This is an exciting opportunity to join Bikes Beyond Bars, our award-winning prison-based bike mechanic training and bicycle refurbishment project.
You'll play a key role in helping men develop practical skills, confidence and qualifications that support a positive future after release. Working in our purpose-built, Cytech-approved workshop, you'll teach cycle mechanics, support learners to achieve accredited Cytech qualifications, and guide them as they refurbish donated bicycles that are returned to the community.

The Southmead Project is seeking an experienced and motivated Fundraiser to support the charity’s long-term financial sustainability.
The postholder will identify, research and secure funding from trusts, foundations, charitable bodies, statutory funders and other appropriate sources. The Refugee Employment Network (REN) is the UK's national network dedicated exclusively to refugee employment. We bring together employers, charities, local authorities, government and refugee-led organisations to improve employment outcomes and create a more inclusive labour market.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Lead to lead the implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of the Refugee Employment Marketplace and wider digital systems across the Refugee Employment Network.
The Refugee Employment Marketplace is a digital platform connecting displaced people in the UK with jobs, employers and employment support.
Working closely with developers, partners and users, you will help ensure the Marketplace is successfully implemented, accessible, adopted and scaled across Wales and the wider REN network. Head of Communications in the Parish Support Team for the Diocese of Derby, shaping communications strategy and storytelling across a region serving over one million people.
Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in Derby

Through churches, schools, hospitals, prisons and community initiatives, the Church of England plays an important role in local life. We're looking for a Head of Communications to help tell that story. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Engagement, and leading a team of three (Internal Communications Officer, Media and Campaigns Officer, and Parish Communications Enabler), you'll provide strategic leadership for communications across the diocese, helping it communicate with clarity, consistency and confidence.

£115.86 per day + £19.22 daily holiday pay (PAYE) | 4-Month Contract | Remote (UK-based)
The Talent Set is delighted to be working with a respected UK charity to recruit a Digital Fundraising Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy fundraising team, supporting the delivery of engaging digital fundraising campaigns and providing an excellent experience for supporters. You'll play a key role in helping to deliver digital fundraising activity, managing supporter communications and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
The Role
As the Digital Fundraising Assistant, you will:
Support the planning, delivery and administration of digital fundraising campaigns and virtual fundraising activities.
Help manage supporter communications across email, social media and other digital channels.
Create and schedule engaging digital content to promote fundraising campaigns and encourage participation.
Provide excellent supporter care, responding to fundraising enquiries and ensuring supporters feel valued throughout their journey.
Assist with digital marketing activity, monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement.
Maintain and update supporter records within the CRM, ensuring accurate data management.
Coordinate fundraising resources, supporter packs and recognition materials where required.
Support relationships with internal teams, volunteers and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
Assist with financial administration, including processing invoices and tracking expenditure.
Keep up to date with digital fundraising trends and contribute new ideas to enhance future campaigns.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Experience supporting fundraising, marketing or digital campaigns, ideally within the charity sector.
An understanding of digital fundraising and supporter engagement.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Experience managing social media content across a range of platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate supporter data.
A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering excellent supporter experiences.
What's on Offer
