We are looking for a Development Manager to join our fundraising team to support our ambitious, global mission to democratise computing and AI education for all young people. . You’ll build and manage a global portfolio of strategic, high-value funding partners that share and advance our mission. Through effective relationship building and account management, you’ll engage donors with the aim of growing their long-term support for our work.
The ideal candidate will have experience of successful corporate/institutional partnership development and/or stewardship at a national or international scale. You may also have experience working with trusts and foundations or securing sponsorship for events.

Responsibilities
- Proactively develop a pipeline of funding opportunities, establishing relationships that will lead to new partnerships or donations
- Manage a portfolio of existing partners, developing and implementing engagement strategies to strengthen these relationships
- Match funders’ objectives with the Foundation's programmes and goals
- Prepare funding applications, proposals, presentations, and pitches, working collaboratively across the Foundation to support the development of these documents
- Evaluate and report on partner activities to ensure goals are achieved and the impact of their support is shared
- Develop and implement engaging and bespoke stewardship plans
- Accurately capture information using our CRM (Salesforce) pipeline process
- Support colleagues as they develop new donor relationships to secure grants and donations
- Develop and maintain updated knowledge of the Foundation’s programmes and associated funding opportunities
Experience and personal attributes

You should have:
- Experience in securing and developing long-term corporate partnerships and/or high value income (£50K+)
- Competence in using a CRM or equivalent system

- Evidence of highly adaptable interactions with a wide range of people, with experience in advocacy, networking, and negotiation
- Practical knowledge of preparing and presenting a compelling case for support in various forms, including in person and through written communication
- Experience of monitoring, reporting, and forecasting against plans and budgets
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent relationship building skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience in prioritising a pipeline of multiple opportunities

About This Job
This is an exciting training role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible for the governance of risk in the Army Cadets.
In this critical organisational safety role, you will both generate medical risk assessments and assure those generated by others. You will ensure appropriate medical governance and compliance processes are in place, including identifying organisational clinical risks and recommending appropriate policies. You will oversee incident reporting and trend analysis to support continuous improvement. This will include developing systems and reporting frameworks to provide a clear understanding of the organisation’s medical risk profile and supporting the volunteer team delivering advanced skills training to highly qualified first aiders.
Essential Skills
· Have a sound understanding of the role of medical support in the Army Cadets
· Hold an accredited assessing qualification
· Evidence of continuing personal and professional development
· Understand the legislative requirements for First Aid provision as set out by the HSE

Relationship Fundraising Manager

This role is home-based with mobile working. As such, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel regularly across the region.
There will be a requirement to attend in-person team meetings based in the area on a quarterly basis and other parts of the UK when our wider fundraising territory and department get together.
There will also be a requirement for flexible and out of hours working to support occasional evening and weekend activity and you will be compensated for this with time off in lieu.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you will play a key supporting role within the fundraising team, assisting the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the Communications team. With a key aim of delivering agreed activity and growing income from corporate partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting New Business Development
- Assist in researching and identifying prospective regional, national and international corporate partners aligned with the organisation’s mission and values
- Support the development of tailored proposals, pitches and presentations for potential corporate supporters
- Help prepare outreach materials, including emails, decks, and briefing documents
- Maintain and update prospect pipelines and CRM records
- Attend meetings and events with prospective partners, taking notes and following up on actions
- Work closely with the charity’s rescue and rehoming centres and wider team to identify new corporate funding and partnership opportunities.
Managing Existing Corporate Partnerships
- Provide day-to-day support in the management of existing corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner contacts
- Ensure partnerships are delivered in line with agreed objectives and timelines
- Support the monitoring and reporting of partnership performance and impact
- Attend events linked to corporate supporters to represent the charity, with UK-wide travel sometimes required
- Help organise and attend large corporate volunteer days at the charity’s rescue and rehoming centres
Communications & Engagement
- Maintain a strong understanding of World Horse Welfare’s work to ensure relevance in our corporate partnership work
- Develop close working relationships with Communications team and work closely with them on creating and scheduling of agreed corporate content in line with communications schedules.
- Coordinate and deliver partnership communications, including newsletters, updates, impact reports, and social media content
- Lead on gathering content to form the basis of partnership communication obligations
- Work with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality messaging including drafting copy in line with brand messaging, obtaining appropriate images, developing related materials and ensuring approval processes are followed.
- Support the planning and execution of partner engagement activities, campaigns, and events
- Ensure partners receive appropriate recognition and visibility in line with agreements
Sponsorship & Agreement Management
- Assist in drafting and managing sponsorship agreements and partnership contracts
- Track and fulfil contractual benefits (e.g. branding, hospitality, social media, volunteering, speaking opportunities)
- Maintain accurate records of deliverables and ensure all obligations are met
- Support the review and renewal of agreements
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Track income, pledges, and invoices
- Support preparation of reports and presentations
- Provide general administrative support to Corporate Fundraising Manager and Director of Fundraising in relation to corporate support

About the Role
This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to lead our fundraising activity, drive sustainable income growth and position Metabolic Support as the leading international patient advocacy group for IMDs. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you'll shape and deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy, build relationships with trusts, foundations, corporates and major donors, and work across our small, agile team to embed fundraising principles into everything we do. Community Support Manager
Reports to: Partnerships Director

Role Purpose
As Community Support Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of support to HOST’s global community of Hosted Partners (HPs), ensuring a consistent, responsive and values-led service. You’ll oversee Community Support activity, enabling partners to focus on their work by providing clear guidance, reliable processes and effective operational support.
This role sits at the centre of the Community Support team and will involve working alongside the Partnerships Manager: Changemakers to ensure high-quality delivery of our project and fiscal hosting services. You’ll co-manage a small, high-performing team, ensuring strong performance, clear priorities and a supportive team culture. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the systems, processes and ways of working that underpin Project Hosting, ensuring they are efficient, scalable and responsive to the needs of our Hosted Partners.
Core Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Management
Line manage two Community Support Leads, providing coaching, direction and performance feedback.
Oversee delivery of Community Support activities, including internal team operations, management of SOPs, service delivery consistency, payment operations and risk process administration.
Manage team meeting cadence, objectives and performance tracking.
Manage team workload, priorities and handovers to ensure coordinated day-to-day delivery across Community Support.
Produce weekly highlights reports outlining ongoing tasks, completed objectives and customer service statistics.
2. Systems, Processes and SOPs
Develop and maintain all Community Support standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain and improve workflows in Zendesk, e.g. ticket routing, tagging structure and SLAs.
Maintain oversight of team task management, ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes.
Ensure consistent data entry standards across systems, e.g. partner records and case logs.
Monitor service standards and turnaround times, spot recurring issues, and drive process improvements for consistent delivery.
3. HOSTHub support
Lead on defining, prioritising and testing HOSTHub features related to Project Hosting, working cross-functionally with the Product Manager to inform development needs and improvements.
Own partner-facing communications on HOSTHub updates, ensuring changes are clearly communicated and well understood by Hosted Partners.
Ensure the voice and needs of Hosted Partners and funders are actively represented in product development, influencing priorities and improvements.
Maintain continuous feedback loops with external users to inform ongoing platform enhancements.
Collaborate with Tech and Operations teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and increase automation.

Lead the preparation and facilitation of weekly risk meetings, ensuring risks are identified, recorded and escalated in a timely and appropriate manner.

Talking about cancer can save lives. But not everyone has equal access to health information. Through our Cancer Awareness Roadshows programme, we work in public facing communities across the UK to deliver cancer awareness where the need is greatest-helping people feel informed, empowered and able to make a difference.
What you'll be doing
Lead and manage Roadshow nurses across the North-West and London (including bank nurses), providing supervision and regular communication both remotely and in person.
Ensure quality delivery by equipping nurses with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to run effective cancer awareness activities.
Step in operationally when needed, covering Roadshow delivery and supporting the wider Health Community Engagement (HCE) team
Contribute to the development, strategy, and continuous improvement of the Roadshow programme.
Share insights, promote the programme externally, and support new content/product development.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager to ensure quality, compliance, and health & safety standards are met.
Provide leadership across the HCE nursing function, including training, recruitment, development, and maintaining professional (NMC) standards.
Maintain clear accountability and role clarity across all Roadshow and Nurse Led Cancer Awareness activities.
Build strong local partnerships with public health organisations and internal teams.
Act as a representative of the programme, sharing updates and insights within CRUK and at internal forums.

Purpose of Role
The Operations Officer is a varied role that helps keep the charity’s different functions running smoothly. Working closely with a small team a typical day can be a combination of regular tasks involving prompt and careful handling of incoming communications by email, post and telephone call, responding to invoices or payment requests and preparation of letters, contracts or reports. Other tasks such as recruitment support, staff onboarding, events and travel planning are less routine but may be part of your day as and when they occur.
Team co-ordinating
· Manage calendars and appointments, scheduling team meetings, appointments and events.
· Co-ordinate travel plans including booking transport, accommodation and supporting visa application processes.
· Attend quarterly Board meetings, taking minutes.
· Assist in the preparation and distribution of Board materials.
· Track charity assets and equipment, liaising with outsourced IT support as necessary.
HR Support
· Lead on fulfilment of recruitment campaigns, organising the recruitment pack, placing job adverts, handling applications, arranging interviews and tests.

1. Partnership development

Identify, research, and secure new commercial and corporate partnership opportunities aligned with AdviceUK’s strategic and income generation priorities.
- Develop compelling partnership propositions, including sponsorships, strategic alliances, product/service developments, cause‑related marketing, corporate social responsibility, and other commercial collaborations.

Identify and develop new products and services that benefit members, grow income, and support member recruitment and retention.

Shape new products and services with user and sector insight, applying structured approaches to testing, evaluation and scaling. Ensure that pricing, return on investment and other financial modelling is completed to demonstrate how new products or services deliver agreed objectives.

About the role
