THE ROLE
This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to lead National Energy Action’s efforts to improve the lives of those experiencing fuel poverty, with a focus on enhancing building fabric and energy systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the organisation’s expertise and credibility in this area and will be a passionate advocate for energy efficiency as a vital solution to fuel poverty.
As our new Director of Homes, you will lead our engagement with governments, industry partners, consumer protection bodies, and research organisations to highlight the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by fuel-poor households.
You will be a member of National Energy Action’s Senior Management Team, helping to shape the strategic direction of the charity. You will lead and support a dedicated team, managing innovative projects designed to deliver meaningful impact.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will oversee the development and delivery of high-profile demonstration projects and ensure that insights and evidence from this work are widely shared. You will also lead our influencing efforts, working with key stakeholders and policymakers to drive lasting change.
As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to help guide National Energy Action into the future.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Partner to provide family leave cover until September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well established team, providing finance and business support to Heads of Department within our Communities and System Partnerships division, and their teams.
You will be monitoring the budget that the teams invest in grants that are awarded to the external partners with whom Macmillan works to support people living with cancer. This investment funds established roles such as Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialists and Macmillan Support Workers, as well as new, innovative ways to reach minority groups in the community or to lead whole system change for cancer care.
You will be working with the teams to accurately forecast their full year expenditure, maintain the latest view of their spend for the year and review the monthly management accounts to highlight and investigate variances.
You will work closely with a Senior Finance Business Partner and other Finance Partners mainly online and through occasional in person get-togethers. Wider Finance team meetings are held face to face quarterly in London.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in finance partnering
- Technical finance knowledge
- Business partnering skills – building and maintaining relationships and influencing across a variety of stakeholders
- Good Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial analysis on large data sets

The Role
We are recruiting a Team Leader to cover a period of maternity leave for 9 months. There will also be the possibility of an extension.
As Team Leader, you will lead the operational delivery of our Greater London support service that identifies, supports and provides interventions for people at risk of/or experiencing gambling related harms.
You will be responsible for the ongoing improvement and evaluation of services, leading and developing staff to ensure high-quality outcomes for service users, as well as recruiting team members.
You will ensure service users and other stakeholders are involved in the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of services in order to increase awareness of gambling related harms and the reach and impact of the service.
Developing excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships, using service data to facilitate business decisions, and providing regular reports and communications on service operational progress are also key responsibilities of this role.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis. Monthly visits to the GamCare Head Office in London to attend meetings and training will be required.
About You
You will have strong leadership and people management abilities and be someone who takes pride in supporting individuals in their professional development, alongside setting high standards in delivering a quality service.
You will have a keen determination to grow, develop and continually improve the service for those in need of our support, bringing the team with you to harness the collective strengths and talents of individuals.
A relevant professional qualification in Psychology, Mental Health, Addictions, Social Work, Nursing, Health & Social Care, Public Health, Leadership / Management or equivalent experience is equally important.

About the role

About the role
We're hiring a Support Coach to join our Independent Approved Premises, commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) which works with high risk offenders who have left prison. Penrose Drive is a community setting, rather than custodial where residents can go out in the community if they do not have restrictions on their license. Security is therefore flexible in both design and operation. The team work in a multi disciplinary approach, working alongside probation services, job centres, mental health teams, and other community partners. You will join the team to support in the rehabilitation and reintegration of our residents back into the community. You will engage with them through key working activities to understand their needs and goals, then provide pathways and support to enable them to independence and help reduce reoffending.
The service hold regular activities in service, in a bright and airy environment. The team work closely with one another and support which achieving overall service KPI's, and you will be part of making a greater change. About you
We're looking for someone who has a background in ciminal justice services, and has a real passion for what we do. We're looking for someone who can build trust and rapport with others, and has a positive outlook, which can be used to support others.

This is an opportunity to join the Gaia Centre as a Deputy Service Manager.
The Deputy Service Manager will manage a team and carry a very small caseload of complex cases when necessary. The post will work closely with victims and survivors of different strands of strands of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), including domestic abuse and violence (physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, economic or tech abuse), Sexual Violence (Rape and sexual assault), Stalking and harassment , Sexual exploitation (including women working in sex industry and Child Sexual Exploitation), female genital mutilation (FGM)/cutting , forced marriage, So-called ‘honour’-based abuse, provide early identification and offer appropriate care pathways for survivors of all genders, aged 16 years and over and their children, living, working or/and studying in Lambeth at times from the point of crisis.
The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the Multiagency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors. Additionally, you will be working with survivors and agencies across Lambeth so will require significant travelling.
The post holder will empower survivors by providing them with emotional and practical support, thus enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options. The post holder will inform survivors of the full range of civil, criminal and practical options that might increase their safety.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.

The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for all individual donor support processes, systems, strategies and individual giving fundraising appeals, which ensure we have excellent relationships with our donors to retain and grow our individual giving income. We're seeking a Deputy Service Manager to join our Independent Approved Premises (IAP), commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) which works with high risk offenders who have left prison. Penrose Drive is a community setting, rather than custodial where residents can go out in the community if they do not have restrictions on their license. Security is therefore flexible in both design and operation. The team work in a multi disciplinary approach, working alongside probation services, job centres, mental health teams, and other community partners.
You will lead the team by providing line management and leadership support to enable and empower the team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will ensure a quality service is delivered in line with our contractual requirements, and will encourage the creation of a psychologically informed environment, which provides person centred support. The role includes:
- Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
- Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service
- Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed

About this key role
Our successful candidate will carry out initial and ongoing assessments of the support needs of individual participants, before providing them with essential advocacy, mentoring, guidance and training interventions that meet their needs, plus engage and case-manage eligible participants on the CFO Evolution programme by providing ongoing resettlement support. • Knowledge of HM Prison environments and/or training, education and employment opportunities locally and nationally, and of training and guidance
