You will play a pivotal role supporting the Charity in several different ways. Working with the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure the smooth running of the organisation, providing administrative support to the Director of Operations and the Chief Executive. As a self-starter you will manage a range of tasks such as diary management, meeting minutes, assisting with event administration and HR administration. No two days will be the same!
You will be the point of contact for our HR, recruitment and training systems, ensuring consistency and assurance across the organisation. You will support HR administration such as supporting recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding of colleagues as well as taking minutes for Board meetings, so you will need to be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

As Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will hold a key leadership role at the heart of bemix. Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. Women in Prison’s Advocates deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide in-depth, ongoing support to a caseload of women who have been referred for support by prison staff, predominately the Mental Health In-Reach Teams and Primary Care Teams.

You will be part of a highly skilled and supportive team committed to collaborative working and continuous learning. This role offers the chance to strengthen multi-agency partnerships to enhance outreach and support for survivors, while also contributing to increasing professional understanding of the specific needs of Eastern European women and children affected by domestic abuse and violence.
You will provide capacity-building in the form of advice, advocacy, support, and briefings across three London boroughs to statutory agencies and community organizations around the needs of Eastern European domestic abuse survivors, to embed best practice across our communities.

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
Working within experienced and committed teams, the Behaviour Change Worker will deliver trauma responsive interventions including one to one support and group work to prevent harm.
There is a requirement for evening working – approximately once per week to deliver group work interventions.
FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Complete specialist risk assessments according to service guidelines and Respect standards, alongside developing personalised safety and support plans for programme participants.

Deliver one to one specialist behaviour change interventions for people with vulnerabilities, complex or multiple needs and those who require additional support to access our services.

Co-facilitate short term and long-term group work, providing a Respect accredited DVPP programme.

Promote the service externally and ensure our interventions are accessible.

Provide proactive, trauma responsive and holistic support, with a focus on increasing victim safety and reducing the risk posed by a perpetrator.

Work within a multi-agency framework to effect change, manage risk and ensure safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children is paramount.

Offer professional consultancy, training and advice to other agencies on working with perpetrators.

To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety of the victim is held central.

Represent the service user voice in a multi-agency context.

Attend Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) meetings as required.

Engage with case management supervision, reflective practice and clinical supervision as required, taking an active role in managing own wellbeing and supporting the wellbeing of your colleagues.

About the Role
Ally Pally is looking to recruit 2 Accounts Assistants to provide support to the finance team, working across purchase and sales ledgers in both the Trust and Trading Subsidary. You will hold an AAT qualification at level 3 or 4 or have equivalent work experience, with proven experience working in a similar accounts generalist role preferably in retail, hospitality or the leisure sector.

- Match invoices with purchase orders checking for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure direct debits and regular payment invoices are received, approved and processed
- Upload payments on bank ready for authorisation
- Send out remmittance statements
Sales
- Reconcile and record sales transactions from EPOS system
- Post receipts to customer account
Bank
- Record ank transactions in the accounting system
- weekly bank reconciliations
Payroll
- Support with the monthly payroll processing schedule
- Ensure timesheets are received from departments on time and follow up queries
- Prepare and upload chargeable costs journey into finance system
General
- Assit with year-end audit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers and journals
