The Job
USPG are looking for an experienced fundraising and marketing professional to take ownership of our individual giving strategy and deliver it to achieve our objectives. What the job involves
As Product and Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver technology that supports Prostate Cancer UK’s mission. What we want from you

Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly within the charity sector, would be an advantage.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. Due to the nature of this role, we would expect the postholder to be in the office three times per week.

Main Purpose of the Post
The Chief Executive will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of the RLSS and all its services. Generate is looking for an inspiring and collaborative Charity Director to lead our next chapter. We work to improve wellbeing, resilience and connection for transgender, non-binary, gender-diverse and gender-questioning adults through peer support, counselling, mentoring, outreach and more.
Since beginning as a volunteer-led initiative in York in 2011, Generate has grown into an established charity delivering a range of services across North Yorkshire. We are now looking for a leader who can build on this strong foundation, strengthen our sustainability and support the organisation's continued development.
As Charity Director, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership across the organisation. Working closely with our Board of Trustees, staff team, freelancers, volunteers and external partners, you will lead the delivery of our strategic vision and ensure Generate continues to be effective, sustainable and responsive.

Role details
Salary: £36,000–£40,000 FTE (pro rata based on a 35-hour week), depending on experience
Hours: 21–28 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Home-based, with regular travel into York and occasional travel across North Yorkshire

As Culture Transformation Lead, you will lead a complex, organisation-wide programme focused on embedding a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture. About the Team
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive team, you will play a key role in shaping organisational priorities and influencing decision-making at the highest level. You will partner with leaders across SSAFA to build engagement, maintain momentum and ensure culture is considered in everything we do.
You will also support a network of Culture Ambassadors drawn from across the organisation, creating opportunities for staff and volunteers to contribute to, influence and champion the transformation. Through this network, you will help build trust, strengthen connections and foster a shared sense of purpose across our diverse community. Supported by Executive sponsors and key stakeholders, you will ensure culture transformation is fully embedded within SSAFA's strategy, governance and long-term success.

Job Description
Do you have experience in designing, reviewing or improving administrative or operational processes, with a focus on the user experience above all? Do you lead change and service improvement initiatives while working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead and deliver a transformation roadmap that redesigns and improves student services, using service design and business analysis approaches to create efficient, student-centred processes across the Union.
The role is full time (with part time possibility) and a fixed term contract for 12 months. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office).
Duties and Responsibilities
You will lead the delivery of a transformation roadmap to redesign and improve student services across the Union, focusing on creating efficient, user-centred processes that enhance the experience of student leaders and staff. This will involve analysing current ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and balancing quick wins with longer-term change aligned to the academic cycle.
You will work closely with students, staff and stakeholders across the Union to co-design services and ensure they meet real user needs. Using data, insight and feedback, you will prioritise improvements, build engagement, and ensure that systems and tools—working in partnership with IT and Digital—support the delivery of better services.
Alongside delivery, you will help embed a consistent approach to service design and process management, producing clear documentation and building organisational capability for continuous improvement. You will also ensure that all changes align with governance, risk and compliance requirements, supporting sustainable and effective service delivery.
Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a good understanding of service design or business analysis approaches, and the ability to communicate complex processes clearly to diverse audiences.

Operating at the second line of defence (L2), the role delivers independent oversight, guidance, and constructive challenge, strengthening risk management and compliance across the organisation.
