We’re looking for a Targeted Interventions Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering early intervention and prevention support around drugs & alcohol to young people and make a real difference in their lives!

About the role

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity where you will take the lead in coordinating targeted interventions across our Buckinghamshire service. You’ll work directly with young people, partners, and professionals to identify needs early and provide the right support at the right time.

From delivering engaging targeted group sessions to shaping local pathways and building strong partnerships, you’ll be at the heart of making sure young people receive timely, effective support around substance misuse and risk-taking behaviours.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and developing targeted interventions, including group work, outreach, and brief interventions
• Delivering engaging group programmes for young people at risk
• Increasing visibility and accessibility of the service amongst children, young people, families, and partners with the aim of increasing referrals into service for specialist support.
• Building strong relationships with schools, professionals, and partner agencies
• Providing training and support to professionals to help identify and respond to young people’s needs
• Using data and insight to shape and improve services
• Supporting volunteers and Youth Ambassadors to deliver impactful work
• Support the development of projects that increase visibility, create awareness, and improvement engagement including development of educational programmes, informative resources, and prevention pathways
• Ensure effective and consistent young people involvement through our Youth Ambassador Programme including coproduction.
• Support the coordination and development of the service’s social media activity.

About you: 

• Experience of working with young people and knowledge of the issues they face 
• Knowledge of safeguarding concerns in relation to children and young people and the Fraser Competence framework 
• Have an excellent understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field 
• Knowledge of working with evidence-based practice around young people’s substance misuse treatment services and methods, including relevant best practice guidance 
• An accomplished communicator, both verbal and written with a high degree of personal IT competency 
• Be able to accurately update and maintain records and to work to deadlines for the submission of information. 
• Have excellent team working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a highly cooperative approach to supporting colleagues in delivering service objectives 
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

Hestia's Age Activity Centre (AAC) is a lively, open‑access day centre supporting Wandsworth residents aged 60 and over to stay active, independent and socially connected. The service offers a wide range of activities including IT classes, wellbeing sessions, social events and occasional day trips, all designed to reduce isolation, promote community, and help older people maintain their health and independence for as long as possible. Alongside this, the AAC plays a key role in fostering friendships, building confidence and creating a welcoming space where older people can thrive.

This role supports both the AAC and the Hestia Recovery Café, contributing to the smooth running of daily learning and development activities. It involves leading and overseeing adult learning classes, supporting volunteer and pool worker recruitment, and managing essential resources and administrative tasks. The postholder will help ensure high‑quality, engaging sessions while maintaining an organised, inclusive environment that empowers older people and enhances their overall wellbeing.

The hours are 9am - 5.18pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 12pm - 8.18pm on Thursday. 

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You have experience supporting people with mental health needs and complex circumstances, as well as working with older adults, senior adults or other vulnerable groups. You understand how to identify and report safeguarding concerns, recognise signs and symptoms of mental health issues, and respond appropriately within professional boundaries. You are confident facilitating learning and development activities, group work or support groups, and you are able to engage with individuals who may display a range of emotions or behaviours that can sometimes feel challenging.

You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and you can accurately receive, process and record detailed information while maintaining confidentiality. You are IT‑literate, comfortable using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems or apps. You bring strong time‑management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You liaise confidently with colleagues and external partners, represent Hestia positively, take a solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving, and can identify and report any health and safety concerns within a day‑centre environment.

The Role

Your time will be split across three core focus areas:

• Digital Marketing & Communications: Execute our marketing strategy and audience growth priorities across all digital channels. Craft engaging monthly newsletters and use digital communications to build strong relationships with our supporters .  Support the structured growth and marketing of HFTF’s consultancy and paid services to attract, secure and nurture relationships with our partners. Update and manage our WordPress website and core digital channels. Develop, optimise, and  design compelling email journeys for our key services using our digital toolkit, including Ticket Tailor and EcoSend. Supervise our  Communications freelancer (1 day per week) providing supportive oversight for social media content. 

• Individual Giving & Campaigns: Develop communications showcasing our real-world impact through collaborative storytelling to increase our visibility and strengthen audience engagement. Help grow our base of regular individual supporters to increase our unrestricted income. With the Fundraising Manager's support, you will lead digital individual giving campaigns, including the Big Give, to grow our regular supporter base and boost unrestricted income.

• Climate Connect Platform Growth: Expand our digital organising platform into a sustainable paid service for partners, creating a long-term income stream. Design campaigns to increase platform uptake, engage with organisations and communities to actively use Climate Connect, ensuring  a smooth user journey.  Help gather impact case studies for future grant funding, and liaise with external developers to coordinate platform updates and improvements.

As the Operations Support Coordinator at SSAFA’s Glasgow’s Helping Heroes, you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the service while supporting delivery of projects for serving Armed Forces personnel, veterans and their families across Glasgow.

You will act as a first point of contact for beneficiaries and partner organisations. You will provide a welcoming and responsive service, manage enquiries, coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records. You will direct individuals to the most appropriate support and use effective triage to ensure timely access to services.

You will provide consistent administrative support across the team. You will coordinate office activity, manage data and support reporting requirements. You will maintain accurate client records across systems and ensure information is handled in line with policy and data protection standards.

You will support delivery of projects, events and activities that benefit the Armed Forces community. You will work with colleagues and partners to plan and deliver these effectively. You will also support social media and communications activity, helping to produce clear and accessible content that raises awareness of available services.

You will work closely with colleagues across Glasgow’s Helping Heroes and the wider SSAFA network to support a person centred approach. You will help improve outcomes by ensuring people access the right support at the right time.

About the team

GHH, based at the Pearce Institute in Govan and delivered in partnership with SSAFA and Glasgow City Council, provides trusted support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families. Our trauma‑informed, holistic approach offers wraparound assistance that addresses housing needs alongside wider wellbeing challenges, helping beneficiaries build resilience and sustain long‑term housing solutions.

The service operates a gateway model, giving the Armed Forces community a single point of contact for housing, financial, employability and wider support.

You’ll be part of a highly collaborative network, working closely with local and national partners such as Citizens Advice Scotland, Veterans Housing Scotland, Erskine, Scottish Veterans Residences, Defence Medical Welfare Services, Homeless Casework Teams and Homeless Network Scotland. You’ll work closely with our Fundraising & Communications team to plan and deliver events, promote them across digital channels, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role that includes the practical delivery of events. You’ll be involved in setting up and packing down, transporting equipment, and supporting on-site logistics. This can include lifting and moving equipment, putting up gazebos and stands, and driving the event van.

About KLS’ Future Foundations education team 

Future Foundations is an education programme of Katherine Low Settlement. Since 2004, KLS’ Future Foundations education team of 10 part-time staff and over 100 volunteers, have supported young refugees and their families in Battersea and the London Borough of Wandsworth to thrive in their education. Through mentoring, family support, casework and homework clubs, we provide the tailored support each young person and their family (if they have one) needs to overcome the barriers to education they face at home and school. 

Key Objectives for this Role 

Working closely with the Lead Youth Worker and Youth Worker you will help create safe, engaging and inclusive opportunities for children and young people to learn, build confidence and develop positive relationships. 

Homework Clubs 

• Support the running and planning of two weekly homework clubs for children age 5 - 14.

• Contribute to the development of engaging session plans and learning activities. 

• Research and source resources and materials to support activities and learning.

• Support to plan and run engaging and fun activities/ongoing projects for children attending the clubs.

• Use participatory approaches to ensure young people help shape activities and programme development.

• Encourage children and young people to take ownership of activities and contribute to decision-making within the clubs Implement our behaviour management policy and work from a trauma informed perspective. 

• Support the registration and onboarding of new participants, ensuring records and consent information are accurate and up to date Liaise with families/carers when necessary. 

• Maintain accurate records, registers, case studies, feedback, photographs and other monitoring information in line with organisational requirements and funding obligations.

• Maintain excellent safeguarding practices. 

• Support the wider Future Foundations team to identify support needs and make referrals to appropriate external services and partner organisations.

• Provide cover for youth, mentoring and homework club sessions when required.

Trips and activities  

• Support the planning and delivery of an annual programme of educational, recreational and enrichment activities, including trips during school holidays.

• Ensure that this is done in collaboration with children, young people, their families and other KLS projects. 

• Assist with the summer programme development, organisation and delivery.

Teamwork and reporting 

• Work with Future Foundations team members to coordinate work, refer young people and/or parents/carers to our casework and advice team. 

• Work with Community Learning Coordinator to refer and encourage parent participation in workshops and other activities at KLS. 

• Contribute information, case studies and impact data for reports to funders, trustees and other stakeholders.

• Communicate well with other teams within KLS to provide a high-quality service to our members

This exciting role links our 350+ community organisations that receive food from us — known as our Community Food Members (CFMs) — with our thriving and fast-paced food operation. As the Food & Membership Operations Coordinator, you will work across the charity with the Food, Membership and Warehouse Teams, as well as our large and diverse volunteer community, to ensure CFM organisations receive a smooth, reliable and high-quality service each week.

The purpose of this role is to strengthen the connection between food supply, warehouse capacity and member demand. Acting as a key cross-functional coordinator, you will help ensure that surplus food flows efficiently into the organisation and out to the communities who need it. 1) Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support daily and weekly communication between Food, Membership and Operations regarding supply and membership demand 
• Maintain awareness of the food pipeline, providing timely updates on incoming supply, changes, restraints, gluts or shortages.
• Assist the Food Manager and Membership Managers with aligning food allocation planning to member needs, operational realities and transport schedules.

2) Food Sourcing Support

About the Service and the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with the Operational Services Manager (Blended Teams) to manage the daily operations of our Blended Teams functions.

This includes managing a core team of workers in a diverse range of projects and services often in partnership with the NHS and other VCSE and community groups. The role will involve multi-agency working and ensuring the continuous development of our services to ensure that they meet the needs of the community and blended team outcomes.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Lead to lead the implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of the Refugee Employment Marketplace and wider digital systems across the Refugee Employment Network.

The Refugee Employment Marketplace is a digital platform connecting displaced people in the UK with jobs, employers and employment support.

Working closely with developers, partners and users, you will help ensure the Marketplace is successfully implemented, accessible, adopted and scaled across Wales and the wider REN network.
