The Net Zero Carbon (NZC) Fundraising Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the effective running of the NZC Fundraising team and excellent delivery of the varied portfolio of grants to parishes and dioceses that the NZC Fundraising team offers - principally supporting the Give to Go Green matched funding grant for parishes, and also providing administration for the Regional Fundraising Officer, Accelerator Fund and Community Energy Pilot grants.
The postholder will be the first point of contact for applicants and grantees, provide excellent administrative support for grant making, and personalised customer service for successful Give to Go Green parishes for their matched fundraising campaigns.
They will also support the wider NZC Fundraising team across events, training and resources. The role will report to the Head of Net Zero Carbon Fundraising and maintain strong lines of communication with the Give to Go Green Project Manager and other Net Zero Carbon Fundraising team members in order to develop, support, and maintain robust administrative and operations processes across all the team's work streams.
This is a fixed-term role until 31 December 2028 and is anticipated to continue beyond this date, subject to funding being secured. Internal interviews will be held on 7th September; the external interview date is TBC.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance projects, scheduling repairs and routine maintenance, and ensuring our buildings are maintained to a high standard. You will oversee preventative maintenance programmes, manage contractors and suppliers, monitor budgets and support compliance with health and safety requirements.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will work in partnership with the Client Services Team and other colleagues to ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be confident identifying problems, finding practical solutions and prioritising work to minimise disruption to residents and services.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, experience in maintenance, facilities management, property services or a related field, and the ability to manage contractors and multiple tasks effectively. A hands-on, flexible approach and a commitment to HHP’s values are essential.

About the role
Our passionate Regional Casework Coordinators are SSAFA’s front line of support for members of the armed forces community in need. They are the first point of contact for all beneficiaries into the Regional Office, assessing needs and allocating the case to one of our volunteer caseworkers.
You will sometimes handle complex problems from individuals who may be distressed, identifying the presenting and potential underlying needs to determine the best way to support the beneficiary.You will have ownership of cases from beginning to end, coordinating the casework process in a timely manner and ensure that the beneficiary journey is at the centre of the Service. You will have the opportunity to shape processes and procedures within the office which will lead to improvements in the service offered to clients.
To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA.
Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the East of England region, which includes Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. There will be occasional travel around the East of England Region, and you may be required to travel at short notice for face-to-face meetings.
About the team
The team work remotely and pride themselves in maintaining a close working bond which ensures the smooth operation of the office. You will work closely with volunteer caseworkers in the East of England, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The wider support team includes a Regional Casework Manager and a Regional Manager.
About you
To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of providing welfare support in key areas such as disability, benefits, mobility, mental health support or local authority provision. You will have knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR and experience in dealing with sensitive information and people in vulnerable situations. You will be able to provide excellent customer service by telephone, e-mail and face to face. You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.
It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families and if you have experience of supporting volunteers. An understanding of the voluntary sector and preferably the military charity sector landscape across the East of England would be valuable.

The role will involve regular travel across England, Scotland and Wales to raise the organisation’s profile and engage with members, partners and key stakeholders.

The postholder will work across Salford in community settings, supporting people to identify their strengths, work towards personal goals, improve wellbeing and connect with opportunities in their local communities.

Nelson’s Journey, Norfolk’s leading child bereavement charity, is seeking an inspiring and focussed individual to join its fundraising and marketing team, responsible for raising funds required for the support of bereaved children and young people. The team is particularly seeking to appoint a candidate who can lead on managing the charity’s annual plan of events, to raise funds and publicise the charity’s work in the community

The post-holder will work as part of a team to drive an increase in fundraising income so that the charity can continue to set ambitious spending plans and look to its future growth. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to a team of Recovery Workers, ensuring the safe, effective and smooth operation of the Recovery House. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will support the delivery of a recovery-focused, psychologically informed and person-centred service, helping residents to achieve positive wellbeing and recovery outcomes. You will provide guidance to staff, oversee referrals and admissions, support effective risk management and safeguarding practice, and make operational decisions when required.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service quality, ensuring staff deliver effective support, safety planning and recovery interventions while promoting residents' rights, dignity and choice. These senior leadership roles provide strategic and operational oversight of WGN’s Clinical Services, ensuring the delivery of innovative, safe, high-quality, survivor-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapeutic support for survivors of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).
1. Head of Clinical Services
The Head of Clinical Services leads a multidisciplinary team delivering individual therapy, group work, body-based therapies and web-based counselling within WGN’s intersectional Black feminist framework and Holistic Empowerment Recovery (HER) Model. They will shape the strategic direction of clinical services, strengthen partnerships, embed strong clinical governance and safeguarding practice, and foster a culture of collective care, reflective practice and anti-oppressive leadership.
This role combines strategic leadership, service development, clinical oversight and people management to ensure WGN’s therapeutic services remain sector-leading, accessible and survivor-led.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (21 hours per week worked over 3 days) with a remuneration of £53,000 - £57,000 per annum (£31,800 - £34,200 pro-rated)
2. Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager role leads the day-to-day operational management and development of WGN’s Clinical Services, ensuring the delivery of innovative, safe, high-quality, survivor-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive support for survivors of violence against women and girls (VAWG).
Working with the Therapeutic Manager, they will provide clinical and operational leadership across counselling services, supporting therapists and practitioners to manage clinical risk and safeguarding concerns effectively, within a Black feminist, intersectional and Holistic Empowerment Recovery (HER) framework.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (28 hours per week worked over 4 days) with a remuneration of £43,000 - £47,000 per annum (£34,400 - £37,600 pro-rated)
