Job description

⌚ Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (with the occasional Saturday)
🚫 No late nights, bank holidays or Sunday working

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse or Midwife looking for a role that offers more than just another shift pattern? At MSI UK, you'll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, compassionate care while enjoying a healthier work-life balance, structured development opportunities, and the support of an experienced and welcoming clinical team.

Whether you're seeking a change from acute settings, ready to broaden your clinical expertise, or looking for a role that gives your evenings and Sundays back, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're currently seeking Nurses and Midwives with an active NMC UK Adult registration who are passionate about person-centred care and empowering individuals to make informed choices about their reproductive healthcare.

Please note: We are currently unable to accept applications from Newly Qualified Nurses.

Develop Specialist Skills and Make a Meaningful Difference

When you join MSI UK, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to develop expertise in reproductive healthcare.

You'll be trained to provide:

  • Safe and compassionate abortion care
  • Early medical and surgical procedures
  • Contraceptive services and counselling
  • Patient-focused clinical support throughout the care journey

As your confidence and competencies develop, you'll have opportunities to work more independently across sites within the region such as Southend, Stratford, Dagenham, Romford and Colchester. Travel to these sites and any other centre outside of the Buckhurst Hill clinic will be reimbused.

Why do Nurses and Midwives Choose MSI UK?

It’s simple. A Better Work-Life Balance💙

Imagine having your evenings free and no Sunday shifts. This role offers consistent daytime working patterns, making it easier to balance your professional responsibilities with family commitments, personal interests and wellbeing. You'll be joining an organisation that recognises the importance of supporting its people both inside and outside of work.

Here from one of our current clinical colleagues: The experience at MSI has been really positive and friendly. Employee mental health is clearly a priority at MSI and I am seeing it in action every day.”

 Why Join Us?

We offer a supportive, values-driven environment where your contribution is recognised and rewarded:

💰 Financial & Rewards: Aviva pension (up to 5% employer contribution), Blue Light Card discounts (4,000+ perks), Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loan, and long-service recognition rewards.

🧘 Wellbeing & Work–Life Balance: Opportunity to buy and sell annual leave, 24/7 GP access and EAP via Westfield Health, an extra day off for your birthday, accredited Mental Health First Aiders, family-friendly policies and a national employee recognition programme.

📈 Learning & Career Development: Clear career pathways, paid training and development, accredited apprenticeships, and learning agreements to support your professional growth.
