The Care Experienced Engagement Coordinator role presents a unique opportunity to work directly with the care experienced community to bring to life this untold history. Allkind is a London-based mental health charity supporting people across the full mental health spectrum, from early intervention through to complex needs. About the role
Reporting to the Head of People, the Senior People Advisor will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR activities. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading on employee relations matters while supporting the wider People & OD function to deliver an excellent employee experience.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement initiatives.
