Summary
We are seeking a hardworking, ambitious, and dynamic Executive Assistant to the Executive Principal, who will also act as the HR Lead, to join Harris Academy Clapham at an exciting stage in our development.
This pivotal role will be based across Harris Academy Clapham Secondary and Harris Clapham Sixth Form, providing high-level administrative, organisational, and professional support to the Executive Principal. In addition, the postholder will lead on HR administration and coordination, acting as the main point of contact for staff HR matters and supporting the effective implementation of people processes across both sites.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive leadership and HR functions, whilst also benefiting from excellent opportunities to engage with wider Harris Federation academy improvement initiatives and to participate in ongoing professional development, supporting both personal growth and career progression.

About the Service
Our Nightlight Crisis House offers a safe, homely, and welcoming space for anyone feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis.
The Crisis Centre and rest of Nightlight Services (Café’s, Helpline, Daylight provision) is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways.
We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our helpline, crisis cafes and 24/7 Crisis Centre. About the Role
As a Crisis House Support Worker you will be a key member of staff supporting the delivery of the Nightlight mental health Crisis Service. The UK’s digital skills gap costs the economy an estimated £63 billion annually in lost GDP. Ada addresses this by equipping young people with the specific skills the industry requires. Since being announced by the Prime Minister in 2014 as England’s first new FE College since 1993, we have consistently excelled, earning "Good with Outstanding features" in our first two Ofsted inspections.
Our Reach and Impact
We operate from state-of-the-art campuses in Victoria, London, and Ancoats, Manchester, fostering a supportive, values-driven environment for students and staff alike. Our current learner demographics reflect our commitment to inclusion: 33% Female 62% Ethnic minority backgrounds 27% Low-income households 48% From low-income areas. Our London Sixth Form currently enrolls 216 students, delivering nation-leading results: The qualification achievement rate (QAR) is 84% with those from disadvantaged backgrounds (measured as eligible for FSM) at 88%. Expanding our curriculum
In response to our successful roll out of T Levels from September 2024 we are expecting to expand the offer of the program in Digital Software Development with up to 75 learners across both our campuses with London hosting up to 50 learners. This includes a 315-hour industry placement and a comprehensive skills program designed to launch successful careers in tech. We are also looking ahead to launching new V Levels in 2027 in response to the DfE launch of distinct programmes of study.

Teach Computer Science to Ada students, maintaining outstanding standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
Support the college in developing an inventive approach to teaching, learning and assessment in computer science so that all students are challenged effectively and enabled not simply to achieve high outcomes but also to gain an excellent understanding of the subject which propels them into successful progression routes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join GamCare at a pivotal moment, as the organisation launches a new programme focused on preventing and reducing gambling-related harm experienced by individuals affected by another person’s gambling, known as “Affected Others”.
This new role, funded by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID), is an opportunity to develop guidance and resources for Affected Others and professionals, alongside designing and delivering peer support services and training. The programme will prioritise support for key groups across England, including men, young adults (18–25), neurodiverse individuals, LGBTQIA+ communities, and people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
As a Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality guidance, resources, and service developments, ensuring that safety is embedded across all outputs and that lived experience voices inform all aspects of the work. Using an iterative test and learn approach, you will gather insights, contribute to continuous improvement, and adapt resources and services to better meet the needs of target groups.

About you
The successful candidate will bring experience in developing guidance, resources or services that support positive behaviour change. Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and experience of developing interventions using iterative “test and learn” approaches to build high-quality guidance and support.

As a Services Admin Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our services team, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating key activities, and supporting our mission to improve the lives of people affected by epilepsy.
At Epilepsy Action we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts can expect to work a minimum of 40% at our office in Leeds. On average this is 2 days a week, normally on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees. The expectation to collaborate face-to-face is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do which may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to help us create a world without limits for people with epilepsy.
