About you

About the role
Working closely with the Lendwithcare Marketing Manager, the Lendwithcare Marketing Executive will deliver an exciting range of supporter communications and fundraising campaigns to drive loan funding and increase donations. In addition, the role will oversee the approval of up to 600 loan profiles published to the Lendwithcare website each month. This will include working closely with Lendwithcare colleagues to ensure a steady supply of profiles from local partners and growing a team of remote volunteers to edit the text provided to a high standard. The Lendwithcare Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in helping Lendwithcare to drive both loan funding and donations to support CARE’s mission across both acquisition and retention. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role’s primary responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Develop and implement the Trust’s strategy across regular giving, one of donors, mid value and legacy pledgers to acquire and steward new donors. Working with the other Individual Giving Manager and in consultation with the Head of Fundraising and Communications.
2. Prepare and monitor the annual income and expenditure budget with support from the Head of Fundraising.
3. Responsible for delivering existing integrated campaigns spanning direct-mail, partially addressed mail, inserts, telephone acquisition and digital channels against the agreed schedules, targets and budgets.
4. Work closely with the Database Manager (and relevant agencies) on criteria for data selections, data extractions and supply.
5. Measure attrition in key acquisition groups as well as other key metrics on an ongoing basis and develop strategies to reactivate and mitigate against donor attrition.
6. Work with a creative agency on campaigns across all Individual Giving streams, testing and adapting regularly to optimise results.
7. Work with the other Individual Giving Manager focused on retention, Database Manager and the appointed fulfilment house to ensure that supporters are managed to the highest level of donor care standards and GDPR guidelines.
8. Continue to develop the regular giving acquisition proposition to grow each segment of supporters and negate attrition.
9. Maximise Gift Aid income from the acquisition appeals.
10. Working with Legacy Administration team lead on legacy marketing.
11. Remain current on developments to GDPR, especially to consent and ensure all campaigns comply with those guidelines.

The Talent Acquisition and People Development Specialist is responsible for managing, improving and providing direction on Right To Play’s global recruitment, selection, and people development processes and initiatives to ultimately help build our reputation as an employer of choice for talented individuals pursuing careers with purpose.

3- Scope (geographical and/or functional), Impact and Autonomy
Leads on attraction, recruitment and L&D across RTP. Provides direct recruitment support to HQs and NOs. Provides support and guidance to Global P&C staff on recruitment and learning and development. Identifies and manages potential risks within the recruitment process, ensuring timely escalation to the CPCO when necessary.
4- Leadership and Staff management
Provides recruitment advice and support to the Global P&C Team, unit leads, hiring managers on recruitment and L&D.
5- Information requirement for decision-making
Gathers information from leadership and hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies are relevant and aligned with unit and organizations goals. Most information is available through internal resources. Analyzes relevant recruitment and L&D trends, market conditions and insights to support informed decision-making throughout the recruitment process and L&D activities across the full organization.
6- Innovation and Improvements
Proactively gathers market intelligence from across the INGO sector and beyond, to gain a competitive edge in sourcing, assessing, attracting and developing RTP workforce. Integrates improvements into relevant policies and practice.

Strategic Partnership Development Manager
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: London, UK
UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40% of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel). 60/40 hybrid working at WaterAid means roughly three days wherever you work best and two days together in person.

Benefits
As part of our annual leave policy, all employees receive three additional days of annual leave on top of their standard allocation of 25 days. These days are designated to cover the period when our UK office closes between Christmas and New Year, allowing all UK WaterAiders to take a well-deserved break.
These days are automatically scheduled and cannot be changed or moved. Annual leave is accrued based on your start date. If sufficient leave has not been accrued by the time of the closure, the 3 days will be taken as unpaid leave or pro-rated, depending on your circumstances.
