ESCIP is a one-year proof of concept designed to strengthen how community experience and VCSE intelligence inform local decision-making. We are seeking a National ISVA Coordinator(s). The postholder(s) will provide an initial point of contact, undertake initial risk and needs assessment, provide trauma-informed information and support, and coordinate onward referral and handover to appropriate local ISVA and specialist services.
A key focus of the role will be providing initial support to adult and child survivors affected by group-based child sexual abuse and exploitation (GBCSAE), as well as other forms of sexual violence. Save the Children UK is looking for an experienced policy and advocacy professional to join our Hunger, Nutrition & Livelihoods team as a Senior Hunger, Nutrition & Livelihoods Advocacy Advisor on a maternity cover basis, working three days per week.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape Save the Children's global advocacy on child wasting and malnutrition, helping to drive progress on one of the most critical challenges facing children worldwide. You will strengthen our global leadership and visibility, influence policy and decision-makers, and build strategic relationships with partners including government, multilateral organisations, donors and civil society.
You will also coordinate and influence key coalition activities, represent Save the Children in high-profile external forums and help strengthen policy and advocacy capability across the team. This role would suit someone with strong knowledge of the global nutrition policy landscape, particularly child wasting, together with experience of leading coalitions, building partnerships and delivering effective influencing strategies.

The Hunger, Nutrition & Livelihoods Team works as part of the Global Save the Children movement and the wider sector to drive long lasting systems changes at the global and country levels. About the role
As Senior Hunger, Nutrition and Livelihoods Advocacy Advisor, you will provide global leadership in hunger, nutrition and livelihoods policy and advocacy, with a particular focus on child wasting and malnutritionto shape and drive shared advocacy and impact agendas across Save the Children and the wider sector.
You will develop and deliver high-quality policy and influencing strategies, fostering innovation and inclusivity and contributing to systemic change. In this role, you will build strategic relationships with key decision-makers, lead capacity strengthening for colleagues and partners, and champion equality, inclusion and the shifting power agenda. Additionally, you will contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and drive thought leadership.

Location & Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but at times you will be required to come to your contracted office (usually between 2–4 days per month, depending on the needs of your role, team, or service). For many roles, this is likely to be the minimum required to deliver impact.
This will be discussed and agreed with your manager / team and we encourage candidates to discuss our ways of working in more detail at interview stage.
