The Talent Set are pleased to have partnered with a fantastic charity organisation who are looking for a CRM Project Analyst to join their team for an initial six-month contract.

The CRM Project Analyst is responsible for working with various business units, including fundraising and communications, service delivery, and finance, to ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 meets the organisation’s operational and strategic needs. This role focuses on translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, improving data quality and processes, and helping drive supporter engagement, income growth, and impact reporting. Working alongside stakeholders, the successful candidate will help define a tailored Data Model and the processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with teams across Fundraising, Communications, Help Advice & Services, Data Quality & Compliance, and Finance to understand business processes and CRM needs.

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria to act as a bridge between technical teams, developers, and end users.

• Support the configuration of entities, workflows, forms, business rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

• Ensure developments follow sector best practice and align with UK charity needs, such as Gift Aid, donor journeys, and case management.

• Develop and implement the Data Model, data standards, data quality processes, and validation rules.

• Support GDPR compliance, including lawful basis tracking, data retention, consent management, and data audits.

• Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and workshops while offering mentoring and development for the existing CRM team.

• Contribute to project planning and risk management while acting as a key advocate for CRM business practices.

Person Specifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role within a charity, not-for-profit, or membership organisation.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Understanding of charity-sector processes such as fundraising, donor management, Gift Aid, volunteer management, and service delivery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, including experience documenting requirements, process maps, user stories, and test scripts.

• Understanding of GDPR, PECR, and data privacy obligations in the UK charity sector.

• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Nonprofit Common Data Model, fundraising regulations, Power BI, Power Automate, or system integrations is desirable.

About the role
The Policy and Campaigns Lead is responsible for creating and delivering high-impact campaigns to build young women’s visibility, voice and power and achieve changes to policies, practices and attitudes which will bring about an equal world of work for young women.

Strong organisational and monitoring skills are essential, including the ability to maintain accurate records, manage case information and complete financial transactions. You will bring resilience, motivation and high standards to your work, even when supporting clients with unpredictable or challenging behaviours. A solid knowledge of relevant legislation—such as welfare reform, the Care Act and housing pathways is important, as is experience engaging clients in assessments and co‑producing safety and support plans. You should be proficient in MS Office and case management systems, understand basic building safety and repairs, and be skilled at building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

We are looking for a Loss & Bereavement Specialist Worker

Salary: £27,000- £32,000 pro rata

About the role:

This is an ideal post for someone with experience and interest in bereavement work, looking to join a forward thinking, new service. This is also a great chance to be working alongside the Healthcare & Education Department within HMP Bronzefield and be part of a prison services team in Advance.

Using a trauma informed approached, the Loss & Bereavement Specialist will conduct a person-centred assessment to understand the extent of the client’s emotional needs and the impact of loss due to imprisonment or contact with the criminal justice system whilst also identifying practical and specialist needs. They will work with women to develop a support plan, ensuring they are equipped with information and knowledge about how to navigate possible changes in circumstances related to her children’s care and offer crisis intervention and support during acute phases of loss/bereavement.

The Loss & Bereavement Specialist Worker will liaise with the Prison Healthcare team, OMU, visits team and the Family Support Officer to facilitate interactions between women and their children/family members, particularly considering support is in place after visits and that the women’s emotional needs are met in custody and community via our Women’s centres.

The Specialist Worker will create a link between prison and the community, helping women to navigate support services and to positively re-integrate into their community upon release. The role will combine a casework- based approach, along with a signposting and advice service for the women. They will be based in the community and will provide a drop-in service in HMP Bronzefield to support women who are close to release.

A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential.

About You:

To be successful as the Loss & Bereavement Specialist Worker you will need the below experience and skills:

Experience of working with bereaved individuals and providing grief counselling including knowledge of various therapeutic modalities relevant to grief counselling

Comprehensive understanding of the grieving process and experience of working with bereaved and loss as well as knowledge of traumatic and complex grief/loss.

An understanding of violence against women and girls and its links to women in the criminal justice system.

Proven ability and experience as a caseworker delivering trauma responsive interventions which support resettlement and rehabilitation of vulnerable people in the criminal justice system whether in the community or in prisons

Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload including maintaining and updating records, remaining focused on action plan goals, and keeping to deadlines

Role Summary

As a University Partnership Manager at upReach, you will play a vital role in securing and growing high-impact partnerships with universities committed to social mobility.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships within the Income Generation and External Engagement team, you will be responsible for developing new strategic relationships, championing our partners' voices across upReach, and working closely with our Programmes Team to oversee a portfolio of university partners. You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, take ownership of partnership outcomes and work collaboratively across upReach with our marketing, impact and programme teams.

You will play a critical role in advancing upReach’s mission by generating income and leading upReach’s University Partnerships strategy. • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications to co-create high-quality content and campaigns that showcase our strategic partnerships through university guides, case studies, thought leadership, social media, and joint events.

• Lead on impact reporting for your partnership portfolio, using both data and compelling stories to evidence the outcomes of the partnership and drive continued engagement.

• Proactively identify and deliver opportunities for partners to amplify the voice of upReach; through our external events, fundraising opportunities and sharing social-media collateral that promotes our work.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Innovation

• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and contracting for all University partnerships, supporting effective financial management.

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Immigration Adviser to join our warm, dedicated team in Bournemouth. Our preference is for someone accredited at IAA Level 2 (or Level 3) in Immigration, as this will allow you to take on Level 2 immigration work from the outset.

At the Motability Foundation we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. What you will be doing:

As Policy Research Manager, you’ll play a central role in building and mobilising the evidence needed to influence policy and public debate on mobility, disability and welfare reform. Working closely with colleagues across Insight, Policy and Public Affairs, you’ll help to ensure that the Foundation has a robust, timely and compelling evidence base to support advocacy, engagement with decision-makers, and external partnerships.

This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of an organisation tackling financial insecurity across the UK. The Head of Brand and Communications will be responsible for building a powerful, insight-led brand and delivering a bold external communications strategy that raises awareness, influences change, and is shaped by people with lived experience.

About the Role

As Head of Brand and Communications, you will:

Shape and protect our brand

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive brand strategy, including positioning, messaging and creative direction across all channels

• Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency, quality and integrity across the organisation

• Lead the ongoing evolution of our brand articulation, grounded in stakeholder insight and lived experience

• Support internal teams and partners with clear brand guidance and training

• Protect and manage Turn2us’ brand assets and intellectual property

• Work closely with our wholly owned subsidiary, Elizabeth Finn Homes, as it develops its brand

Lead our external communications strategy

• Develop and deliver a high-impact communications and marketing strategy aligned to organisational goals and centres inclusive approaches to storytelling in partnership with people with lived experience

• Oversee media relations, social media, content marketing, digital storytelling and influencer engagement

• Secure compelling people stories that bring our work to life (as above)

• Build strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and ambassadors

• Lead content campaigns in partnership with fundraising, policy and programme teams

• Monitor performance and use insight and metrics to continually strengthen impact

• Oversee key publications and stakeholder events, including the Annual Report

• Lead crisis communications activity when required

• Act as an organisational spokesperson alongside senior leaders

Drive campaigns and sector influence

• Develop and lead national campaigns addressing key poverty issues

• Work collaboratively across directorates to build advocacy and awareness

• Use insight, data and storytelling to articulate poverty trends and Turn2us’ impact

• Build strong sector relationships to ensure best practice and innovation

Provide inspiring leadership

• Lead and develop a high-performing Brand and Communications team

• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability and results

• Contribute meaningfully to organisational strategy as part of the senior management team

• Build strong working relationships with the Leadership Team and Board

About You

We are looking for a strategic values-led communications leader with:

• Significant senior experience across media, digital and marketing communications

• A strong track record of developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and social change

• Experience setting strategy, managing budgets and reporting against KPIs

• Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability

• A keen news sense and proven media relations success

• Experience working with celebrity supporters and influencers

• Deep understanding of brand management and reputation

• Crisis communications experience

• Excellent leadership and team development skills

Right now, we are looking for a Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Tower Hamlets.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

The main purpose of the role is to prepare individuals to move on to independent living in the community. Service users may step down from the intensive support service to high, medium or lower needs before moving into the community. From the outset of an individual's tenancy the focus of the support is on preparing them for their journey of recovery and independence over an agreed period.

You will be working Monday to Sunday on a shift rota starting from 08:00 until 23:00 at the latest

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.

You have a strong understanding of recovery principles and varied recovery approaches, with experience supporting individuals with mental health and dual diagnosis needs. You are confident in crisis management and able to communicate with dignity and respect. You hold knowledge of relevant legislation, including CPA processes, and understand safeguarding responsibilities and how to respond appropriately.

You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to support and induct new peer staff and volunteers. You can collaborate with statutory services such as the NHS and maintain awareness of health and safety requirements within frontline settings. You are flexible and able to work early, late, weekend, and bank holiday shifts to meet 24-hour service needs.

You also bring strong IT, literacy, and numeracy skills, with the ability to produce clear written communication and use MS Word, Outlook, and online systems confidently.
