Purpose of the role:

South East London Mind has been delivering a young person’s counselling service to students at Southwark College for several years.
As a College Counsellor, you’ll provide an age-appropriate counselling service that allows the students to explore their mental health and wellbeing, along with the socioeconomic factors that impact this. You’ll manage a caseload of students, triaging new clients to the service, coordinating the waiting list and capturing data and outcome measures on a CRM database.
We are looking for someone with a professionally recognised diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy who has experience of providing counselling to young people aged 14 upwards. About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Housing Manager you will:
· Play a key role in shaping an exceptional housing management service to deliver a truly customer-focused experience

GuildHE is seeking an ambitious Policy Officer to play a pivotal role in the next phase of our organisation’s growth. Briefings: Produce concise policy briefings, data summaries, and position papers for GuildHE members and leadership on key Research and Innovation issues (e.g., REF, knowledge exchange, KEF, commercialisation, research culture, open research). Develop high-quality external reports, consultations, blogs and other materials articulating member challenges and opportunities.
Consultation Drafts: Assist senior policy colleagues in gathering evidence, analysing member feedback, collaborating with sector stakeholders, and drafting compelling arguments that articulate the unique perspectives of GuildHE institutions.

The role
The donor experience & stewardship manager will report to the head of fundraising operations & strategy.
We are seeking a creative and driven donor experience manager to join our team on a permanent basis. Working alongside members of the wider team, you will lead on creating and delivering a gold-standard experience for major donors supporting the Royal Free Charity, showcasing the impact their support has across our hospital sites. Your efforts will play a key role in ensuring continued, uplifted support for the charity.

Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises three teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:
· Our philanthropy & campaigns team builds relationships with individual philanthropists, trusts, foundations, corporate organisations and intermediaries, giving or facilitating donations of £10,000 or more to the charity each year. They lead major appeal activity for the charity, currently focused on our cancer campaign, and special events to support these activities.
· Our public fundraising team harnesses the support and energy of individuals and groups, helping them to give back in the way that works for them. This includes committed giving, in memory support, gifts in wills, and fundraising events and challenges.
· Our fundraising operations team provides operational support for our fundraising and the wider charity through the provision of data and systems support, prospect research, stewardship, gift processing, reporting and governance. We underpin the work of the entire department.

About the Service and the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work with the Operational Services Manager (Blended Teams) to manage the daily operations of our Blended Teams functions.

About the Role
As Policy and Research Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of Belong’s policy and research work. Working closely with the Policy and Research Lead and wider team, you will help ensure projects are well organised, rigorous and impactful.
This varied role combines research coordination, stakeholder engagement and project support. You will contribute to research and policy projects from planning through to dissemination, supporting activities such as literature reviews, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, report writing and project administration. You will also help coordinate meetings, workshops and consultation activities, ensuring research findings and insights are effectively shared with a range of audiences.

About You
