You’ll lead RFF’s Instagram and TikTok presence, creating distinctive social-first content and building engaged digital communities around our work.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend time with young people, staff, partners and ambassadors across the UK and Ireland, spotting, capturing and creating content that brings the Foundation to life. While Instagram and TikTok will be at the heart of the role, you’ll also support RFF’s wider digital and communications activity as required — including creating and adapting content for platforms such as LinkedIn, X and YouTube, supporting email communications and press activity, and helping strengthen RFF’s media presence around key events and opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Didcot Mentoring Lead, you'll focus on early intervention for young people. You'll have the opportunity to help young people with goal-setting, healthy relationships, emotional regulation, educational engagement and making positive choices.
It will be your responsibility to develop and deliver consistent and nurturing mentoring provision across all of the secondary schools in Didcot and the primary schools in and around Didcot, providing young people with the much-needed 1:1 and group support which you will be able to tailor to their individual needs.
You'll ensure that our mentoring provision continues to evolve to meet young people's ever-changing needs. You will build a meaningful rapport with young people through an approach grounded in the principles of informal education, voluntary engagement and consistency.
Building excellent relationships with our schools and stakeholders is a crucial part of this role, utilising and expanding the existing network already in place, and providing them with reliability, consistency and a high level of professional ability to support the young people who need it most.
You'll be comfortable engaging with young people in our other varied settings as required. This includes spending time in the community on outreach and detached work, and assisting with delivery at our open-access youth clubs, holiday programme, trips and more.
It will be part of your role to ensure you create welcoming, inclusive spaces where young people feel seen, heard and supported.

We are looking for a committed Christian to join our Recovery Coordination Team as a Recovery Officer. This is a rewarding and varied role at the heart of our recovery programme, providing practical, emotional and spiritual support to men seeking freedom from addiction.
As a Recovery Officer, you will act as a keyworker for residents, helping them navigate their recovery journey, achieve personal goals and overcome challenges along the way. You will work closely with residents, colleagues, families, commissioners and external agencies to coordinate support and ensure each individual receives the care they need to thrive.

We are looking for two Community Wellbeing Coordinators to join our Community Connect Social Prescribing Service, with a specific focus on housing advocacy and support.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of health, housing and community support, helping residents navigate complex systems, understand their options and access the support they need.

This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity to lead the UK's only dedicated charity supporting children, adults and families affected by MPS, Fabry disease and related lysosomal storage disorders. Following the current Chief Executive's planned move to become Managing Director of Rare Disease Research Partners (RDRP) in January 2027, the incoming CEO will take the helm of an organisation with over forty years of history, a trusted national reputation and a growing role on the international rare disease stage. Salary to be agreed depending on experience and will be pro-rata for part time hours.
This is an essential car user post. The applicant must hold a current UK driver’s licence, with no more than 6 points, have access to a car and be able and willing to drive UK wide as required.
This senior role requires flexibility in working hours and location. It is primarily offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in our Amersham, Buckinghamshire, office each week. As part of the role, UK and overseas travel is necessary, which may on occasion include early morning and/or evening working and sometimes overnight stays. We have policies in place to ensure that any unsociable hours worked over the weekend are fairly compensated through TOIL.
This role will require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring check (DBS) details of which can be found in the job description.
