As they continue an exciting new chapter following the opening of Sadler's Wells East, they're looking for an exceptional fundraising leader to join them as Deputy Director of Philanthropy.
This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to build transformational relationships with philanthropists who believe in the power of dance to inspire, connect and create lasting change.
The opportunity
Working closely with the Director of Development, you'll lead the Major Gifts team, driving strategy and personally securing significant support from high-net-worth individuals. You'll develop and grow a portfolio of major, principal and transformational donors, creating compelling opportunities for investment that enable artists to take creative risks, new work to be commissioned and audiences around the world to experience extraordinary dance.
Alongside leading fundraising activity, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of philanthropy at Sadler's Wells, collaborating across the organisation, working alongside senior leadership, Trustees and influential supporters whilst helping build an ambitious culture of philanthropy.
We're looking for someone who:
Experience of international philanthropy, US fundraising or legacy giving would be welcomed but isn't essential.

Environmental Education School Support Officer
Salary: £25,985 per annum + travel costs
Contract: Contract (fully funded until August 2027 with potential to extend)

About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with the drive, skills and experience to support schools taking part in Generation Wild, our nature connection programme for primary schools, children and families in disadvantaged areas. This ground-breaking project uses story, music, art, performance and puppetry to create a sense of magic and adventure, engaging a wide range of children irrespective of their background or ability.
You will be joining us at an exciting moment, as we launch in-person support for the first time - bringing an inspiring programme of nature‑connection activities to school grounds and local nature spaces.
70,000 children have already taken part in Generation Wild and together they’ve completed over 270,000 nature activities. Your work will help us reach even more young people and take this work to the next level.
Generation Wild has been running for five years and is currently fully funded until August 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, building relationships and making programmes happen. As the lead coordinator for City Shapers, you'll work alongside community organisations and young people to deliver social action opportunities that help young Londoners develop confidence, employability skills and a stronger connection to their communities.
Alongside leading City Shapers, you'll play an important role in supporting the operational delivery of Kitchen Social, one of London's largest holiday food programmes. You'll help coordinate partner communications, maintain programme systems and data, support reporting and financial processes, and ensure our community partners receive the information and support they need to deliver high-quality provision for children and families.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the Communities & Opportunities team to ensure our programmes run smoothly, identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen delivery and share learning. Whether you're coordinating an event, maintaining programme information, supporting community partners or analysing participation data, you'll help ensure our work is organised, effective and centred around the needs of young Londoners.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in being organised and is motivated by making a positive difference. You'll be equally comfortable building trusted relationships with community organisations, coordinating multiple priorities and using systems and data to support high-quality programme delivery.
