Jasmine Mother & Child Family Residential Centre is a CQC-regulated and Ofsted-registered residential family centre. Women can access pregnancy stabilisation support, or live with their children while addressing substance use, trauma, mental health needs and wider family pressures. The service provides structured support and parenting assessments, helping mothers stabilise, stay in recovery and strengthen safe relationships with their children.
About the role
This role focuses on providing a safe, structured setting where risks can be understood properly, support can be put in place, and parenting capacity can be assessed with the child’s safety at the centre.
The successful candidate will also manage the pregnancy stabilisation pathway giving women the chance to engage early, reduce risk, and begin building stability in a supported setting.
What you will do
· You must meet Ofsted Registered Manager status requirements. You will have a good understanding of regulatory standards. You will liaise and cooperate with both regulators and be aware of relevant documentation.
· You will establish positive relationships and maintain effective communication with women, their children, and other involved professionals in their care while developing and implementing individually tailored care and support plans that respect and uphold the dignity and privacy of families living at Jasmine.

The Crisis Space is an out of hours service that creates a safe space for adults to access timely compassionate support from trained recovery workers.
The Service Manager will have responsibility to line manage two Team Leaders, and overall leadership for the staff team working within the service. East Sussex Transitional Housing is a low-support service, providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for 98 young people between the ages of 18-25 who have been, or are, at risk of homelessness. We have a small, supportive, and established team which manages 18 housing properties across, Eastbourne, Bexhill and Hastings. We adopt a trauma informed and psychologically informed approach to supporting our residents to help them build essential life skills, identify their goals and work towards aspirations so that they can move on to enjoy fully independent futures.

The Community of St Paulinus (CsP) is a pioneering community focused on resourcing sacramental church planting, forming disciples and strengthening partnerships across the Diocese.
As CsP prepares for its public launch, we are seeking an outstanding Digital Content Creator & Designer to establish its digital presence from the ground up. Working from a new visual identity and communications approach currently being developed by an external creative agency, the successful candidate will implement that vision through engaging storytelling, photography, video, graphic design and social media.
Alongside supporting the launch of CsP, the role will provide creative support to partner churches across the Diocese, helping communicate stories of renewal, refresh websites, establish digital platforms, including social media, and support new worshipping communities through high-quality communications and design.
Salary
£13,700 for a six-month fixed-term contract (30 hours per week).
Contract & Working Pattern
· Fixed-term contract: 6 months.
· 30 hours per week with flexibility by agreement.
· Hybrid working based at Sheffield Cathedral with travel to partner churches.
· Occasional evening and weekend working will be required.
· Review towards the end of the contract with the possibility of extension or a permanent appointment, subject to funding and organisational need.
