strategic planning and delivery of our full events portfolio - from Theatre in Education performances and community workshops to respite holidays, fundraising events, and external commissions. You’ll ensure every event is thoughtfully designed, professionally delivered, and aligned with our mission to amplify the voices, talents, and lived experiences of our students.
A key part of your role will be building and nurturing meaningful relationships. You’ll develop partnerships with schools, universities, healthcare providers, businesses, and community organisations - creating opportunities for collaboration, education, and increased visibility for our work. Acting as a confident and passionate ambassador, you’ll represent the charity in a variety of public and professional settings, helping to grow our network and influence.
You will also lead on fundraising, identifying and securing new opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships. This includes crafting compelling funding applications and fundraising initiatives, managing funder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed outcomes and impact measures.
Internally, you’ll provide leadership and direction across the events and engagement function. Working closely with, and overseeing, the Events & Project Coordinator and wider ad hoc events teams, you’ll ensure all activity is well-planned, resourced, and delivered to a high standard. You’ll support and mentor staff, recruit and induct volunteers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
This role requires both strategic planning capabilities, as well as skills in organisation and hands-on delivery. One day you might be developing long-term engagement plans or writing a funding proposal; the next, you could be delivering or presenting at an event, supporting students, or building new partnerships in the community.
