Unseen is working towards a world without slavery. We provide safehouses and support in the community for survivors of trafficking and modern slavery. We also run the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline and work with individuals, communities, businesses, governments, other charities, and statutory agencies to stamp out slavery for good. 

• Salary: Starting salary of £27,625.84 per annum (pro-rated for part time hours), increasing to £28,375.84 on successful completion of probationary period. We are an accredited member of the Living Wage Foundation.
• Location: Remote with occasional attendance at Bristol office or other locations as required.
• Contract type & Hours: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hrs) or Part-time (minimum of 30 hrs per week over 4 days). Varied shift work according to a rolling rota to provide cover from 08:00-22:00. Purpose of the role:

You will help form part of a UK-wide team of remote Helpline Advisors operating the only modern slavery specific helpline in the UK. After completing our training package for new Helpline Advisors (approximately four weeks) you will begin working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team responding to a variety of callers and contacts.

You will be answering incoming calls, making callouts, sending emails, drafting referrals to external agencies, and maintaining accurate data will be your day-to-day responsibilities.

You will contribute to a service that as well as providing information, advice and guidance to our service users, also helps create one of the largest non-governmental bodies of data on the scale of modern slavery in the UK which is used to influence strategy and policy at local, national and international levels.

You will provide trauma informed and person-centred information, advice, and guidance to a variety of caller types, including people in and out of exploitation, professionals, members of the public, and businesses.

The Data Management and Insight Officer will support the day-to-day management of White Ribbon’s data systems, including CRM (Zoho Bigin) and email marketing processes, website data capture, reporting and audience journeys. The role will help ensure that data is accurate, joined up, compliant and useful, enabling teams across the organisation to better understand audiences, improve engagement, evidence impact and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

Data management and quality

• Manage and maintain organisational data, ensuring records are accurate, consistent, up to date and fit for purpose.
• Carry out regular data cleaning, including removing duplicates and improving the quality and completeness of records.
• Help to develop and embed clear processes for data entry, data storage, data management and reporting.
• Support colleagues to use agreed systems, templates and processes consistently.

• Ensure that data pathways between systems are working effectively, including between Zoho Bigin and Mailchimp.

 Email marketing, audience journeys and segmentation

Your role
We’re looking for a Fundraising Manager to take our individual, community and corporate fundraising to the next level. Building on our existing fundraising and partnerships, you will build and deliver a strategy that maximises income through creative engagement and strong stewardship, ensuring a pipeline of unrestricted income.

The National Flood Forum (NFF) is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual for the role of Flood Engagement Officer for London and the Home Counties. The Role
