We are looking for a Communications and Digital Campaigns Coordinator/Lead to work with Feeding Liverpool’s Food Alliance partners and staff team to increase the reach and collective impact of our work through communications, digital campaigns and storytelling.

The role will enable the food alliance in Liverpool to embrace and promote the voices and perspectives of Liverpool’s communities and partners - an essential step in creating a more equitable food system for everybody in the city.

The Communications and Digital Campaigns Coordinator/Lead will need to be hands-on and active within our communities. Feeding Liverpool aims to work flexibly with employees, and there will be the opportunity to work from home. However, given the nature of the role it is important that you will be able to commute to the office in Liverpool City Centre, and meetings across the city, on a regular basis.

Main Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

● Lead and deliver Feeding Liverpool’s communications and digital engagement to amplify the Good Food Plan, demonstrate impact, share resources, and strengthen collaboration.

● Work with partners across the Liverpool Food Alliance to amplify their activity, messaging and contributions to achieving shared goals.

● Develop and deliver communications strategies and campaign plans that are aligned with the Good Food Plan.

● Manage and develop Feeding Liverpool's digital presence through the effective use of content management systems, search engine optimisation (SEO) and digital communications best practice.

● Support the promotion of Feeding Liverpool’s programme of events, including pre- and post-event communications and engagement.

● To support the fundraising efforts of the organisation.

Copywriting and Content Creation

● Lead the creation of clear, engaging and accessible written content for a range of audiences and platforms.

● Create digital assets and marketing materials for social media, websites, reports, presentations and campaigns.

● Produce content including (but not limited to): case studies, reports, newsletters, website content, social media content, quotes, speeches, and campaign materials.

● Lead the creation of high-quality visual content, including photography, videography and short-form video content, to support Feeding Liverpool's communications, campaigns and events.

● Plan, film, edit and publish engaging multimedia content across digital channels, ensuring content is accessible, inclusive and aligned with organisational brand guidelines.

Media and PR

● Develop and maintain positive relationships with local, regional and sector media

● Identify opportunities to generate media coverage and proactively place stories

● Produce press releases, media briefings and other content for external publication

● Support the management of effective and timely communications

● Ensure consistent messaging across media and public-facing communications

Website

● Lead the development, maintenance and ongoing improvement of Feeding Liverpool’s website and the Good Food Plan digital presence

● Create and curate website content, working with team members and partners as required

● Regularly update key resources, including online maps, directories and information pages

Digital Campaigns

● Create and deliver digital campaigns that build narrative around key issues, initiatives and policy interventions to support the development of a fairer, healthier local food system.

● Utilise Feeding Liverpool’s digital platforms to build and maintain momentum on campaign issues through supporter mobilisation.

● Gather stories and insights from communities and partners across the network to inform communications.

● Identify and respond to political, social and media developments through timely, engaging communications and campaigns.

Monitoring and Analysis

● Monitor, analyse and report on website and social media performance, using insights to inform content planning and audience engagement strategies.

● Gather and analyse data that contributes to the monitoring of specific projects, initiatives and commissioned work.

● Lead the development of Feeding Liverpool’s annual impact report and individual project reports that demonstrate progress against the Good Food Plan.

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will:

• Provide excellent strategic management of capital fundraising campaigns across the organisation, with an immediate focus on The Art Works as well as responsibility for supporting the planning and delivery of future campaigns, including the Mound Level Galleries redevelopment and other major capital priorities.

Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following range of knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Significant leadership experience in capital or multi‑year fundraising campaigns with £multi-million targets.
• Experience of developing and sustaining a portfolio of high net worth prospects at 5, 6 and 7-figure levels including discreet and invite-only funders.
• Experience modelling and managing fundraising cash flow, campaign pacing and income phasing across multiple fundraising priorities, ensuring alignment with organisational and project delivery requirements.
• Ability to expand donor networks at local, national, and international level.
• Strong presentation and writing skills, with the ability to influence, articulate complex ideas and inspire support.
• Experience planning and delivering high‑quality cultivation events and donor engagements.
• Strong understanding of fundraising sector trends, major donor behaviour and the philanthropic landscape.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, including Directors, Trustees, volunteer fundraising campaign board members and other high‑level advocates.
• Strong knowledge of UK charitable giving and tax considerations relevant to fundraising.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to act on initiative while exercising good judgement about when to involve others.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with confidence interpreting financial, pipeline and performance data.
• Experience using CRM/database systems such as Spektrix or similar.

• Experience of fundraising for multiple capital projects and transitioning donor relationships between successive major campaigns. Knowledge of the arts, culture, heritage, community engagement or education sectors.

Training Coordinator

The Youth Ministry Training Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of a youth ministry training programme across the Archdiocese.

This includes coordinating a structured formation course (in partnership with external providers), mentoring participants, and supporting parishes and deaneries in building local youth and young

adult groups.

The role also includes supporting the formation of the Archdiocesan Mission Team and key events.

Success in this role will be measured by the development of our training and a growing network of confident parish-based youth leaders.

1. Course Delivery

· Develop our Archdiocesan youth leadership training programme, working with external providers and delivering bespoke material.

· Plan and deliver regular training (bespoke and with external providers), including in-person days and remote input as appropriate.

· Maintain an annual training calendar and ensure course content aligns with Archdiocesan strategy, safeguarding requirements, and parish needs. Assist in the development of practical youth ministry training resources for clergy.

2. Mentoring and Formation

· Mentor and accompany participants through the external training course, offering personal and spiritual support.

· Ensure learning is embedded in the parish or deanery setting so that

· parishes are able to set up and enhance local level groups.

· Track participant progress and provide regular feedback and evaluation reports.

3. Local Youth Leader Development

· Support and enable the recruitment and training of local volunteers, in collaboration with clergy and lay leaders.

· Support the identification and development of deanery-based youth contacts from existing and developing networks to promote the work of the Youth Service in parishes and cascade key information.

· Advise and provide step-by-step support to parish priests and volunteers seeking to develop youth ministry locally.

Essential

· A practising Catholic who is committed to the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church, and passionate about youth ministry.

· Experience of working in Catholic youth ministry at parish, diocesan, or school level.

· Experience delivering training or formation programmes, ideally to young people and/or adult volunteers.

· Experience in mentoring or accompanying individuals in a faith context.

· Ability to engage effectively with clergy, volunteers, and young people across diverse settings.

· Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.

· Confident in delivering content both in person and online.

· Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a DBS check.

· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships simultaneously.

Desirable

· A degree or equivalent qualification in Theology, Catechesis, Education, Youth Ministry, or a related field.

Cambridge Sustainable Food CIC (CSF) is a non-profit organisation established in 2018 working to build a fairer, more sustainable food system which supports the community and the environment. We campaign to achieve healthy and sustainable food for everyone; food which is good for our health, the planet, and the local economy. 

The Food Justice Alliance

The Cambridge Food Justice Alliance is a network of local organisations working together to address food insecurity in Cambridge and take strategic, collective action for lasting food justice. The Alliance strengthens connections across the city, supports partners to share knowledge and experience, identifies shared priorities, and coordinates activity to help residents access fair, dignified and sustainable food support. Its work is guided by a steering group with representatives from Cambridge Sustainable Food, Cambridge City Foodbank, Cambridge City Council, Cambridge United Charitable Trust, Abbey People CIO, Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum and Church of the Good Shepherd. The Steering Group shapes key themes, agrees collective actions and identifies the partners best placed to lead specific areas of work. 

This is a coordination and systems leadership role, not a frontline delivery post. The Coordinator will strengthen partnership working, improve communication and shared learning, support resident involvement, and increase the Alliance's influence on policy, funding and system change. The role will help build a stronger, more connected and influential Alliance, enabling collective action to address both the causes and impacts of food insecurity.

About the Role

The Policy and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in helping NCB drive positive change for children and young people across the UK, by supporting the delivery key elements of policy, public affairs, and communications work. This role supports the development and delivery of high-quality and impactful policy outputs, communications and campaigns, to enhance our visibility and impact, bringing lived and learned experiences to the heart of our influencing work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Refuge as a Helpline Advocacy Co-ordinator.

The Helpline Advocacy Co-ordinator – London (HAC) provides short-term, targeted advocacy to victim/survivors of domestic abuse based in London, who present with complex or additional barriers to accessing safe accommodation and support services.

The role builds on initial helpline contact to deliver enhanced, focused support, including proactive follow-up and advocacy with statutory and voluntary agencies to secure safe outcomes. This includes working closely with housing departments across London boroughs, refuge providers, and specialist services to overcome barriers and facilitate access to accommodation and support.

The Role

Working closely with both Co-Founders, the Operations and Project Coordinator will play a key and highly varied role across strategy, project development, partnerships, operations and organisational growth.

You will help progress new housing projects, support strategic partnerships, conduct research and analysis, contribute to thought leadership activity and assist in developing the systems and processes that enable Cornerstone Place to scale its impact.

This is not a traditional support role. It is an opportunity to become a key contributor within a small and entrepreneurial organisation, gaining first-hand experience of how a mission-led organisation is built while helping drive meaningful work forward.

Day-to-day, you might be researching a new housing opportunity, preparing briefing materials for local authority partners, supporting partnership development, analysing policy changes affecting the sector, attending meetings with stakeholders, or helping design and improve the internal systems and AI-enabled tools that support our work.

As your experience grows, you will be encouraged to take ownership of projects and workstreams, helping turn ideas into action and strategy into measurable impact.

We understand that the areas of focus are somewhat unique to Cornerstone Place and that finding someone with direct experience across all elements of the role is unlikely. Could you be our new Fundraising and Events Coordinator at Destitute Animals Shelter?

We're looking for someone who not only loves and cares for animals but is also resilient and resourceful in dealing with humans! If you're the sort of person who isn't afraid to develop and try out new and creative ideas to put us out into the community, but who is also well experienced in raising funds and running events that make a real financial and social impact, this could be the role for you.

This is a brand-new position within our Shelter's small team of dedicated staff and volunteers. Everything we do is in service of our mission to Rescue, Love, Repeat, taking in animals who have nowhere else to go, giving them the care they need, and finding them the homes they deserve. You'll report to the Chair of our Fundraising and Promotion Committee and work closely with our Operations Manager, with strategy and support offered throughout. Your role will be operational, with a focus on delivery and community engagement, and you'll be encouraged to make your own mark on it as we grow.

Destitute Animals Shelter has developed a Fundraising Strategy for 2025 – 27, and we're looking to diversify our income streams to make sure we're hitting the financial targets that cover the rising costs of the good work we do daily at our Shelter. With support from the Committee, you'll help shape that strategy as well as deliver against it.

What You'll Be Doing

Fundraising:

• Support the delivery of the DAS fundraising strategy and income targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with individual supporters, local businesses, community groups and donors.
• Research and identify new fundraising opportunities, grants, sponsorships and community partnerships.
• Organise and promote fundraising campaigns, appeals and supporter initiatives.
• Encourage regular giving, sponsorship and community-led fundraising.
• Keep accurate records of donations and supporter information, and make sure all activity complies with relevant legislation, GDPR and charity best practice.

Events:

• Plan, organise and deliver fundraising and awareness events throughout the year.

Administration:

Is This You?

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience of organising events, fundraising activities or community engagement initiatives.
• A track record of building positive relationships with supporters, customers, volunteers or community groups.
• Experience of working towards targets and deadlines.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Experience of managing social media or promotional campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisation and time management, and the confidence to work independently and use your initiative.
• GCSEs (Grade A – C) or equivalent in English and Mathematics.

It would be a bonus if you also had a relevant qualification in fundraising, marketing, events or business administration, experience in the charity or animal welfare sector, knowledge of fundraising regulations, or experience using CRM or donor databases.

Above all, we're looking for someone with a genuine passion for animal welfare, an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, and a calm, friendly, can-do manner under pressure. You'll be reliable, professional and trustworthy, a natural team player who genuinely enjoys supporting volunteers, and someone with the emotional intelligence to read the needs of others and the self-awareness to keep growing in the role.

Home-Start Hillingdon is looking for a Dad Matters Co-ordinator to join our collaborative, experienced team. This role will work alongside our existing Co-ordinator to grow and strengthen our Dad Matters programme across the borough.

Dad Matters focuses on the first 1001 days, supporting fathers and male carers to build strong bonds with their baby, alongside support for their mental health and access to services. It’s a role that combines direct work with dads and the practical coordination behind the scenes to keep the service running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

Building on the strong foundations of our current Dad Matters programme, you will work collaboratively with our existing Co-ordinator, with a focus on:

• Planning and delivering weekly peer support sessions for dads
• Supporting the development and delivering Dad’s antenatal sessions with local NHS services
• Recruiting, coordinating and supporting volunteers to contribute to the programme
• Helping dads develop their understanding of building strong parent-infant relationships
• Raising awareness of fathers’ mental health and suicide prevention, especially in the perinatal period
• Supporting the development of a Dad Matters volunteer programme

You’ll be working closely with an experienced colleague, sharing delivery while also taking a lead on planning, organisation, communication and the co-ordination of groups and activities.

This role would be ideal for somebody with experience of working with families or parents, and of planning and running activities, with a genuine passion for supporting fathers to build strong, positive relationships with their babies, look after their mental health and feel more confident in their role. You will be able to engage fathers from a wide range of backgrounds, while also bringing strong organisational, communication and coordination skills to support the delivery of the programme.
