The Foundation for Jewish Heritage is seeking to engage an experienced Learning and Engagement Consultant to support their project Preserving Jewish Heritage, Promoting the Hidden Jewish Story in the year-long Development Phase of its project and for the first six months (of a five-year programme) of the Delivery Phase of the project. The Consultant will support and advise the Synagogues in this first pilot on activities/outreach and education, ultimately creating a framework for future use as a core part of this programme. The role will report to the Project Development Officer. The Project Development Officer is currently being recruited and will be responsible for the set up and day to day running of the project.
The Foundation’s work to date has demonstrated a significant gap in provision for historic synagogues. There is a clear need for a more defined and comprehensive support function for the UK synagogues sector: one that offers a professional, accessible and user-friendly service; guides and empowers synagogue communities; helps ensure synagogue buildings are well maintained, resilient and future-proofed, including in response to the climate emergency; and supports synagogues to engage more effectively with wider society. This project aims to address that gap.
The Delivery Phase project is subject to a successful funding application to NLHF and there will be a break clause between the Development and Delivery Phases.

We’re currently recruiting 4 full-time Trainee Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) to work directly with young people in our Croydon Mental Health Support Team (MHST). For this post you need to have an Undergraduate degree, second class or above, in a mental health of child development related subject (e.g., Psychology, Education, Childhood development, Social Work etc), OR any subject with further training or experience in a relevant field (e.g., Teaching/TA; Learning Support; HCA; Youth Work; etc). Responsibilities include offering CBT based, self-guided mental health interventions to primary and secondary aged children and young people and their families. This involves individual and group-based support directly with young people, parent-led support, and supporting schools to implement a whole school approach to emotional wellbeing. Fundraising & Partnerships Officer - Brighton based youth charity
Ditch the Label is a digital-first youth charity supporting young people aged 12–25 with mental health online safety, bullying and identity. We're looking for a Fundraising & Partnerships Officer to help us grow the income that makes this work possible.
About the role
You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships to manage relationships with funders and corporate partners, write compelling grant applications, and keep our fundraising pipeline moving. This is a hands-on role covering trust and foundation fundraising, partner account management, and grant writing, with the opportunity to get involved across many other areas of the charity and wider team.

What we're looking for
Experience in fundraising, grant writing or partnerships is a bonus but not essential. We'll provide training in grant writing, partnership management and fundraising strategy.
